THE ESSENCE OF LOGISTICS OPTIMIZATION PARETO

The article considers the positions of logistics optimization Pareto. Given a graphical interpretation of the arguments

Will focus on logistics optimization by Pareto [1, 2, 3, 4]. The essence of logistical optimization by Pareto consists in the following. Let's assume that in logistical system it is allocated m subsystems. Let's introduce following designations:
k = 1, m - set of subsystems of logistical system; Хk - a variant of economic behaviour k subsystems; lk =/(xk) - criterion function of k-th subsystem;
х = (xi , .... Xm) - a variant of economic behaviour of logistical system as a composition of types of subsystems; с = (ci, .... Cm) - a vector of values of criterion functions of subsystems; Xk - set of admissible variants of economic behaviour of k subsystem;
Х - set of admissible variants of economic behaviour of logistical system as a whole, admissible variants of subsystems consisting of a composition and satisfying to additional general restrictions of logistical system [5, 6, 7, 8].

The solution of this problem allows finding effective variants of economic behaviour of the logistical system, optimized by Pareto [9, 10, 11, 12].
The admissible decision X* = (x*i,... X*m), to which there corresponds a vector с* = (c*i , ... c*m), is effective if there is no other admissible decision X = ( xi, ..., Xm), to which corresponds the vector с = ( ci,... Cm) such, that

minimum of total expenses), at which any of subsystems cannot improve the position (to minimize the local costs), not worsening position even one of other subsystems [13, 14, 15, 16].
The concept of an optimality by Pareto expresses such economic behaviour according to which it is good to do so that somebody became better, if nobody else does not become worse [1, 2, 7, 8].
The example of optimization by Pareto for the system consisting of two subsystems is represented on fig. 1. Here line АВ displays set of values of criterion functions. Sizes Ci and С2 - values of criterion functions of subsystems at their isolated functioning. Subsystems of logistical system are interested in such joint functioning as a result to receive values of final criterion functions not worse, than Ci and C2. From here follows, that it is necessary to search for the solution on site DE. For subsystem I, all solutions laying more to the left CDi, are unacceptable for a subsystem II - below С2Е.

Practically it means, that the logistics conducts to refusal of carrying out of actions separately from rationalization of material support and transportations, it is aimed at rationalization of all sphere of the circulation and manufacture in aggregate.
In other words, the concept of logistics consists in integration of manufacture, material support, transportation, computer science and communications [3, 6, 8, 14]. References:

THE PARITY OF CATEGORIES «LOGISTICS» AND «LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT»

This article deals with modern positions the ratio of the category "logistics" and "logistics management".

In the conceptual and methodological plan "logistics" is wider than " logistical management", it is possible to tell, the first is theoretical base of the second. In the standard understanding, management - ability to achieve an object in view, using work, intelligence, behavior of firm's collective [1, 2, 3]. Management - function, a kind of activity on a people's management in the various organizations, and also area of the human knowledge, helping to carry out this function. In our opinion, concepts "management" and "management", on the one hand, both "manager" and "head" with another, are not completely identical.
