Perfection of innovative potential at training to foreign languages is caused by ability freely to own active methods of training. Thus skill of the teacher to model a teaching material with productive formation of innovative thinking at the student it is caused by active motivation in training and realization of requirements to professional work of the future expert.

Annotation: Perfection of innovative potential at training to foreign languages is caused by ability freely to own active methods of training. Thus skill of the teacher to model a teaching material with productive formation of innovative thinking at the student it is caused by active motivation in training and realization of requirements to professional work of the future expert.

Key words: The today's is standard-legal base in the field of learning of foreign languages in the country includes complex system of cardinal perfection of activities, advanced methods of teaching with use of modern pedagogical and information-communication technologies.

All cycle of formation of professional work of the teacher is a certain movement of set of ideas concerning the organization of educational process, where on the agenda there is a question on how to organize training, what basic contingent of audience and is intended for what purposes the end result of the given study. Scale reforms of all spheres of life the countries creating conditions for high-grade development of a society and the person, taking into account all-round modernization of educational process, have defined process of learning of foreign languages as an integral part of vocational training of all educational institutions [1]. The basic component for creation of the optimum environment for learning of foreign languages this conscious society with deep understanding of the importance of the process of studying. The teacher of a foreign language in the given process is the person for whom constant self-improvement owing to improbably fast-growing requirements and the innovations connected with process of globalization of a modern society is characteristic.

«The Program of the accelerated equipment offices of foreign languages of educational institutions of republic modern with the information-communication equipment, means of training and stock in 2013-2016» thanks to what every possible conditions for wide access to world civilisation achievements, world information resources, and, accordingly, formation of new innovative thinking are created now operates.

New technologies demand presently from the teacher of high schools of pedagogical skill, knowledge, ability to diagnose the training and education

purpose. Here the organization of the skills demanding constant search of new possibilities, initiatives and offers with their subsequent introduction is necessary. For today the education system in the country provides criteria of teaching and estimation at training to foreign languages according to descriptors of language skills (А1, А2, В1, В2, С1), заимствованых from the All-European system of levels of mastery of a language for conformity maintenance to the international standards [3].

On one employment the student can be active and involved in process, and on other - unmotivated, tired or even aloof. Also there is a problem of the employment passed by students at which the sequence chain on system development of a lexical and grammatical material is broken.

The problem of the teacher of a foreign language in this case covers following necessary components:

1. Ability to use new pedagogical standards with their adaptation to interests of pupils.

2. Masterful application of a teaching material.

3. To Provide a reality between the pupil and преподаваемым a subject.

4. The Accurate organization of independent activity of the student with use of its personal potential.

At the decision of the moments set forth above accurate arrangement of ideas, the purposes and problems in sphere of language training is important. Frequently there are such problem points when pupils, owing to the various reasons, for example, at the expense of excessive entertaining or enthusiasm for other subjects not absolutely understand importance and the importance of a foreign language studied by them. It is necessary professionally; it is masterful, without "imposing" to involve the student in a content of a material studied by it. Here any methods are pertinent. It is possible to organize employment as if they look a favorite telecast, a film, or sit in a circle of friends, in social networks of the Internet etc. Improvisation at learning of foreign language by time forces out many other methods of teaching but if it yields good results at work with this or that audience, the skilled teacher becomes the actor though actually he is a talented producer of the given picture.

The moment of granting of a teaching material is important. Activity of the teacher should be designed so that all looked really so that the student could see how language studied by its can be applied it not only in audience, but also behind its limits. The trainee should have, first of all, exact idea about that, «where and what for it is going to go and that there expects it». Motivations by means of involving are equally important for successful learning of foreign languages. Here teaching material selection is rather important so that it reflected requirements and interests of the trainee. Also the student always needs to give possibility to express the opinion under the lesson maintenance. It is necessary to create for it every possible conditions for an exchange of ideas and own sights on a studied material. The student and its thinking are formed more actively and productively if educational process is provided by a favorable psychological climate of

cooperation of the teacher and the student, and also in case of reflexion by educational process of full life cycle of professional work with its innovations and divergences.

The extensive material in the form of audio is given the today's student, and so forth that lets it possibility know video of rollers, films, computer programs how the foreign language is applied in real life. Also it can see or hear to this video data in house condition, at leisure, with friends or in the bosom of the family. Hence, new technologies create conditions both for the student, and for the teacher. Work in technically equipped, it is modern the equipped audiences gives the chance to address to material sources where the student can receive the full information on authors of a course and the textbook.

Let's separately contemplate a problem of the employment passed by students which created additional difficulties for the teacher at training to a foreign language earlier. Advantage of the modern innovative technologies giving possibility to solve these of a problem, is invaluable. So, the today's program created under the newest requirements of pedagogical standards, gives extensive possibility for independent mastering of a material which are intended, basically, for independent work of the student, and also promotes the further practice of language skills by fastening of the passed material.

New innovative technologies demand from the present teacher of professional competence not only in the field of base formation, but also in sphere of information-communication technologies, the rights, pedagogics, psychology and so forth Is resulted the basic requirements which are necessary for the teacher of high school at use of innovative methods in business of training for foreign languages:

- The competent organization of the purposes and priorities;

- Constant perfection of the pedagogical possibilities taking into account improvement of innovative potential;

- Development of enthusiasm and the creative approach on a way of introduction of new methods and ideas;

- Propagation of universal factors taking into account spiritual, intellectual and cultural values of a modern democratic society

- The constant analysis of own activity, aspiration to self-determination, overcoming of obstacles in a way to self-realization.

New possibilities dictate new requirements of ways of formation of the teacher as to the highly skilled and competent person. Activity coordination according to strategy of educational modernization of the country defines development of new experience and knowledge, expansions of professional and intellectual possibilities.

Abstract: The article deals with description of interactive method named "The semiconductor" for English lessons. The method is intended to estimate the mastering of the topic by the students. The applicated instruction and stage of usage is brought.

Key words: educational technology, interactive methods, the estimation of knowledge, mastering of knowledge.

Pedagogical technologies are increasingly used in the education system. The educational system of the most developed countries in the world has moved to the new stage, where authoritarianism gives it's way to cooperation [1]. "Pedagogical technology is a systematic method of creating, applying, defining the entire teaching process, mastering knowledge, taking into account the technical and human resources and their interactions, which aim is to optimize the forms of education" [2]. "Pedagogical technology as an independent science in the education system covers all elements of the educational process: drawing up athe training schedule and curriculum, teaching, and evaluating its results" [3].

For the current control in traditional education, oral and written interviews are used more often [4,5]. Oral interrogation requires the large expenditure of study time, written control works are associated with significant costs of teachers' labor for their verification [6,7,8].

To eliminate these shortcomings, it was created an interactive method by S.N.Akbarova [9], aimed to assessing the assimilation of the particular topic by the students themselves. We used it for English lessons. It differs from other interactive methods of assessing students' knowledge by the fact that during the course of this method, not only the assessment process takes place, but also the students succeed in repeating and consolidating the studied material, increasing the level of mastering and memorizing.

Taking the technique "Semiconductor".

Stage 1.

The students are divided into two groups in the classroom. In our experiment, we called them the groups of "atoms" and "electrons." The tables are
