Abstract: the aim of this study is to do a research on the effects of e-learning and subcategories such as: internet; Web-based English learning and computer-assisted language learning (CALL) on language learning. Before growing prevalence of Word Wide Web (www); people use emails for language learning and teaching (LL/LT).In network-based language learning (NBLL);people use computer-based educational activities. The main advantage of e-learning is that it increases the engagement; attendance and motivation of students which are requisite for learning.

Аннотация: целью данного исследования является исследование эффектов электронного обучения и таких подкатегорий, как: интернет; интернет-изучение английского языка и компьютерное изучение языка (CALL) на изучение языка. До растущей распространенности Word Wide Web (www) люди используют электронную почту для изучения и преподавания языка (LL/LT). В сетевом изучении языка (NBLL) люди используют компьютерные образовательные мероприятия. Основным преимуществом электронного обучения является то, что оно увеличивает заинтересованность; посещаемость и мотивацию студентов, которые необходимы для обучения.

Introduction. This paper appears the impacts of e-learning and its parts on dialect learning. At to begin with we begin with definitions, preferences and drawbacks of e-learning and its parts on language learning at that point compare e-learning and conventional learning of language and at long last bargain with answering to address or issue of this paper; that's , the taking after question: Is e-learning an fitting substitute for conventional learning in language learning?
2. What is e-learning?

As the world advances, the utilize of e-learning, electronic gadgets, web, computers in instructing and learning process increment as well and we need to synchronize ourselves with it and increment our capacities to be able to work with innovations to extend our information.
The more instructors and learners get commonplace with advances, the more they can utilize and join them with their educating styles and these innovations give instructors with commonsense and inventive thoughts and make them make their claim varied strategies.
