SPECIFICS OF TEACHING SELECTIVE DISCIPLINE AT THE DEPARTMENT OF PROSTHETIC DENTISTRY FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS OF THE SECOND YEAR STUDY
The article presents the specifics of introducing a new model of the educational process organizing - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) into the educational process. The principal distinctive feature of this design system within the discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" is structuring it into sections and introduction of credit scorings as a unit for measuring a student's educational load. Among the disciplines studied at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at "I. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University", the new curriculum provides studying of selective discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" for the 2nd year English-speaking students. Teaching of the discipline is carried out in English and provides lectures, seminars, individual work of students and ends with credit scorings. Knowledge and skills acquired by English-speaking foreign students in the course of the discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses", aimed at the detailed study of the dental prostheses manufacture technological aspects, is a necessary component of the dentist's professional competence.

Introduction of a new model for organization of the educational process - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) - has changed the methodology of educational and professional preclinical training of doctors. The principal difference of the discipline design system "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" is structuring it into sections and introduction of credit scorings as a unit for measuring a student's educational load. However, in spite of alternative trends absence in the principles of the Bologna process, this program succeeded in adapting and preserving years of developing own achievements.
Among the disciplines studied at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at "I. Horbachevsky Ternopil State Medical University", the new curriculum provides studying the selective discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" for the 2nd year English-speaking students. Teaching of the discipline is carried out in English and provides lectures, seminars, individual work of students and ends with a credit scorings.
The main objective of studying the selective discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" is to familiarize English-speaking foreign students with modern types of non-removable and removable orthopedic prostheses. Digestion of this discipline sets the foundation for studying the Propaedeutics of Prosthetic Dentistry and the basic course of Prosthetic Dentistry, involves integration with these disciplines and formation of skills to apply the acquired knowledge in the process of further training and in the professional activity [2, 6, 8. 9].
Based on the ultimate purpose of the discipline, it formulates specific tasks for studying the subject in the form of certain professional skills ensuring achievement of the goal. Certain objectives for studying the content loan include the ability of English-speaking foreign students to determine the indications and contraindications for the use of inserts, artificial crowns, pin designs, bridges, partial laminar removable, complete removable and bugel (arch) dentures; to explain the technological features of their manufacture; to demonstrate the clinical and laboratory stages of manufacturing non-removable and removable dentures on the phantoms; to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these structures and to substantiate the choice of materials for their manufacture.
Content of each section is presented as a list of topics for practical classes, individual work, as well as practical training for the group of English-speaking foreign students. Types of training, according to the curriculum, are practical lessons that involve the students mastering the theoretical foundations of the technology for making removable and non-removable denture construction in the process of studying phantom microstents and video materials, solving situational test tasks. Individual work of English-speaking foreign students with compulsory completion of the textbook "Technological aspects of orthopedic constructions manufacturing" for self-education, describing the content of the main provisions of a topic and tasks in the form of drawings and diagrams; preparation for practical classes, preparation for the sections mastering control, preparation of a scientific literature review on topics that are submitted and self-studied and not included into the plan of auditory classes [3, 5, 10, 11].
Individual work of English-speaking foreign students involves the obligatory keeping albums for self-training, which outlines the content of the main topics and tasks provisions in the form of drawings and
diagrams. Digestion of each subject of the credit is controlled by practical classes, where the student is awarded grades on the 4-point (traditional) scale, which are converted into the rating scale scores, thus encouraging students to study systematically during the education year. Assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, determined by the ultimate goals of the study syllabus, is performed by adding to the sum the achievement current score points for execution of individual tasks, and the form of final control is the score. Absence of specialized English-language literature, which corresponds to the contents of the curriculum on the optional discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" for the second year foreign students of the Dentistry Faculty, prompted the authors to publish a textbook on the optional course.
The authors of the manual outline a brief essay on the technology of making inserts and pin constructions, the technology of making artificial crowns, the technology of manufacturing stamped-soldered bridges, the technology of manufacturing metal-plastic and metal-ceramic bridges, basic materials for manufacturing fixed denture constructions, the technology of manufacturing partial and complete removable dentures, technology of manufacturing bugel dentures, main and auxiliary materials for manufacturing denture constructions [1, 3, 4, 7]. Development of orthopedic dentistry is aimed at improving methods of treatment to improve the efficiency of dental care. Therefore, the knowledge and skills acquired by English-speaking foreign students while studying the discipline "Basic manufacturing technology of dental prostheses" are necessary components of the professional competencies formation in a present-day doctor-dentist.

