THE IMPORTANCE OF DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY SKILLS IN PRIMARY
SCHOOL STUDENTS
This article discusses the importance of developing innovative activity skills in primary school students.

Independence has allowed the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement large-scale reforms to improve the system of continuing education, improve the quality and efficiency of education. The well-grounded stages of the system of continuing education, the improvement of the content of educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of the time, the improvement of educational conditions, as well as the possibility of introducing advanced pedagogical technologies in the educational process require a high level of professionalism.
As stated in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the "National Training Program", at the highest stage of educational reform it is expedient to decide on a technological approach to the organization of teaching and spiritual-educational work in educational institutions. In this process, it is important that teachers are deeply aware of the basics of pedagogical technology, be able to organize the process of pedagogical activity in all its forms on the basis of innovative ideas.
The rapid development of society, rapid changes in science, engineering and technology require taking into account periodic changes in the organization of the educational process, the ability to incorporate scientific innovations into the content of educational materials. This, in turn, shows the expediency of the formation of educational and social activity in students through the organization of pedagogical activities on the basis of innovative projects, to achieve their independent thinking.
There are specific difficulties in the organization of innovative activities, which are a unique manifestation of pedagogical creativity. The need for teachers to have a non-traditional approach to pedagogical activities and the ability to develop innovative projects will help to effectively overcome the existing difficulties. In this context, it is important that primary school teachers have innovative activity skills.
An ability that is an individual characteristic is "an action performed in accordance with the tasks and conditions set out in the acquired knowledge" plays a special role in the organization of professional activity. The acquisition of innovative skills by primary school teachers not only ensures an interesting organization of the educational process, but also creates conditions for its effective conduct. Innovative skills also serve to creatively organize pedagogical activity on the basis of specific technological projects.
In the effective organization of innovative activities, it is also important that primary school teachers are able to adequately master the professional and technological knowledge, have a rich outlook and creative imagination.
Theoretical analysis and generalization of existing pedagogical views on improving the professional skills of teachers; enrich the content of a number of key concepts ("activity", "innovation", "innovative activity", "innovative activity skills") that highlight the essence of the problem; identify factors that are important in the formation of innovative activity skills in primary school teachers, substantiate the model of this process;
The content of such disciplines as "Theory of Pedagogy", "Pedagogical Skills" and "Pedagogical Technology" will be improved by developing criteria for determining the level of formation of innovative skills in primary school teachers.
