Integrated measures for the introduction of country-specific innovations and the development of market relations based on it, the expansion of the scope of business, the removal of ownership from the state and the highly efficient implementation of activities related to the privatization of state property are being successfully implemented. The Law of Turkmenistan "On State Support of Small and Medium-sized Businesses" is aimed at the achievement of economic benefits by entrepreneurs, the further development of the industrial sector, and the supply of various goods to the markets and stores of the country. In order to solve these problems, in 2018, the "State Program for Small and Medium Business Support in Turkmenistan for 2018-2024" was adopted. On the basis of digital reforms in business activities in the country, the tasks of collecting raw materials in sufficient quantities and in short periods of time, producing economical and ecologically clean, safe, competitive, and high-quality products are successfully carried out. Thus, the task of mastering the achievements of world development and directing them to national goals is advanced. It takes time to move away from the old ways to the new ways of doing business, i.e. going digital.

The main characteristic of the digital economy is to harness the invisible forces, that is, to adjust the systemic principles of new ideas, information and interactions, market and society. As a result of the movement of those principles, new types of markets emerge. Customer relationship strategy. The use of digital technologies and increased competition are revealing trends in the deepening of relationships with consumers. They improve their communication in the digital environment and their sensitivity to changing needs. In economic relations, customer-related problems and their solutions serve as a source of income.

The value of the customer experience is increased based on the advantages achieved between revenue sources and inter-departmental relations departments. The potential for price change is growing based on satisfaction of demand and deepening of the relationship with the buyer. Thus, on the one hand, an additional source of profit, and on the other hand, an additional opportunity for the buyer.

Digital technologies make it possible to save or sometimes eliminate transaction costs, and speed up production and business by identifying market surpluses and new demands. New terms in doing business with consumers.

It leads to the widespread use of intelligence, which should result in economic growth. For example, we can show the algorithms of computer programming before we can learn how to connect and develop ourselves.

Such structures are created as a result of tracking and taking into account the information of digital professionals. For example, on the website of a service team, other information can be calculated when the customer is interested. Thus, finding a personal guide and a guide, searching for and preparing artificial intelligence information, the customer can develop and market a special service. It creates the possibility of implementation. In the case of automatic processing under the influence of artificial intelligence, a specific

segment of advertising information is offered (taking into account the personal requirements and capabilities of a specific customer). Based on the automation of information, separate market segments can be created.

Possibilities of price differentiation in different markets are widening. In the safe transition to these parts of the market, the digital environment serves to separate the user's personal interests and to optimize the methods of solving his problems. In this way, the principles of justice and social order are not violated.

The improvement of competition in the telecommunications industry is considered to be a change in the market response. Digital technologies allow access to mobile and information networks based on transparency and new models of consumer behavior. The operators are unable to establish the marketing and production methods of new products and services.

In digital conditions, it can be seen that the efficiency of business networks is increasing, and the costs of products are decreasing rapidly.

With the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution, the development of information technologies from a simple view of technology to more complex innovative methods. As a result, businessmen change the way they do business, create prices in new segments of the market, or find new centers of value creation in previous branches.
