мые ценностные ориентации и общественно-полезные потребности, по четырем уровням: оптимальный, допустимый, критический, недопустимый. Анализ результатов развития социально-значимых ценностных ориентаций показал, что рост количества будущих полицейских, достигших 3 и 4 уровней, в экспериментальной группе по сравнению с контрольной, составил 34%, рост уровня развития общественно-полезных потребностей в экспериментальной группе по сравнению с контрольной, составил 38%. Методами математической статистики была обоснована достоверность полученных результатов. На основании предложенной модели была разработана программа, которая раскрывает содержание преемственности патриотического воспитания будущих сотрудников полиции в образовательных организациях России и внедрена в ряде юридических институтов МВД России.
Таким образом, воспитание патриотизма в современных условиях позволяет приобрести новое объективное представление и разрешение насущных

проблем социальной действительности, преодолеть стереотипы в воспитательном процессе, а также способствовать сохранению и развитию социума. Преемственность, реализуя свой системный и исторический характер, обеспечивает устойчивое развитие, создавая новое на основе положительного старого, что объективно вызывает потребность в реализации преемственности в патриотическом воспитании.
Проведённый анализ научных источников позволяет реализовывать в работе принцип преемственности как: принцип непрерывного процесса развития, который требует неразрывной связи прошлого, настоящего и будущего между отдельными сторонами процесса воспитания; процесс последовательного, поступательного, непрерывного воспитания обучаемых; условие, способствующее реализации взаимодействия между различными образовательными организациями по целям, задачам, содержанию, методам и средствам воспитания.

TECHNOLOGY OF DESIGNING A SINGLE INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL SPACE OF AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
The article examines the key stages of applying the technology of designing a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education. Possibilities and functions of the design technology of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education are reviewed, and the prospect of further use of the examined technology is determined. The proposed technology is flexible. The system is universal and it can be used for the same purposes in any higher education institution. Scientific results of the study are used in the workflow of the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy (branch) of FSAEI of HE "V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University" in Yalta. The technology is universal and can be used for similar purposes in any educational organization of higher education.

В статье рассматриваются ключевые этапы применения технологии проектирования единого информационно-аналитического пространства образовательной организации высшего образования. Осуществлён обзор возможностей и функций технологии проектирования единого информационно-аналитического пространства образовательной организации высшего образования, определена перспектива дальнейшего использования рассматриваемой технологии. Научные результаты исследования используются в рабочем процессе Гуманитарно-педагогической академии (филиал) ФГАОУ ВО «КФУ им. В.И. Вернадского» в г Ялте. Технология является универсальной и может использоваться для аналогичных целей в любой образовательной организации высшего образования.

The relevance of the study is based on the fact that the Government and the President of the Russian Federation are improving the information infrastructure in the field of science, education and technology, which are the most important tasks of the development of basic science and applied research, as stated in the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 9, 2017 No. 203 "On Development Strategies of Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030" and the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 28, 2017 No. 1632-p "On Approval of the Digital Economy Program of the Russian Federation".
The experimental research on the design of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education is conducted on the basis of
the Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy (branch) of FSAEI of HE "V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University" in Yalta.
The purpose of the article is a theoretical substantiation of the relevance of the study and the presentation of a software solution for the Intranet, developed on the basis of the design technology of the informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education.
In accordance with the purpose, the objectives of the article are as follows:
1. To present the elaborated design model of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education;
2. Experimentally test the design technology of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education.
The research posed and solved scientific and practical problems of automating the work of an educational organization of higher education with the subsequent visualization of results and accounting. The conducted studies allowed obtaining the results with a scientific novelty:
a design model of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education based on a systematic approach;
the technology of designing a single informational and analytical space, operating on the basis of the designed integrated informational and analytical system for analyzing and monitoring the indicators of the contingent of applicants, students and teachers of the higher education institution GPAYALTA.
The management of the modern system of higher education in the Russian Federation is undergoing significant transformations. There is an integration of educational and scientific (research) activities at educational institutions of higher education, carried out in various forms, while increasing competition. To implement the competitive advantages of educational institutions of higher education, it is necessary to ensure the functioning of the system of development, assistance and creation of intellectual
capital at the educational organization. Quality control and ensuring the compreh en-siveness of knowledge, qualifications, and competence of employees of a higher education organization, who work with documentation, makes it possible to effectively solve the tasks of an educational organization ofhigher education. The use oflntellec-tual and creative resources forms competitive achievements and provides an opportunity to create an effective action strathTr for proTding thelaboo matket withTnalified personnel [1; 2].

