INTRODUCTION

The content of a healthy lifestyle consists of work and rest, sleep hygiene, food hygiene, exercise, self-esteem, the ability to behave in relationships with people, etc. On the basis of strict order, the rhythm of work and rest is ensured by a high level of efficiency. In the Bund, special attention is paid to the living and working conditions of people of a particular category. For example, the working conditions of teachers differ from the work of people working in the enterprise, in harmful places. In order to do the work in moderation, evenly, a person must fall into a certain form, rest at the same time with hard work. The end of the violation of the labor process leads to illness. When maintaining a high level of performance and proper organization of a healthy lifestyle, the following should be taken into account:::

-to carry out various kinds of activities in specified time;

- effective replacement of work and rest;

- engage in systematic rational nutrition and movement;

- stay in the fresh air for 2-3 hours every day;

- strict adherence to sleep hygiene.

These rules help to keep a person healthy, increase his interest in life, long years of work. A person who has worked all his life will lift his mood, Lift his Mood, work not only when he looks at it. Appreciate your sleep. Sleep is a good way to prevent mental and physical fatigue. A person with reduced strength or severe fatigue will sleep for a long time. During sleep, the functions of all elements of the physiological system of the body change, energy consumption decreases, efficiency is restored, the body rests. Sleep protects the nerve cells from destruction, restores the protective function of the body.

First of all, it is necessary to carefully observe sleep hygiene, it is better to get used to going to bed and getting up at the same time every day. Make a habit of walking for 20-30 minutes in the fresh air every day, it is better if you take a bath for 10-15 minutes in water with hawthorn extract before going to bed. The body will need all the nutrients: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and mineral salts. Proteins make up the structural basis of cells, enzymes, hormones, nucleoproteins, and fibrins are part of other vital substances. Meat should be consumed in moderation, if there is a lot of meat, it will damage the body. Biogenic factors in the composition of meat cuciture increase the tone of blood vessels, which increases blood pressure. Since meat dishes are digested in an acidic environment, carbohydrate foods are digested in an alkaline environment. He says that sugar, sugar, spicy things, vinegar, mustard, desserts, alcohol, cola, coffee, Cocoa, refined butter, margarine, white bread, smoked vegetables, pies are excluded from the composition of the dish. Some scientists recommend a diet with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vegetables, that is, a person will be completely complete if the diet includes these products. The table, decorated with taste, not only pleases the eye when you see a beautifully filtered dish, the entire digestive system is "ready" to eat. Consistency is necessary during meals. Collect any work when you eat, especially do not remember unpleasant events. The dish should be eaten carefully chewing, not hurrying. Carbohydrates play a huge role in the body's energy balance, accounting for 60-75% of the diet and 55% of its calories. Carbohydrates make up 1% of your body weight. It is very necessary that the diet contains vitamins. Vitamins are chemical compounds that are different in nature, and the body needs large amounts to build enzymes, hormones, and other substances. Vitamins play a catalytic function in the biochemical processes occurring in the body. If there are not enough or too many vitamins in the body, then the activity of the digestive system and metabolism are disrupted. You need to know that boiled, hot drinks quench your thirst faster than cold ones. Suddenly it becomes indecent to drink too much liquid. While driving, you need to drink less liquid. Thirst does not occur immediately after drinking water, after about 10-15 minutes, the liquid is pressed when it is absorbed into the blood and body tissues. Drinking cold water is harmful, does not suppress thirst, can inflate a person. Unfortunately, in those times when the day is very hot, a person often drinks water in a row. As a result, after a few minutes, the water you drink will come out with sweat, and the person will be thirsty again. People who live in a warm climate, drink liquid only after eating, and between meals it is recommended to reduce it very much. Organic tea helps well when the body loses fluid. Tea contains many vitamins, substances that increase the tone of the body.
