QUALITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING IS THE DEMAND OF THE
TIMES
Abstract: It is the priority of our time to provide all-round support to the talented young people who are the future of our country, to create favorable conditions for them. In order to organize high-quality educational processes in schools, it is first necessary to improve the infrastructure of all educational areas, to provide schools with modern educational tools, uninterrupted Wi-Fi internet in computer rooms, and more. Our main goal is to continuously provide students with an electronic source of information, to organize reading activities among students, to create strong immunity to ideological "attacks", and to equip them with modern educational tools. In addition, we need to further improve processes such as arousing interest in other languages among young students, organizing various clubs outside of class, and meaningfully organizing their free time. It is our highest task and duty to educate the creators of our tomorrow into highly spiritual people.

The development of the state, its future is definitely dependent on the way in which attention is paid to education in this nation, to the people who selflessly serve in the field of education. Any nation that achieves high results is based only on dedicated people who serve in the field of education and training. That is why education is the heart of the nation. Education is carried out in harmony with education, although these two concepts are different in form, in essence, they serve the same purpose. The sole purpose of education is to develop a well-rounded person and to serve to reveal the initiative abilities of a person who thinks freely. However, it is difficult to imagine an uneducated "modern man" or an uneducated person. So, these two concepts not only complement each other, but improve side by side. A person who has these two can find his place in the life of our time. However, the formation of the above-mentioned abilities should be organized at a higher level in educational institutions and further improved. In fact, upbringing and education are an integral part of a person, which continues and develops from birth to death. Over the centuries, there have been many reforms in the field of education, which have reached the current indicators.
In fact, education was not organized as comprehensively as it is today and did not achieve such indicators at the national level. However, the organization
of quality education is still the main demand of our time, therefore, new trends and strategies are being defined in the field of education. The main goal is to provide quality education. In addition, there are goals such as sorting young students according to their interests, giving them directions in the field of their choice, and forming skills. As a result of reforms in our country, fundamental changes are being made in the field of education.
Improving the system of personnel training in the field of information technologies is one of the important conditions for the successful implementation of the "Digital Uzbekistan - 2030" strategy, the development of digital technologies and the wide implementation of them in the everyday life of the population. Measures taken to increase the efficiency of the system of vocational training and retraining in the field of information technologies create a solid foundation for providing state bodies and network organizations with qualified IT specialists.
In particular, a school specialized in in-depth teaching of information and communication technologies named after Muhammad al-Khorazmi and branches of a number of foreign universities have been launched, and digital technology training centers are being gradually established in districts and cities..
At the same time, the lack of qualified personnel in the labor market of the republic requires the improvement of educational programs and methods in the field of information technologies, and the strengthening of cooperation between educational institutions and IT companies.
To raise information technology training to a new level in terms of quality, to satisfy the demand of the labor market for qualified IT specialists, as well as the strategy of Actions on the five priority directions of the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 "Science, in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks specified in the state program for the implementation of the "Year of Enlightenment and Development of the Digital Economy":
For 5 years, the field of information technology in Uzbekistan, like all other fields, has undergone great changes, which later affected not only the economy, but also the development of the country as a whole. In particular, the speed of the Internet has increased, the number of users of the global Internet network, optical communication lines, mobile base stations, etc., and IT specialists have increased significantly.
Today, we can observe tremendous changes in the field of information technology and communication in the country, and these changes are mainly due to the support provided by the government in the last 5 years.
In addition, on July 24, 2019, the opening ceremony of the IT Park Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan's first technological park in the field of IT, was held. And now, two years later, in honor of its birthday, as well as in order to improve relations with foreign countries and partners, to bring national IT products to the
world market in the IT industry of our country, and to attract foreign partners for joint implementation and development of projects, "IT "Park Rewind 2021" online conference was organized, in which local speakers participated with presentations on the development of a strategy for the formation of IT culture in Uzbekistan, the specifics of creating IT projects and our IT companies.
IT Park CEO Farhod Ibragimov said: "The IT sector, and especially the IT Park, is rapidly developing in Uzbekistan, a unique IT infrastructure is being created, and competitive young IT personnel are being trained. Making Uzbekistan the IT leader of the CIS countries.
We have set very ambitious goals - by 2025, we will have 70% of the population working in outsourcing, create a strong venture capital market, create large-scale IT products, actively explore foreign markets, and achieve the creation of a national market by 2028, and IT services should achieve an increase in the number of exports by 1 billion dollars. The development of the IT sector opens not only the state economy, but also the creation of high-quality electronic textbooks. According to the demand of our time, modernization is entering all areas. It is impossible to be childish. In April 2019, the President of Uzbekistan approved the concept of development of the public education system until 2030. In addition to improving and expanding the educational infrastructure and improving teaching methods, the concept aims to make Uzbekistan one of the 30 leading countries in the world by 2030 according to the PISA rating.
"In schools where children from low-income families receive education, students' achievement level is low, and it is necessary to support these schools," said Sasha Graumann, head of UNICEF's office in Uzbekistan. "In order for all children to have equal opportunities for quality education, it is necessary to provide such schools with the necessary educational materials and highly qualified teachers," he said.
