LEARNING LANGUAGE AS IMPORTANT SEGMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The emergence of new conditions of economic management, the transition of enterprises to new economic management methods, requires the preparation of a new type of economist who can handle his profession, use resources efficiently, independently solve economic problems and prove the correctness of the adopted solutions. The concept of entrepreneurship is multifaceted and is understood as a combination of several concepts. One of these concepts is the ability to speak foreign languages. A modern professional who does not know foreign languages cannot solve problems related to international cooperation. After all, knowing foreign languages provides ample opportunities to conduct international negotiations in accordance with the requirements and to study the best world practices. In this regard, language education is one of the priority areas. The goal of teaching foreign languages is to prepare international level specialists who are able to cope with the latest technologies, are aware of the achievements in science and technology, are aware of relevant professional information, and are able to develop intercultural dialogue.
Economics is the Greek word "oikonomiks" which means "the art of managing a household". This word refers to the totality of productive relations formed between people in the life of any society. It defines the essence of the life of human society. So, the totality of production relations existing in a country is called economy. The higher their quality and character, the higher the economic development of the country. Despite the recession in the world economy, the economy of Turkmenistan has positive indicators. Currently, large-scale reforms are being carried out in the country in accordance with the national and state programs aimed at diversifying the national economy and giving it an innovative character under the wise leadership of the Honorable President.
The growth rate of the economy is important because it reflects the growth of the entire country. The efficiency of the economy depends on highly qualified professionals. Therefore, firstly, it is impossible to train highly qualified specialists without knowledge of modern specialized literature published in Turkmen and foreign languages, and secondly, without reading and understanding information in foreign languages, using the Internet and computers.
For example, in the modern world, significant reforms are taking place, these reforms affect the economy, system management, and business processes in different countries of the world. Digitization of the marketing system, the creation of a unified digital marketing system is important in the development of the market economy. It is essential that the introduction of a digital marketing system is carried out mainly in business Russian. Therefore, business Russian has a great role and importance in the modern organization of the integrated marketing strategy of enterprise management.
Because of the importance of language learning, new teaching methods are very useful and effective.

Our higher education school prepares specialists in various areas of the financial and economic system. Of course, it is necessary to study and know the information about the subject in Russian. In higher education institutions, students should develop more conversational language, mainly related to their major, and improve economic, intercultural and professional communication language. One of the important conditions for young people to receive education according to world standards and to make a worthy contribution to the economic, political, and cultural life of the Motherland, to grow up to be perfect specialists, aware of the achievements of the world's scientific and educational systems, is their active and effective use of modern information technologies in their professional work. is to gain knowledge. This important task at the current stage of development of the country's education system provides for further development of national digital education on the basis of the world's leading achievements, wide introduction of information and communication technologies at all stages of education in harmony with innovative teaching approaches. The development of the digital education system in the country, the widespread introduction of the achievements of the world experience in this field, and the modern technologies of the digital education system give a new impetus to the reforms taking place in the education sector.
At the present stage of Revival of a new epoch of the powerful state, under the direct guidance of Honorable President of Turkmenistan, the national legislative system undergoes further development, and the relevant legal transformation take place. According to the leader of the nation, "the rule of law is the basic principle for build-up of the Turkmen society". In this context, the comprehensive measures are taken to improve further of the national legislation as a backbone of the national legal system, in the tideway of the universally recognized norms of the international law.
Economic development is the availability of progressive quantities dynamics of the GDP per capita, due to consecutive growth of production factors over certain period of time. The expression "economy reform" is broader in its sense the economy development. In context of the developing states this concept implies in line with the structural reforms the full changes in social, cultural, political segments.
At the current stage of development of the world economy, the factors such as the strengthening of universal competition, climate change, and increased needs in food and water resources determine the main direction of the country.
Ensuring the country's food security, as a priority direction of the state policy, influences the formation of important foundations of demographic policy, social system, ensures vital activity, health and physical activity, length and quality of life of the population of the country.
In the socioeconomic strategy of Honorable President of Turkmenistan, based on market relations, much attention is paid to investment activity. Implementation of the Programs and Plans of socioeconomic development of the country provides for the high rates of stable economic development of our country. As a result, financial resources sufficient for conduction of the investment policy at a high level are accumulated in the sectors of the economy. These resources, in turn, are invested to the development of the economy.
The National Program provides for the implementation of an investment policy aimed at the production of high-tech, competitive products, as well as the creation of economic system of the regions. Large-scale investment projects of the national and region levels will be implemented in various sectors of the national economy.
In the future, the implementation of an innovative and active development course, will radically change the nature of the country's industrial production, and over time, it will be increasingly adapted to the changing conditions of the global economic market. The main goal of the industrialization policy of the state
is to diversify the sectors of the economy as a whole, to create conditions for the development and formation of the manufacturing industries as the main engine of the country's economy.
The stable growth of the manufacturing industries and their competitiveness pose the task of creating technologically advanced industries that involve changing the structure of fixed assets of the existing enterprises, promoting medium-and high-tech products to world markets through the digitalization of production.
Industrial and innovative development of the country involves satisfaction of the needs of the domestic market by introduction of new technologies, by increase of competitive oil and gas processing industries undertaking of modern structural transformations in the industrial branches. Literature:
