New standards of convicts custody demand a system character of the resocialization process, complex interaction between a correctional institution and the representatives of social-pedagogical help service, educational establishments. It is necessary to improve social-pedagogical component of the upbringing influences, reconsider the ideology of the main means of convicts re-education use on the basis of modern scientifically substantiated approaches to this problem, the search for the forms of net interaction organization between a pedagogical higher educational establishment and a correctional institution, more varied use of axiological potential of physical culture. Materials. The article is about an innovative direction of the upbringing work effectiveness increase among convicts on the basis of a system organized mutual physical-sports activity, socially-oriented projects realization together with students, volunteers, teachers, the leading scientists of a higher educational establishment. Research methods: scientific-methodical literature analysis and summarizing, pedagogical experiment, psychological-pedagogical testing, mathematical-statistical data handling. Results. Nowadays different variants of interaction between the specialists of psychological, social services, the head staff and social institutions, social-state unions are formed inside correctional institutions. However, not always realized mutual events lead to qualitative changes and positive results in changing convicts and their resocialization. According to the authors, an important condition for the effectiveness increase of the resocialization process among convicts is social-pedagogical, physical-sports activity organization during different mutual projects, which will condition the opportunity to create a favorable social-cultural, upbringing environment of the correctional institution, which provides conditions for a positive communication of convicts with students-volunteers, students-sportsmen, who had achieved considerable sports results and who have formed axiological attitude to life artifacts, realize own responsibility for personal and professional development. During the conversations convicts master the skills of critical thinking, learn to analyze life situations, there appears the need for self-determination, personal system of values creation, which will condition the opportunity of a rational realized approach to life trajectory choice after discharge, successful socialization in society. Conclusion. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove positive tendency in key indices, which characterize the degree of convicts involvement into socially-oriented physical-sports activity (the case of custody regimen violation decrease, orientation change of axiological-notional sphere among convicts, who take part in social-pedagogical projects and others). It underlines the necessity to search and broaden the form of interaction between a correctional institution and educational establishments in socially important upbringing work of convicts re-education.

Annotation. Urgency. The conception of the Russian penal system till 2020 provides social, psychological and upbringing work with convicts optimization on the basis of the conditions creation for interaction between the representatives of all services of penitentiary establishments involving the representatives of executive authority and the institutions of civil society; the search and introduction of individual forms of work in order to provide social, psychological, pedagogical help each convict; the use of cooperation with the structures of civil society and social unions for the upbringing influence on convicts; interaction activation with the traditional confessions, mutual humanitarian projects realization; the forms variety of convicts' cultural free time, clubs and circles organization, involving the representatives of arts, culture and sport [5].

The aim of this research work is theoretical-methodical substantiation of the resocialization process among convicts on the basis of net interaction organization between a pedagogical higher educational establishment and a correctional institution.

The objectives of the research:

1. To present theoretical substantiation of resocialization problem among convicts on the basis of events complex of social-pedagogical and physical-sports activity use.

2. To create methodological basis for interaction organization between a pedagogical higher educational establishment and a correctional institution.

Materials. Recently the system of penitentiary establishments becomes more open for involvement religious confessions, culture and sport, educational establishments, volunteers into the process of re-education among convicts. Resocialization of convicts becomes the problem of the whole civil society. The results of what kind of society members we get after convicts leave the system of penitentiary establishments depends on the level of penal institutions consolidated efforts, state and social institutions, different commercial and non-commercial unions in this direction. It can be the citizens, who realize their blame, ready to have purposeful behavior, who have correct moral guiding lines, models of behavior, which are necessary for a successful introduction into society after a release from custody, or it we can get marginal men, who avoid socially useful work, who are used to parasitic way of life and had mastered the norms and rules of behavior accepted among criminals and who spoil for a recurrent crime.

Resocialization of convicts is a long-term, multilevel process, which includes social, psychological-pedagogical, medical, juridical aspects. In modern research works different approaches to this phenomenon study are presented in sociology, penitentiary pedagogics, psychology, law and etc. [1-3, 10, 11, 13-17, 19, 20 and others].

In research works by K.S. Tumarova (2012) it is shown that mesofactorial environment of a penitentiary establishment is the main determinant of resocialization among

convicts. The author considers a penitentiary establishment as a special social-cultural environment of convicts resocialization, for which it is typical to combine penal and prison subcultures, which have polar axiological base, norms and values understanding [13]. Several works in sociology and pedagogics study different aspects of convicts social rehabilitation. A.M. Shevchenko (1997) studies social aspects of people rehabilitation problem after a release from custody. In the research works by D.K. Shakirov (2004) social-philosophical analysis of rehabilitation problems among convicts is presented and the process improvement of changing convicts in terms of penal system reformation is discussed. N.S. Fomin (2005), V.V. Vinogradov (2011) created theoretical-methodical basis of social-pedagogical support of convicts during the resocialization process. In the opinion of the researchers, social-pedagogical support is a "multilevel system of pedagogically oriented social work with convicts, directed at their resocialization by means of progressive life aims, interests, mindsets and motivation of behavior formation in social-role self-determination in the following spheres of life: family, general and professional education, interpersonal communication, labor activity, free time; social-labor status and the lost social connections renewal after execution of a punishment". Social-pedagogical support of convicts should be realized in an integral space of a correctional institution and an open social environment. A.G. Finaeva (2012) realizes the opportunities of a family as the factor of convicts resocialization and offers the mechanisms of its resocializational potential increase. A.Y. Leonova (2016) offers an innovative mechanism of convict's personality desocialization on the basis of social experiment realization. This desocialization is connected with social factors and consequences of penitentiary system influence. Taking into account negative conditions of life at a penal institution, the author supposes, that educational technologies will be able to have a positive influence on a personality, leveling negative consequences of an individual's

desocialization. In penitentiary pedagogics the definite theoretical preconditions were formed of resocialization problems solution during the process of professional education [1, 3 and others]. According to A.Y. Avramenko (2011), professional education of convicts by means of educational, upbringing, professional orientation, normative-regulating,

communicative functions fulfillment provides cognitive needs and interests development, the hierarchy of axiological orientations transformation and as a result, recidivism level decrease. Some researchers consider the opportunity to use the potential of amateur organizations during social-pedagogical rehabilitation of convicts during penitentiary and post- penitentiary periods [11, 14, 15 and others]. V.S. Ledovskiy (2003) substantiated the necessity to use involvement of convicts into cultural-mass and sport events in the upbringing work. In his opinion, it provides personality's physical culture formation as the need for physical and psychic health achievement, the conditions of an effective resocialization process. Physical-sports activity has a great upbringing potential, however, as a special scientific-methodical literature, dissertations analysis shows, this aspect of resocialization is not realized enough in the practice of penitentiary establishments. Because of a low level of professional-pedagogical competence of mentors, the heads of detachments in the sphere of physical culture pedagogics, lack of their knowledge concerning the opportunity to use physical upbringing means in the upbringing work with convicts till nowadays in the system of correctional institutions for adult convicts physical-sports events were mainly considered by Administration of the Federal Correctional Service (AFCS) members as one of the cultural-leisure activity organization forms. At the same time, the researchers mention, that physical culture has a complex of advantages over other kinds of upbringing work. Physical-sports activity can be used for different social-pedagogical problems solution, which appear during the period of being in a correctional

institution and after a release from custody [7, 9, 17].

As the practice shows, physical upbringing means use, without taking into account the specificity of serving sentence, convicts' needs for motional potential self-realization, health improvement; insufficient formation of scientifically substantiated program-methodical support of physical upbringing process among convicts-adults, poor material-technical support, no physical culture specialists, who can organize high level of this kind of activity, restricts the opportunities of the upbringing influence of physical culture on the convicts personality. The results of the scientific works analysis and study proves the fact, that the problem of physical culture upbringing potential realization at correctional establishments is not studied enough. Several fragmentary research works, which reveal the separate aspects of physical-sports work use in the activity of correctional establishments, are revealed [6-9, 13, 17] and it conditions the necessity of further theoretical-methodical substantiation of this upbringing work direction.

Research results and their discussion. Nowadays different variants of interaction between the specialists of psychological, social services, the head staff and social institutions, social-state unions are formed inside correctional institutions. At the same time, not always realized mutual events lead to qualitative changes and positive results in changing convicts and their resocialization. During our research work we considered the opportunity to solve this problem on the basis of a net interaction organization between a correctional establishment and a pedagogical higher educational establishment. The use of social-cultural, scientific-pedagogical

potential of a higher educational establishment, which realizes training of teachers, social workers, psychologists, physical culture specialists, system organization of mutual physical-sports activity, social-oriented projects with the participation of students, volunteers, teachers, the leading scientists of a higher educational

establishment should create the pre-conditions for the effectiveness of the upbringing work increase and resocialization of convicts.

Since 2015 students and teachers of physical culture and sport department of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Establishment of Higher Education "Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov" mutually realize physical-sports events with young convicts and convicts-adults, who serve sentence at correctional establishments of the Ulyanovsk region. In May 2015 the convicts from CE-2 (correctional establishment), who served sentence for the first time, took part in testing in terms of All-Russian physical-sports complex "RLD" (ready for labor and defense) introduction, volleyball, football matches. On the 13th of January, 2016 the rector of Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University Tamara Devyatkina and the head of Administration of the Federal Correctional Service of Russia in the Ulyanovsk region Aleksey Netskin signed the agreement on cooperation. In terms of the signed agreement with the participation of students, postgraduates and physical culture and sport department teachers "Social-pedagogical adaptation by means of physical culture and sport among young people, who got into a difficult life situation (convicts)" project is realized, which is directed at resocialization of young convicts. The project provides the events in 7 correctional establishments of the region, which are realized each month (according to the schedule, which was coordinated with the adminisration of the Federal Correctional Service of Russia in the Ulyanovsk region) and include the following: scientific-research block (sociological, psychological-pedagogical research works), theoretical block (lectures of the specialists in the basis of a healthy life style (HLS), sports and health-improving training, control and self-control), motivational-stimulating block (meetings with sportsmen champions and masters of sport, "Master Classes"), training-competitive block (mutual trainings, matches, competitions in different kinds of sport). The

events connected with the introduction of All-Russian "RLD" physical-sports complex form the separate block, which provides the lectures about the history of the complex regeneration, the content of program-methodical and information support; testing (test mode) of convicts and the staff of the Federal Correctional Service according to the control exercises of All-Russian "RLD" physical-sports complex. During the project realization seminars concerning physical-sports works organization for the specialists of the Federal Correctional Service are provided, methodical support for physical-sports activity, circles in different available, in terms of correctional establishment, kinds of sport realization is created, physical culture instructors-volunteers training is also organized among convicts. Together with the administration of the Federal Correctional Service in the Ulyanovsk region and a Pedagogical University round-table discussions with the leading scientists of a higher educational establishment, social workers, psychologists, the administrative staff of correctional establishments were organized (the topics of round-table discussions: "Healthy life style formation as the factor of a successful resocialization of convicts", "The upbringing work organization with convicts at correctional establishments").

"Social-pedagogical adaptation by means of physical culture and sport among young people, who got into a difficult life situation (convicts)" project is realized together with social-pedagogical projects of the scientific-research center of society prevention socially-dangerous phenomena, created on the basis of Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov ("Pedagogical scientific-research center of society prevention socially dangerous phenomena", 2008). The main directions of the center are connected with prevention of asocial behavior among schoolchildren in Ulyanovsk. However, because of the problem urgency of convicts re-education, the increase of crime relapse among convicts after a release from custody, since 2009 the separate socially-oriented projects ("History of Christianity

origin", "Family in seven dimensions", "Health formula", "From sorrow to joy", "HIV is your choice", "Family values formation. What does Saint Valentine's Day mean?", "Abstinence and fidelity", "100% protection against HIV", "Healthy self-estimation", "Life values in modern world", "HIV prevention in terms of "School of getting ready for release from custody"" and others) were tested in the upbringing work among convicts of the Ulyanovsk region. Preventive activity of students-volunteers, teachers in terms of these projects content is directed at convicts' self-destroying behavior, addictive and dysadaptive behavior prevention. The main forms and methods of the upbringing influence are educational seminars; psychotechnics of healthy self-estimation formation; training exercises, games, which form the skills of psychological influence resistance, the skills of life difficulties constructive overcoming. During the conversations, communication convicts learn to think critically and analyze life situations, the need for self-determination, personal system of values creation is formed and it conditions the opportunity of a rational approach to life trajectory choice after a release from custody, successful socialization in society.

According to the results of psychological-pedagogical test, held with the participation of psychologists of correctional establishments, pedagogical University teachers (sociological poll, the degree of social adaptation, methodology of satisfaction revelation with physical culture lessons and others), there is a positive tendency in key indices, which characterize the degree of convicts involvement into socially-oriented physical-sports activity. Since September, 2016 till June, 2017 the number of convicts, who take part in physical-sports events, social projects, organized with participation of students from physical culture department, increased till 287 people. At the beginning of the academic year and at the end of the year sociological poll was held among the convicts, which helped to reveal the opportunities of physical-sports activity use as the means of

resocialization. According to the results of the final survey 75,5% of convicts consider physical culture lessons and sport one of the conditions for successful adaptation after a release from custody, the opportunity to realize positive personal qualities, find own place in modern free society (at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment 63,7%); 70,0% of convicts think that physical culture provides positive psycho-emotional state formation, positive micro climate creation, the level of aggression decrease (at the beginning of the pedagogical experiment 53,5%). Axiological-notional sphere of convicts, who take part in social-pedagogical projects, is characterized by norms-oriented direction of the indices, unlike the indices of convicts, who are not involved into project activity. The convicts from the first group define the following leading values: social approval achievement, the necessity to control nonsocial motives, independence in setting the aims and life way choice. The number of rules violation cases at a correctional establishment among the participants of created by us events decreased to 28% (according to the statistics of the Federal Correctional Service of the Russian Federation it is 40-50%). At the same time, convicts mention that the upbringing effect of different forms of physical-sports activity is restricted because of no qualified specialists, trainers, who could provide competent psychological-pedagogical, methodological support of physical-sports lessons; poor material-technical base; no stimuli and support of administration, which could stimulate convicts to go in for different kinds of physical-sports activity; negative attitude of the separate micro groups of convicts to those, who train.

Conclusion. Thus, the research results prove, that the process of communication with socially adapted students, who have considerable sport achievements, who see the prospects of professional and personal development, formed system of life values; mutual system-organized physical-sports, social-project activity, the events of educational, testing and leisure character

condition the formation of a positive communication experience, convicts' motivation formation to create personally important purposeful guiding lines, the number of regimen violation and crimes relapse cases decrease; create pre-conditions for moral behavior in society after a release from custody. Interaction between a correctional institution and a pedagogical higher educational establishment in order to broaden the opportunities of the upbringing influence on convicts, conditions creation for more successful resocialization on the basis of both traditional forms of the upbringing work use and physical-sports, social-pedagogical project activity, should be understood as an innovative direction of resocialization of convicts.

Annotation.One of the main aims of modern education is the oncoming generation's health preservation, which is realized by a teacher through pedagogical actions and contact setting with students. That is why professional training of the future primary school teachers for ecological-health-improving work is very important. Material. The article is about the importance and effectiveness of the systematic work use with the bachelors during the process of their professional training by means of different elective courses, special elective disciplines introduction and the curriculum disciplines ecologization, directed at professional competencies formation in the sphere of pedagogics and primary education methodologies. Research methods: comparative analysis of scientific-methodical literature; lectures-discussions, excursions, progressive pedagogical experience summarizing, pedagogical experiment, pedagogical observation, mathematical handling of the research results. Results. During the research the following conditions for professional training of students were revealed: special elective courses, special elective disciplines introduction and also curriculum disciplines ecologization, directed at professional competencies formation in the sphere of pedagogics and primary education methodology; awareness-raising work in terms of extracurricular activity; scientific-research activity among students in terms of ecological-health-improving topics.
