These factors pose significant challenges to the effective organization and delivery of essential supplies, including food, water, ammunition, medical resources, and fuel.

Humanitarian Aid Agencies: Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and humanitarian aid agencies, such as the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), play a critical role in organizing and delivering humanitarian supplies in conflict zones.
