IMPROVING THE CREATIVITY OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS
THROUGH MUSIC CLUBS

This article describes the theoretical foundations of the importance of music clubs in the training of future music teachers. It also provides pedagogical and practical recommendations for improving the creative skills of future music teachers through music clubs.

INTRODUCTION
In today's world, rich in development and change, the comprehensive development of young people is a requirement of the times. Bringing up young people with a strong spiritual education and a sense of pride in our independent homeland is an urgent task of our time. This is one of the most complex and wideranging challenges facing education. There is no doubt that extracurricular activities play an important role in the development of our young people into spiritually mature, mature people, mature professionals. The art of music plays an important role in the development of students' outlook on life, thinking skills, the ability to do social work, and the ability to observe the environment. The art of music is more important than any other art form.
Extracurricular activities in music education play an important role in ensuring the harmonious development of the human personality, including art. METHODOLOGY
Music is an important part of human spiritual culture. Music is one of the leading factors in the formation of human spirituality, moral maturity and spirituality, as well as in the spiritual upbringing of young people. The high level of psychological literacy and culture of the teacher helps to effectively perform all types of psychological tasks in the educational process. Therefore, the formation of students 'musical culture is directly related to the effective use of psychological processes such as concentration of students' attention in all musical activities, the organization of their mental and emotional perception, the development of memory, creative thinking, the formation of their mental, volitional and other characteristics. depends on. Music education is one of the main aspects of fine arts education, which teaches to appreciate the beautiful things around, to equip a person with high taste and to form a spiritual worldview. "Music expresses a person's feelings, dreams, desires in a unique artistic language and actively influences a person's emotions. Music is both a science and an art. "As music is a complex psychological and physiological process, vocal and choral works are the most active forms of teaching students moral and aesthetic education in music lessons. Listening to music increases students' attention, memory, speech, outlook, and enjoyment of their favorite music.
RESULTS
"Emotional attitude to music, the development of auditory senses serve to implement musical education from an early age. It is said that everyone hears music, but not everyone listens to it. Listening to and perceiving music is a type of musical activity that is nurtured and absorbed from childhood. The level of comprehension in the process of listening to music depends on the general culture of the listener and the level of musical preparation. A complete and deep understanding of a piece of music is also a testament to the skill of the composer and performer. In this way, it can be concluded that the listening process is an integral part of the listener's upbringing, individual abilities and preparation. Understanding music is a psychological process, and in order to receive spiritual nourishment from it, a person must have a pure heart that can feel beauty, a highly cultured person who loves his profession and his

As mentioned above, a conscious understanding of a piece of music helps to uncover the content of the piece and to help students accumulate musical experiences and enrich their spiritual world. Music education develops the ability to evaluate the work of the listener through the combination and multiplication of the principles of emotional consciousness. The principle of the artistic and technical stage requires qualified personnel for the artistic and expressive performance of the work. Focuses on students' singing skills. As students develop an understanding of the principles of music development and develop their skills, they will learn new musical concepts.
"We all know that the love of music, art, music culture is formed in our people from childhood, in the family. It is no exaggeration to say that in our country it is difficult to find a person who does not have a dutar, doira or other musical instrument at home and does not feel the life-giving effects of music in his life. Most importantly, the art of music today has a greater and stronger influence on the development of our young generation in the spirit of high spirituality than any other art form. " It is known that large-scale work is being carried out in educational institutions of our country to bring up a harmoniously developed generation. Today, Vatan music teachers are tasked with bringing up young people in the spirit of high spirituality. The professionalism of a music teacher in the development of the role, methods and effective ways of music in the upbringing of a harmoniously developed generation in the spirit of high spirituality consists of the following tasks.
- Development of effective ways of music lessons and events in educating the harmoniously developed generation in the spirit of national traditions, national pride, pride;
- The use of various forms and methods of inculcating in students the concept of high spirituality, national values through music lessons;
- to get acquainted with the musical heritage of our ancestors, to study the views of musicologists on this topic;
- In the planning of music lessons to pay attention to the development of artistic taste in students through the types of activities of music lessons and their characteristics;
- Development of ways to form and enhance the feelings of patriotism, peace, friendship through children's songs;
- Formation of ideas of national independence in adolescents through musical and artistic means;

- In-depth study of the subject in the comprehensive knowledge of a music teacher, the achievement of results in innovative activities;

DISCUSSION
The implementation of music education in human development depends directly on the methodology of education, and the methodology of music education has its place in the chain of disciplines. The content of the methodology of music education is based on the generalized experience of aesthetics, musicology, physiology, psychology in educational institutions, which studies its laws in order to further improve its methods. The methodology of music education has a direct impact on the content and methods of education, especially in conjunction with aesthetics and musicology. The essence of the methodology of music education, the art and culture of music is important for the younger generation, and the development of this science is consistent with the improvement of education and music in society. The subject is based on general principles such as awareness, artistic and technical development, which serve to develop students' musical abilities, increase their interest in music, and nurture their art.
The methodology of music education is a part of pedagogy, which, as a pedagogical science, generalizes the theoretical parts of the work tested in practice -methods, techniques, tools, and provides teaching methods that give effective results in practice. These methods generalize the structure of the educational process and deal with individual and integrated tasks. Methods of music education are the methods used by a music teacher to acquire the knowledge, skills and abilities of schoolchildren, to develop their creative abilities and to shape their worldview. The methodology is mainly based on the results of research in pedagogy, psychology, aesthetics and art criticism. It describes the laws of music teaching and the modern methods used to educate the next generation. Methodology refers to the content of a music teacher's methods of working with children in the educational process. Methods of music education are related to the development of musical and creative abilities of students in the educational process, the development of musical abilities and voice, the age and individual characteristics of music perception, the possibility of using different forms of musical activities in students' development.