Принципиальным отличием такой системы проектирования программы дисциплины «Основные технологии изготовления зубных протезов» стало структурирование её на разделы и введение зачётных кредитов как единицы измерения учебной нагрузки студента. Среди дисциплин, которые преподают на кафедре ортопедической стоматологии ДВНЗ «Тернопольский государственный медицинский университет имени И. Я. Горбачевского МЗ Украины» по новому учебному плану предусмотрено изучение англоязычными студентами II курса выборочной дисциплины «Основные технологии изготовления зубных протезов». Преподава-ние дисциплины проводится на английском языке и предусматривает лекции, семинарские занятия, самостоятельную работу студентов и завершается зачётом. УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ЗНАНЬ I ПРАКТИЧНИХ НАВИЧОК С1МЕЙНИМИ Л1КАРЯМИ НА ЦИКЛ1 ТЕМАТИЧНОГО ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ «ВЕДЕННЯ ПАЦ1€НТА З В1Л-1НФЕКЦ16Ю/СН1ДОМ С1МЕЙНИМИ Л1КАРЯМИ»
Метою циклу тематичного удосконалення «Ведения пащен™ з ВIЛ-iнфекцieю / СН1Дом амейним лкарем» е покращення знань, тдвищення рiвня формування умiнь i навичок при робой з В1Л-шфкованими хворими, а також зниження стигми та дискримшаци, пов'язаних з ВШ-шфекщею. Шдготовка сiмейних лiкарiв з питань клшчних проявiв, консультування та тестування на В1Л. Ознайомити з перелiком правових документа, що регламентують роботу в сферi надання медико-соцiальноi допомоги В1Л-шфкованим пацiентам: лiкарi повиннi проводити тестування швидкими тестами на бал центрiв первинно! медико-санiтарноi допомоги та оргашзувати маршрут пацiента, а також установа первинноi медико-санiтарноi допомоги та / або амейний лiкар повинен буде призначати i видавати антиретровiрусну терапiю, проводити монiторинг побiчноi да лiкарських засобiв, диспансеризацiю, надавати палiативну допомогу.

Одним ¡з найбшьших сощальних ризиюв, яю на нацюнальному р1вш перетворюеться на загрозу нацюнальнш безпещ Украiни, е ешдем1я В1Л/СН1Ду. За оцшкою Об'еднаноi програми ООН з В1Л/СН1Д (ЮНЕЙДС), ешдем1я В1Л-шфекцй в краЛш е другою за величиною серед краш схщно! Свропи та Центрально1' Азй. Зпдно з оновленими даними, з 1987 р. по 2016 р. в краЛш офщшно зареестровано 297.424 випадки В1Л-шфекцй, у тому числ1 92 897 випадюв захворювання на СН1Д i 41 710 випадюв смерт вщ захворювань, зумовлених СН1Дом [1].
Всесвггаьою оргашзащею охорони здоров'я (ВООЗ) розроблений документ «Глобальна стратепя сектора охорони здоров'я по В1Л на 2016-2020 рр.», метою яко! е лшвщащя ешдемп СН1Ду до 2030 року [2].
У жовтш 2014 р. Законом Украши затверджено Загальнодержавну цшьову сощальну програму протидп В1Л-шфекцй/СН1Ду на 2014-2018 рр. II метою е зниження р1вшв захворюваност й смертносп вщ В1Л-шфекцй/СН1Ду шляхом забезпечення державноi системи надання яюсних i доступних послуг людям, яю живуть з В1Л. Головна мета цього документа -зменшення на 50% кшькост нових випадюв шфшування В1Л серед груп ризику, формування толерантного ставлення до людей, яю живуть з В1Л-шфекщею, зниження р1вня стигми та дискримшацй у суспшьствь
Таким чином, украй необхщною е шдготовка с1мейних лшар1в з питань ктшчних прояв1в, консультування i тестування на В1Л. 1снуюч1 законодавч1 акти Украши й ушфшоваш клш1чш протоколи створюють передумови для ефективноi роботи с1мейних лшар1в та окреслюють мюце первинноi ланки в сфер1 иротпдй' ВIЛ-iнфекцii та СН1Ду.
Ураховуючи актуальшсть ща проблеми, Всеукранська громадська органiзацiя «Украшська асощащя сiмейноi медицини» (ВГО«УАСМ») в рамках проекту «Розвиток кадрового потенщалу первинноi ланки медички допомоги в сфер1 В1Л-шфекцп в Укршш» у 2017 р. шщювала проведення робочих зустр1чей у Дшпропетровськш, Одеськш, Полтавськш областях. Провщною метою цих нарад е розробка мехашзму залучення амейних л1кар1в до проходження навчання за програмою циклу тематичного удосконалення (ТУ) «Ведення пащенпв з В1Л-шфекщею/СН1Дом с1мейним лшарем».
У китт 2017 року в Полтав1 за участю Президента ВГО «УАСМ», завщувача кафедри, д.мед.н. професора Матюхи була проведена робоча зустр1ч i презентащя для учасниюв на тему: «Сучасний стан розвитку кадрового потенщалу первинноi ланки у наданн медичноi допомоги В1Л-позитивним пащентам», в якш зазначено, що центром модел1 в робот амейного лшаря е пащент, до якого застосовуються комплексний шдхщ, i допомога надаеться виходячи з потреб пащента.
