STANDARDS AND METHODS OF NEWS TRANSLATION OF THE
CHINESE LANGUAGE

ABSTRACT
This article conducts a more in-depth analysis based on the previous summary, and then puts forward the requirements of news translation, and summarizes the standards and methods of news translation according to the characteristics and requirements of news translation. Not only from the objective point of view of news itself but also from the subjective point of view of translators, news translators are required to continuously improve their own qualities and accomplishments. Translating Uzbek news into Chinese or translating Chinese news into Uzbek is a challenging task. Due to various reasons, translators engaged in this industry are scarce or not professional enough. In order to make up for these inherent shortcomings, we only be able to count on the hard work of the day after tomorrow, a lot of effort is required, not only to master various translation theories and techniques but also to improve one's language level and learn more professional knowledge.

INTRODUCTION
Standards for news translation. From the above, we know that news is limited in length, so news translation is also limited in length. Therefore, in order to fully express the style and style of news translation,1 translators should write down the most important things at the beginning of the news, and try their best Let the important part go forward, the language must be formal, the grammar must be fluent, and the five elements of news must not be missing, but the text must be concise and concise without making the reader feel obscure. If the source language of news itself is not standard, for example, there are a lot of repetitive content or expressions in the news, or the content of the article is too long to make people unable to grasp the key points, then the translator can not violate the facts. terminology translation in news is also one of the important criteria for judging news translation. The translation of technical terms must not make mistakes. Once it is wrong, it will be fatal to this news.
METHODOLOGY
Methods of news translation. News abstract translation method. The "translation" in the method of abstract translation means translation without too much explanation, while "extraction" means intercepting a fragment. We know that readers' attention to international news and domestic news is different. Most readers still pay too much attention to events in their home countries. For international hotspots, they can only get a little understanding, unless they are very personal. Interesting content will be searched and read in many ways. Therefore, the news is written for the nationals of the country, but readers of other countries, not all the content needs to be understood. At this time, the benefits of the compilation method are reflected. Translate the source language news and make a summary, or translate a certain part of the news, in short, extract the important part and show it to the readers, shorten the reader's reading time, and achieve the readers to get the most in the shortest time The effect of the information. For example, in 2001, Uzbekistan joined the meeting mechanism of the Fifth Congress of Shanghai2. The following year Uzbekistan's newspapers reported the impact and changes in various aspects after Uzbekistan joined the Fifth Congress of Shanghai Cooperation Mechanism. The content of this Uzbek news is very long. Because this is a topic of great concern to the people of Uzbekistan, they have made detailed reports in all aspects.
Uzbekistan and China have always been economic strategic cooperative partnerships. Therefore, China is also very concerned about Uzbekistan's participation in the meeting mechanism of the Shanghai Five Congresses. However, Chinese readers are limited to general understanding and will not go into too much. When an article was translated, Chinese translators adopted the method of extracting translation. An excerpt from a relatively long Uzbek news article into a Chinese news article of only two hundred words.
News compilation method. The "editing" in the translation method mainly emphasizes the meaning of editing, which is an integration of news. Translation and editing are carried out at the same time. Compilation methods usually have two situations, one is to compile a piece of news, and the other is to compile and integrate several pieces of news related to the content, and finally form a piece of news. Although China and Uzbekistan or other countries have cooperative relations, they also have competitive relations. Therefore, some media will specifically report some negative news when reporting, deliberately discredit China or other countries. This is because translators should not translate this way. The content of this article cannot convey incorrect information to domestic readers. When compiling news, some irrelevant content can be appropriately deleted, or the order of news content can be reversed. The news itself adopts the "inverted pyramid" style, whether it is Chinese news, English news, or Uzbek news, the format is like this. Therefore, when compiling the news, the content should be deleted from the back to the front, but after the deleted content, the original central idea of the source language news and the original content that the source language news is loyal to the original language cannot be distorted. Usually, the compiled news is mostly a few hundred words in length.
RESULTS
The basic skills of the language must be solid. There is an old Chinese saying