A number of researches and textbooks of local scientists, methodologists, experienced music leaders have played an important role in the formation of music teaching methods in our country. The objectives of the methodology include the formation and further development of the educational process, music lessons in addition to music lessons, extracurricular and extracurricular activities, clubs, celebrations and parties. The methodology of music education requires the study of literature and fine arts, which are close to the science of music, in connection with history. This is an important tool for the effective implementation of all aspects of student education. Lessons are a key factor in achieving the goals and objectives of music education. Because the art of music is one of the most powerful tools in the spiritual and moral education of students on a large scale. One of the important pedagogical principles of spiritual and moral education of young people through music is the need for a spiritual and creative approach to educational methods. There is a growing interest in the use of innovative technologies in the teaching profession of music teachers. Of course, the organization of music culture classes on the basis of modern requirements and the widespread use of modern technologies is a requirement of today. It is time to start such work, if necessary, from the first preschool institutions. One of the reasons for this is that while traditional education has so far taught students to acquire only ready-made knowledge, modern technology allows them to search for, independently study and analyze the knowledge they have acquired. it even teaches them to draw their own conclusions.
The peculiarities of the professionalism of music teachers require a creative approach to the lessons of music culture, the effective use of new modern methods and tools in the teaching process. Therefore, equipping a music teacher with knowledge about the use of information and pedagogical technologies in the classroom plays an important role in music pedagogy. The use of information technology in music education, ie the use of computer technology and technical means of education, is important in the formation of students' interest in music and creative abilities. The use of information technology in music education in the professional activity of a music teacher provides practical assistance in solving the following musical and pedagogical problems.

The use of innovative technologies in music lessons not only increases the effectiveness of the lessons, but also helps to develop the professional skills of the teacher. Also, the effective use of modern technology in the classroom helped to successfully acquire pedagogical skills. Integration with the team in pedagogical technology, knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of their work, constant updating of their knowledge will ensure the successful progress of the teacher in improving his professional skills.
In order to increase the effectiveness of the lesson, it is important to give the teacher the right to slightly increase the demand for the program for well-prepared students and gifted classes that have excelled in music. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the organization and individual teaching of music to students, as well as the involvement of the parent community in this work. As a result of regular work in the field of music during the teaching period, students become literate, love music, listen to large musical works, as well as concerts, musical broadcasts on radio and television. grow up to be active participants in their garages with adequate preparation. Class teachers and parents need to work closely with the music teacher to make these activities happen.
MATERIALS
Improving the effectiveness of shaping the creativity of future music teachers on the basis of music clubs depends, first of all, on finding and implementing the most modern and convenient ways to form a perfect person. To reconsider all the ideas that form the basis of education for undergraduate music education students to conduct extracurricular activities in accordance with the requirements of the time, focusing on the student's personality, accumulated over the years requires the effective use of positive experience. The form, purpose, content, pedagogical specificity, as well as the work plans should be differentiated according to the age and ability of the students, taking into account the logic of the subject. Students need to be guided by a wide range of aesthetic values. First of all, it is necessary to develop a love for national values, the nature of Mother Earth, national folk art, artistic culture and history of the East and Uzbekistan. Students should be able to rely on the basics of folk pedagogy in the extracurricular activities, use the wise ideas of Eastern thinkers, as well as the universal values of the world.

It complements and expands the learning process in their spare time, depending on the interests of the students. Students will have the opportunity to learn independently, develop their creative abilities and initiative. The uniqueness of creative work is that it is organized for the benefit of the public through a group, individual work, using methods appropriate to the leisure time of students. The variety of club programs and the innovations in their content create new opportunities for teenagers and girls to develop as individuals.
Prospective music teachers are involved in extracurricular music activities based on their interests. We can add the following to music clubs:
1. Music and instrumental circle. It is also important for the facilitator to know which musical instrument to play.
2. Choir circle. (With at least 14 students, the rules of group singing are perfectly taught, both theoretically and practically, and the performance of choral works with 2-3 voices is taught).
3. Maqom and classical song performance circle (teaching the theory and methods of classical and maqom performance).
4. Vakal circle.
5. Folklore circle. (to get acquainted with the unique masterpieces of our people, to teach the songs sung by our people today, which are being forgotten today. There is information about our customs and traditions.
The mastery of the music director also has a deep knowledge of the traditions of the Uzbek people, the ability to explain their traditions to students, the ability to deeply understand and sing national songs. The uniqueness of extracurricular activities is that a group for the benefit of the community, a separate form of additional education is organized through the use of methods in accordance with the free time of students. The variety of curricula, the innovations in their content, create new opportunities for students to use them to the best of their ability, to develop into mature professionals.
CONCLUSION
Fulfilling the great responsibility set by the state and society in the education of sophistication, which is an important part of educating a harmoniously developed generation in our country, requires a music teacher to know the psychological characteristics of students.
