Аннотация: this article examines the impact of digitalization on the management of production processes in Turkmenistan, focusing on key components like the Internet of Things (IoT), big data and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud technologies. It analyzes the effects on productivity, product quality, costs, and decision-making. Examples of successful digital technology implementation and the associated challenges in Turkmenistan are discussed, concluding with future digitalization prospects.

Digitalization is a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness and innovative development of manufacturing enterprises in Turkmenistan. The implementation of digital technologies can significantly improve the management of production

processes, contributing to increased efficiency and reduced costs. The aim of this article is to investigate the impact of digitalization on the management of production processes in Turkmenistan, identify the benefits and challenges, and consider the prospects for further development in this area.

Key Components of Digitalization. The Internet of Things comprises a network of interconnected devices equipped with sensors that collect and transmit data in real-time. In Turkmenistan, IoT can be used for monitoring equipment status in the oil and gas industry, as well as in agriculture for managing irrigation and other processes.

The collection and analysis of large volumes of data allow Turkmen enterprises to gain valuable insights for optimizing production processes. Big data analytics helps improve product quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

An agricultural enterprise implemented cloud technologies and analytical tools to optimize irrigation processes and crop management. This reduced water costs and improved crop yields, enhancing the enterprise's overall competitiveness.

Challenges and Issues of Digitalization in Turkmenistan. The implementation of digital technologies requires significant initial investments, which can be a barrier for small and medium-sized enterprises in Turkmenistan.

With the increasing volume of data, the risk of cyberattacks and data leaks also rises. Data protection becomes a critical task for Turkmen enterprises.

The introduction of new technologies requires training employees in new skills and abilities. This necessitates additional costs for retraining and enhancing personnel qualifications.

The Future of Digitalization in Manufacturing in Turkmenistan. Digitalization will continue to play a key role in the development of manufacturing enterprises in Turkmenistan. The use of technologies such as AI and machine learning is expected to expand, leading to even greater automation and process optimization. Enterprises that effectively integrate digital technologies into their processes will gain significant competitive advantages in the market.

Digitalization significantly impacts the efficiency of production process management in Turkmenistan, offering numerous benefits such as increased productivity, improved product quality, and reduced costs. However, the successful implementation of digital technologies requires overcoming several challenges related to financing, security, and personnel training. In the future, Turkmen

enterprises that can effectively integrate digital technologies into their processes will have significant competitive advantages in the market.
