Therefore, the development of transnational operations has become a new challenge and task for enterprises. However, because many companies start internationalization late and have low efficiency, there is still a certain gap compared with some multinational companies in developed countries. Shown in the global value chain, that is, companies in developed countries are in the high value-added part of the value chain and share higher profits from global economic results, while ordinary international companies are often in the low-end part of the value chain. How to find breakthroughs and find suitable for their own development The internationalization path has become a serious challenge for ordinary enterprises. In my opinion, the development of technical and market capabilities is crucial in the globalization of enterprises. [1]

Any enterprise must use technology, and any enterprise is an organic combination system of multiple technologies. The development of an enterprise is, in a sense, the product of technological change, and technological change is the crystallization of technological development. Theoretically, the development of modern technology is the leading force to promote the economic growth of modern enterprises, and the continuous realization of technological innovation is the fundamental way out for the development and growth of enterprises; from a practical point of view, resource-driven, trade-driven and capital-driven enterprises relying on traditional technology Today 's development has encountered severe challenges and has reached the decline of its life cycle. As long as companies rely on technological innovation and update products, they can open up the market and gain development. In the current new international technological change situation, increasing technology investment is an inevitable choice for enterprises to enhance their development capabilities and respond to market competition. With the continuous acceleration of the process of world economic integration, there will be a period of adjustment and adaptation in which economic management and operation mechanisms are in line with international rules. All industrial sectors and enterprises are facing new challenges in international competition and urgently need to adapt to economic globalization and the world. The new technological revolution and the trend of new economic development seize opportunities and meet challenges. All this shows that to adapt to the new environment and win market competition, enterprises must strengthen their technological development capabilities and build and maintain their advantages in a certain field.

First of all, the development of market capacity can accelerate economic construction. The economic and technological development of countries around the world is uneven. Especially today, science and technology are highly developed. It is impossible for any country to have all the resources needed for its own economy, let alone all the resources needed for development. advanced technology. To accelerate the development of the domestic economy, it is necessary to actively carry out international marketing, penetrate domestic products into the international market, successfully realize the value of the products and obtain more profits, earn foreign exchange through exports, and introduce advanced and scientific technology and equipment to accelerate the domestic economy. Secondly, we can expand product sales, actively carry out international marketing, and develop marketing fields for enterprises. We can seek a wider market and expand enterprise product sales:

one is to obtain greater profit returns through sales, and the other is to expand by expanding sales. The production scale of the enterprise reduces the unit cost of products and gains economies of scale.

At the same time, to avoid the risks of international trade, and actively carry out international marketing can actively explore international markets and seek favorable market opportunities when the domestic economy is in a downturn. To a certain extent, it can avoid the losses caused by the saturation of the domestic market and the degree of competition. At the same time, for multinational companies, conducting multi-country marketing can choose favorable market opportunities globally to ensure the healthy development of enterprises.[3]

Finally, develop the market capabilities of enterprises to accelerate their growth, and actively carry out internationalization, so that enterprises can participate in the fierce international market, can hone their production and development capabilities, speed up technological progress, improve business management level, and thus accelerate their growth. For a developing country such as China, joining the World Trade Organization is both pressure and motivation for many enterprises. It has both challenges and opportunities. In the process of China's modernization, encouraging domestic enterprises to actively develop international markets and participate in international competition can Train enterprises in the fierce competition such as strong hands, and fundamentally change the development thinking of the enterprise while integrating into the mainstream of the world economy, and forge a new modern enterprise that adapts to the international competitive environment.[4]

With the deepening of digitalization, many companies have begun to explore the path of internationalization. In the process of enterprise internationalization, many companies have been embedded in the global value chain and have begun to enjoy the fruits of the rapid development of the global economy.
