• Teacher should analyze their students carefully. Before preparing speech teachers have to determine their students very carefully. In other words, they ought to prepare a speech that can be suitable for their students and audience. Identifying your students' skills, interests, and even their age can help teachers to know about what kind of presentations they should use or what kind of tone they should speak. For example, if teachers have to give a speech in front of primary school student it will be better if they use different interesting stories, relating to the theme or other features that can make children feel enjoyed the lesson. If they speak in an educational way the children cannot understand what they hear.

• It is important to articulate clearly and confidently, while giving a talk to others. When teachers speak accurately and with confident their students follow them and understand what they are talking about. Teachers can articulate more clearly when they use wide range of vocabulary and present their ideas in a clear way. These tips help you to appear more comfortable in any situations and you look more understanding and competent. Students often prefer teachers who can impress them by their impressive speech and make them be interested in the lesson.

• Identify the aim of your talk and the main aspects of your speech.

Educators ought to determine primary goals of their speech and the main speaking points that they have to cover. It is essential to give speech with purpose in any conditions. For example, if you want to give detailed information about the history of Uzbekistan to your students you should organize your objectives. In other words, you have to prepare what you want to speak about. Ask yourself "Should I give detailed information about the history of Uzbekistan or our ancestors?" By this method you can manage your time more effectively and your lessons will also be more effective.

• To give a talk use only reliable resources. Many people fail in different situation owing to the usage of fake information or unreliable data. Teachers should use several resources from reliable web-sites or scholar magazines in order to explain the topic or the lesson more effectively. If they use any kind of information from Internet when they give information about the lesson students will struggle academically because of wrong information that they receive in their lessons from their teachers.

• Teachers should write down their speech if they are going to present something special to their students. It is important to prepare for your speech when you want to talk something very important. Therefore, writing it and analyzing it carefully play a crucial role while speaking. Because if you practice your speech wholeheartedly you can make students get information easily.

• Avoiding filler words while speaking attracts more listeners. Reducing the number of words like "um", "uh", "well" and so on can hook your students' attention easily. It also helps you to speak accurately and more direct if you do not use them. It is admitted that these words often causes divided attention among listeners and make them awkward. In addition, applying filler words in your speech a lot of times can reduce the teachers' credibility and have a negative effect on their students. When teachers try not to use them they can enhance their condition in front of their listeners.

• At the end of the speech teachers should ask some questions related to the topic that they speak about. Teachers should inspire their students to interact during lessons. To determine whether they understand the lesson or not teachers should give some question to their students. This will help both of them -students and the teacher to better understand the lesson and remember it for a long time.

• At the end of the speech teachers should allow students to ask questions. There are some situations that teachers may forget about certain information and students have to know about it. In some cases, students may not understand some of information that the teacher highlight. If teachers let their students ask something that they do not catch during the speech it will help students to get full information about the topic that they are talking about.

As it has been mentioned above, speaking is not only using words, but it is needed to use your other skills to produce a clear speech. It is a complicated skill that you need a lot of practice.