An educational organization of higher education is a complex information object, with a large number odirTerlependeat and intorceneecaed information flows penetrating into all kinds of activities.
The Humanitarian and Pedattaigoi Acedent hbrannh) nf FSAEI of HE "V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University" in Yalta, on the basis of which the experimental research is condaeted, conoists of geographically dispersed structural units: the Institute of Economics and Management, the Institute of PhildlegcHlsPooo ace Artr,tne lasrifta of Pedagogy, Psychology and Inclusive Education, the structure which includes 15 departments, and the Economics and Humanities College, the structure of which includes 8 cyclical commissions. Moreover, the structure of the Academy includes departments, such as the admission board, personnel department, educational and methodical department, accounting department and centers. The links between these structures are shown on the model of a single informational and analytical space of the educational organization of higher education. Since students enter the Academy after they are selected during the work of the admission board, the model contains the external environment. In the model, there is an indication of "Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation", as it provides the university with such basic data as admission indicators (for the Academy, they are provided by the main university) [4].
Taking into account the organizational structure of the Academy, a design model is developed for a single informational and analytical space for the educational organization of higher education (Fig. 1).
With the help of the presented model, the problems of providing the necessary information to employees working with documentation are solved. At the same time, administrative staff receives timely access to the relevant information of students at the Academy and has analytical tools for quick decision making [5].
The design technology of a single informational and analytical space is a comprehensive informational and analytical system for monitoring and analyzing the management of a contingent of applicants, students and teachers GPAYALTA (integrated IAS GPAYALTA).

The technology operates on the basis of a comprehensive single informational and analytical system for analyzing and monitoring the indicators of the contingent of applicants, students and teachers of the higher education institution GPAYALTA.

students of a higher education institution" No. 2017620299, and on June 1, 2018, the author obtained the certificate of registration of the third database "Interaction of structural divisions of the educational organization of higher education" No. 2018620789.
Integrated IAS GPAYALTA (Fig. 2) is being developed in the progressive environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate, which allows the developer to turn the ideas into cross-platform software products, enabling to work in the cloud and providing on-line access (a demo version is available at http://www.gpayalta.com login: demo, password: demo123).
It is suggested to examine the design technology of a single informational and analytical space of the educational organization of higher education in more detail. The pages Home, About GPAYALTA, Contacts, Institutes and Divisions (Fig.3) are available for an unauthorized user. Thus, an unauthorized user can only receive general information about the Academy [6].
To ensure information security of the design technology of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education, a combined role and discretionary policy is used to provide users with access to technological interaction resources between structural divisions [7; 8].
The technology of designing a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education is used in all 27 structural divisions presented in Fig. 3. Using the example of the Center for International Relations and work with foreign students of the Academy, its functioning is analyzed.
Since July 1, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education introduced new statistical forms No. 1 Monitoring of international activities (Monitoring of IA). To fill in the tables of the Monitoring of IA, the Department of Quality Management and Design Decisions of FSAEI of HE "V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University" sent templates for filling, which were sent to the Department by the employees of the Ministry of Sci-

The design model of a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education presented in the article provides data integrity by ensuring the safety and management of data.
The main functions of designing a single informational and analytical space of an educational organization of higher education at the current stage of implementation are the organization of on-line access to basic information about the contingent of students and teachers of an educational organization of higher education, and visualization of results, as well as the formation of control panels of indicators and making accounting records.

THE ORGANIZATION OF INDIVIDUAL WORK OF STUDENTS OF MILITARY TRAINING CENTERATA FEDERAL UNIVERSITY. The article analyzes features of organization of individual work of students in the process of future officer's education in a federal university. The scientific novelty of the research lies in clarifying the concept of "individual work of students of a military educational center at a federal university", taking into account the specifics of teaching students of military specialties at a federal university, as well as in considering contradictions, which are existing at the current stage of modernization of educational standards. Goals, objectives, and conditions for the organization of individual work in the process of future officer's education in a civil higher school are defined. The characteristics of individual work specifics that meet the requirements of a military educational center are given. The role of individual work to prepare competent military specialists at a federal university during the process of restructuring of military departments and Military Training Departments and Centers into the body of Military Educational Center at a university is analyzed. The significance of the use of modern technologies of education and control, including e-learning and Internet resources, is substantiated. Further prospects for the study of organizational and pedagogical specificity of individual work of students of military educational centers in the field of planning and control are determined.
