Abstract: the article shows the results of studying the etiology and distribution of sheep infertility. The results of clinical and gynecological and special studies of animals, taking into account the data of anamnesis and analysis of their own studies on the causes of infertility shows that all forms of infertility are revealed among ewes. On average, infertility was found in 10-16% of ewes. The etiology of infertility is different. Keywords: infertility, sheep, gynecological studies, obstetrics, ewes.

Introduction. Sheep breeding is a strategic and traditional branch of animal husbandry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and plays a huge role in meeting the needs of the national economy in specific types of raw materials and food. West Kazakhstan region has great opportunities for increasing the number of sheep, increasing productivity, therefore, to increase the production of all types of products. On its territory there are significant amounts of natural land for pasture, which sheep are able to use, which will reduce the cost of production [1, 2].

Infertility of animals causes significant economic damage to the sheep industry, as the number of offspring is reduced, a significant amount of wool, meat and milk is lost. The problem of combating infertility of sheep and increasing their fertility is very relevant and requires further resolution [3]. Infertility is a violation of reproduction of the uterine herd and repair young as a result of stress factors, errors in artificial or natural insemination, diseases of the reproductive organs, immune reactions. Infertility and infertility should be considered as a direct cause of unsatisfactory reproduction of livestock [4].

Sheep are seasonal animals, so they must be fertilized within the first month after the establishment of the sexual season; in the absence of fertilization in this period they are included in the category of infertile. Infertility is a direct result of the delay in the beginning of the cyclic activity of the ovaries, skipping sexual cycles, inconclusive insemination. This requires, above all, to understand its causes. According to the generally accepted classification, the main forms of infertility can be distinguished: congenital, senile, symptomatic, alimentary, climatic, operational [5, 6, 7].

In this regard, the aim of the work was to study the main causes of infertility of sheep in the Training and research center of the West Kazakhstan agrarian technical University named after Zhangir Khan.

Material and methods of research. The objects of the study were sheep of Akzhayk meat and wool breed of Educational and scientific center of West Kazakhstan agrarian technical University named after Zhangir Khan. Diagnosis of gynecological diseases of sheep was carried out by careful clinical and gynecological examination of animals, taking into account the history data. If necessary, special studies were carried out.

The results of the study. The main causes of infertility of ewes in the Training and research center of the West Kazakhstan agrarian technical University named after Zhangir Khan are: feeding of ewes, especially during the insemination season, deficiency in the diets of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins, carbohydrates, low fatness of animals. Violation of terms of beating lambs from ewes delays the preparation of ewes for the next season of insemination, while slowly restoring the fatness of ewes, causing violations of the cycles,

and sometimes their absence. Since insemination is carried out in a limited time and ends by the beginning of December, in some ewes with defective cycles and unsuccessful insemination in the first sexual hunt, it can occur in late terms, but after the completion of insemination or mating and beating sheep, they remain infertile. A noticeable effect on the manifestation of sexual cycles in ewes have autumn therapeutic and preventive veterinary measures, including the purchase with the use of acaricides, especially when they are held in terms close to the beginning of insemination. Unsatisfactory work on the detection and treatment of ewes with pathology of the genital apparatus in the postpartum period, contributes to the development of destructive changes in them, causing up to 5% or more symptomatic infertility. Improper operation and poor quality preparation of sheep for insemination campaign, low quality of their sperm, various diseases of the genitals, violations of sanitary rules for insemination of ewes, etc.

The study of the analysis of the results of lambing of ewes shows that every year in the Educational and scientific center of the West Kazakhstan agrarian technical University named after Zhangir Khan revealed from 10 to 16% as infertile. Along with other losses of the offspring, the infertility of sheep affects the output of the lambs, which averaged in the range of 70-80 goal. 100 ewes. Infertility of ewes farms causing economic losses due to shortfall of lambs that could be obtained with actual livestock, quality poyarkovoj wool; the cost of maintenance, feeding, treatment of infertile animals. It should be noted, as a violation of the structure of the herd, reducing the proportion of breeding stock and its inadequate use in reproduction.

Taking into account the climatic factors of the region, the technology of the sheep industry, the assessment of its productivity and the historical tradition of sheep breeding in our country, consider the sheep to be infertile and bright reached physiological maturity, which for some reason remained pregnant during the next fruiting season. At the heart of all forms of infertility is the process of reproduction disorders due to the inferiority of the germ cells involved in its implementation, since the success of the complex fertilization process depends on the sperm and egg, and the conditions of their environment. Analysis of own research on the study of the causes of infertility in the Training and research center of West Kazakhstan agrarian technical University named after Zhangir Khan shows that among the ewes of Akzhayk meat and wool breed revealed the following forms of alimentary-from 4%, congenital-from 0.03%, artificial acquired-from 4%, climatic - after birth, in the period from may to the end of August and early September in sheep there is a period of low sexual activity, senile - from 3%, symptomatic - from 5% or more, operational in sheep is closely related to alimentary. Total average from 10-16%.

Conclusion. Elimination of sheep infertility is still an important problem of veterinary science and practice of sheep breeding; improvement of animal reproduction is impossible without elimination of the causes of infertility. The information available in the literature on this issue cannot be considered sufficient. Especially little data on obstetric and gynecological diseases of sheep and their treatment. We believe that in sheep farms it is necessary to introduce, by analogy with cattle breeding, obstetric and gynecological medical examination. This will allow to monitor the state of sheep reproduction, timely identify sick animals and carry out preventive and therapeutic measures. We believe that in sheep farms it is necessary to introduce, by analogy with cattle breeding, obstetric and gynecological medical examination. This will allow to monitor the state of sheep reproduction, timely identify sick animals and carry out preventive and therapeutic measures. The main tasks of gynecological medical examination of sheep: the study of the physiological state of animals through a General clinical study. Identification of the most characteristic signs of genital disease with the use of gynecological examination. Diagnosis of the physiological state of the reproductive organs of ewes during the sexual cycle. Accurate diagnosis of the disease. Determination of the full composition of the pathogens of mixed infections. The study of the

natural resistance of the animal organism, predicting the pathology of the birth act. Development of schemes of medical and preventive measures.

Abstract: the clinical significance of leukogram indicators is a very important sign for the detection of infection, inflammatory processes and various kinds of intoxication. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of sodium hypochlorite and its beneficial effect on the normalization of blood leukogram. The blood leukogram normalized faster in the experimental groups where sodium hypochlorite used topically and intravenously. In this regard, the purpose of the work was to study the leukogram of the blood of sheep with purulent-necrotic and purulent-putrid lesions of the tissues of the fingers with the use of various means for treatment.

Keywords: leukogram, neutrophils, sheep, purulent-necrotic lesions, fingers.

Introduction. In improving the productivity of farm animals, the prevention and treatment of surgical diseases, among which diseases of the musculoskeletal system are particularly frequent, is important. This is because the limbs of animals, performing a complex static-dynamic function are considerable for stress and often subjected to damage [1, 2].
