THE IMPACT OF GLOBALIZATION ON RUSSIAN-SOUTH KOREAN PARTNERSHIP
This project is devoted to the problem of globalization's impact on integration processes in the Asia-Pacific region by the example of relations between Russia and South Korea. The issue is relevant due to the rapid expansion of globalization, which has led to the divergence in the levels of economic, social and political development of the countries. Thus, to increase the
competitiveness of emerging economies in the global political and economic arena, regional unions were set up, promoting cooperation in various spheres. In the Asia - Pacific region one of the most promising associations is the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Russia's partners in this forum are 20 countries in North and South America, Southeast Asia and the Far East. With some of these countries Russia has direct links within the framework of intergovernmental partnership. A relatively new direction of collaboration is the partnership between Russia and the Republic of Korea. It is characterized by the rapid development of imports and exports of goods, services and technologies. In the non - manufacturing sector different educational and cultural programs are implemented, such as students exchanges and the organization of events, representing the Russian and South Korean culture in both countries. From this analysis, we can conclude that globalization leads to international cooperation. Regional unions arise as a consequence of globalization and are aimed at the mitigation of negative effects. Interstate cooperation is a large-scale format of interaction in the global space.

THE PROBLEMS OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF DISABLED CHILDREN IN RUSSIA
The article deals with the problems of social protection of disabled children in Russia, as well as the need to modernize the methods and treatment technologies and development of children with disabilities. For example, a specific rehabilitation center, showing the feasibility of establishing more correctional schools and medical institutions that promote social adaptation and integration of children with special needs.
