INTRODUCTION

The downside of a teacher not working on himself is that he is wasting students' lives. A teacher who wastes a student's precious time is like a lamp that burns for a lifetime. The intelligent teacher must always shine and give light to the next generation.

One has to shine to give light to another. The work of some teachers who do not work on themselves and are left behind in life can lead to unfortunate consequences. So, dear teacher, never go unprepared for the black eyes that are staring at you in the

The Law on Education and the National Training Program have set great and responsible tasks for teachers. This requires teachers to work hard and educate the younger generation to be worthy of their country and people.

Teaching is a great and honorable, complex and responsible profession. The teacher is the one who makes all the people in the world perfect. All the professions, all the scientists, all the scholars everywhere are the result of the work of the teacher. The work of a teacher is incomparable. Everyone who aspires to become a teacher, first of all, must have the will, patience, pedagogical skills, knowledge, skills and abilities specific to the teaching profession.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

If a good teacher considers himself a master, he must have the following knowledge, skills and abilities.

1. The teacher must have a broad outlook, be able to think freely about all events.

2. A teacher of independent Uzbekistan can improve the quality of general and vocational education of students only if he has a deep knowledge of the subject he teaches, and can create in them an interest and desire for science, technology and practical activities.

3. The teacher must give a good lesson in accordance with the requirements of modern science and technology and use every minute of it effectively.

4. In order to be a good teacher, a teacher must know pedagogy, psychology and the methods of his subject.

5. Although the general culture of the teacher is high, this profession requires knowledge of literature and art.

6. The teacher must follow pedagogical etiquette. Pedagogical etiquette is one of the hallmarks of the teaching profession, and it enhances a teacher's experience as he or she works with children.

7. The teacher must have pedagogical skills and comprehensive knowledge, so that students can apply it in any field.

Teacher's pedagogical skills and abilities

Many years of research have shown that pedagogical skills consist of complex and multifaceted psychological knowledge. Using this research data, it is possible to identify a number of components that play an important role in the structure of pedagogical skills:

Didactic skills are those skills that can be easily and clearly conveyed to children, and that can stimulate children's interest in science and independent active thinking.

Academic skills are skills specific to mathematics, physics, biology, mother tongue, literature, history, and other similar subjects.

A talented teacher knows his subject not only in the scope of the course, but also in detail, constantly observing the achievements and discoveries in this field, mastering the material absolutely freely, looking at it with great interest and at least a little. conducts research.

Perceptual skills are the ability to enter the student's inner world, psychological observation, and understanding the subtleties of the student's personality in relation to temporary mental states.

Speech is the ability to express one's feelings clearly through speech, as well as through facial expressions and pantomime. This is one of the most important skills in the teaching profession.

Organizational skills are, firstly, the ability to organize a team of students, to unite such a team, and secondly, the ability to organize their own personal work.

Authoritarianism is the ability to directly influence students emotionally and to gain prestige.

Communicative ability is the ability to communicate with children, to find the right way for students to age, to have pedagogical tact to communicate with them in a pedagogical way.

Pedagogical imagination is a special ability of a person to predict the outcome of their actions in the educational design of the personality of students.

The ability to concentrate is the ability to focus on multiple activities at the same time and is very important in a teacher's work.

In addition to the above skills, a teacher must have a number of positive qualities, such as purposefulness, resourcefulness, diligence, humility.

The possibility of effective use of pedagogical methods in the teaching of foreign languages for the improvement of the education system and the development of students as harmoniously developed individuals is being widely realized. The following is a brief description of the application of these methods

1. Cluster - "writing information". "Cluster" is an English word that means a bunch. Separation of information into clusters is an interactive pedagogical strategy that can be used to stimulate multivariate thinking. Basically, it encourages the

• Write the key word or phrase on a large sheet of paper in the middle of the class writing board;

• Teach interactions about concepts and ideas. Write down all the options you remember

CONCLUSION

In short, the role and responsibilities of the Teacher are determined by the importance of the attention paid by society and the public to the work of educating the younger generation. A modern teacher cannot be a social educator. Therefore, it is necessary to know the use of foreign language mechanisms in the student body, to establish relationships between teachers. For the educational process to be effective, every teacher and educator must acquire pedagogical skills and apply them in practice. They must also be able to use interactive teaching methods in accordance with the requirements of the time, so that the quality of the educational process will further increase.