For Uzbek-Chinese translators, whether they are Chinese or foreigners whose mother tongue is Uzbek, in addition to understanding their respective mother tongue, they must also be proficient in the target language. Chinese and Uzbek are very complex languages, and their expressions are not the same, not to mention the grammar and tense of these two languages. Some people whose mother tongue is Chinese do not necessarily have a deep understanding of Chinese grammar, and they often have language problems in ordinary speech, but they can't find out; some people whose mother tongue is Uzbek, and they don't necessarily have a real proficiency in Uzbek. Conjugation and declension may only have the subtle difference of a few letters, but they can reverse the meaning of the entire sentence. Therefore, those who are engaged in Uzbek-Chinese translation should not feel that their existing knowledge is enough. Keep up with the forefront of the times. The news we see now is closely following the trend of the times. Every piece of news can reflect the latest developments in society. Whether it is social news, scientific and technological news, or medical news, it has a lively character. In this news, there are also some new things and new vocabulary related to them. This requires translators to do a lot of reading, accumulate such vocabulary, and extensively refer to the versions translated by other personnel, so as to summarize a reasonable and appropriate translation. News translation must be timely, not only faster but also faster than everyone else. At this time of race against time, it reflects the importance of the knowledge that translators usually accumulate, because they usually understand it, so translate Be familiar with the road.
Stand firm. The staff engaged in news translation are exposed to all kinds of news every day. Of course, this news can be positive and negative. Over time, if they are translators who are not firm, they may be misled by some negative news. There is an allusion in China called "Three people become tigers." This story is about a person who said that there were tigers in the market, and everyone did not believe what he said. Later, two people said that there were tigers in the market, and everyone began to believe that there were tigers in the market. There are tigers, but there are no tigers at all in the market. The meaning of this story is that once many people are spreading the same rumor, slowly everyone will believe it. Translators must take care of this. The media in some countries like to report some false information and deliberately discredit other countries. At this time, translators must distinguish news when translating, especially when it comes to news about their own country. The authenticity of the country, the false news cannot be reported to domestic readers, and the positive image of one's own country must be maintained. It must not be misled by distorted news, and thus believe in false news, or even distrust the government of one's own country, or discredit one's own country.
DISCUSSION

If a copyright dispute occurs, this will be legally responsible. Secondly, if you select a piece of news with false reports and have not yet marked the source of the news, then you need to bear the responsibility of the paper and also bear the legal responsibility. When marking the news source, edit it according to the requirements of the location. It may be placed at the beginning of the news or at the end of the news.
Chinese has been circulated for thousands of years. It has already become a mature language. It has a wide vocabulary. No less than 30 verbs are describing "watch", although they are all "watch." But each is different. There are not as many words in Uzbek as "watch" as in Chinese, so whether or not "watch" can be translated into Uzbek vividly is a test of whether the translator has a solid foundation. In the same way, there are many colloquialisms in Uzbek. If it is literally translated, it is a big question whether the Chinese can understand it. Secondly, whether the translation is elegant or not needs to be considered. In addition, translators engaged in translating between Uzbek and Chinese must face up to the relationship between the country and the country and maintain a neutral attitude. They cannot write about the glorious parts of a country just because they like a certain country and take some important negatives. The news of China neglects the past lightly. You can't just magnify a small problem infinitely because you don't like a certain country, pick faults, and cast a shadow over the country's international image.
The most important thing in this article is the characteristics of news translation. In fact, there are many characteristics of news translation. Here we only select six important characteristics to focus on. These six characteristics are: timeliness, accuracy, politics, and importance. , Extensiveness and Uniqueness. These six characteristics are very representative. Translators must pay attention to these six characteristics when working. A little carelessness may waste an important piece of news. Before writing this article, I did a lot of research and found that the articles about the characteristics of news translation are mostly English-Uzbek translation or English-Chinese translation, and there are very little researches on Uzbek-Chinese news translation. Some articles mentioned the characteristics of Uzbek-Chinese translation but did not conduct in-depth investigation and analysis, and some of the content was not very accurate. Moreover, these articles often only start from a single point of view and are not objective and comprehensive enough, so this article is

CONCLUSION
