ABSTRACT
This article summarizes the study was a clinical group consisting of 90 patients with various clinical forms of rosacea (erythematous-telangiectatic, papular-pustular and pustular-nodular) aged 20 to 60 years: 68 women (75.6%) and 22 men (24.4%) The aim of our work was to study and detail psycho-emotional disorders in rosacea and evaluate the feasibility of using pyrazidol as part of complex therapy.
Keywords: Rosacea, psycho-emotional disorders
INTRODUCTION
Rosacea is a disease that is characterized by a chronic course with periodic relapses; its development is based on a polyetiological component. During rosacea, several stages can be distinguished, each of which is characterized by certain clinical manifestations, such as erythema, telangiectasia, pustular-papular manifestations, eye involvement, and the development of rhinophyma. Most often, rosacea is diagnosed in people over 35 years of age. Relative to the level of all dermatoses in the population, rosacea occurs in approximately 5% of cases, and in the general population, the incidence reaches 10%. If we talk about Russia, then in our country rosacea accounts for about 6% of dermatological diagnoses. The disease is extremely common, for example, in the UK, there are 170 patients with rosacea per 100,000 people. In the RISE study (Rosacea International Study on Epidemiology) in 2019, updated data on Germany and Russia were obtained: the prevalence of rosacea in Germany was 13.2%, in Russia - 6%. It should be noted that the most common disease occurs in Europeans who live in Sweden, Denmark. Mongoloid and Negroid races are more likely to suffer from granulomatous type of rosacea. The basics of pathophysiology, as well as a huge number of clinical manifestations, make this disease a subject of discussion among specialists around the world, causing a lot of controversy. However, all researchers agree that many exogenous and endogenous factors contribute to the development of rosacea, which allows us to draw conclusions about the polyetiological nature of this disease.

OBJECTIVE
To study and detail psycho-emotional disorders in rosacea and evaluate the feasibility of using pyrazidol as part of complex therapy.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The object of the study was a clinical group consisting of 90 patients with various clinical forms of rosacea (erythematous-telangiectatic, papular-pustular and pustular-nodular) aged 20 to 60 years: 68 women (75.6%) and 22 men (24.4%). Of these, 7 patients (0.08%) were hospitalized. All studied patients were divided into two groups of 45 patients, each of which included 34 women and 11 men. The control group consisted of 45 practically healthy individuals: also 34 women and 11 men. The comparison group received traditional treatment: systemic drugs (antibiotics, hormonal contraceptives, metronidazole) and external therapy (products containing sulfur, salicylic and azelaic acids, resorcinol, metronidazole). The active intervention group received pyrazidol at a dosage of 50 mg 2 times a day for 30 days against the background of conventional therapy. Psycho-emotional status was assessed before and after treatment using the Temperament Accentuation Test (TAST), the Quality of Life Diagnostic Index (QLI), and the Tsung Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale. Dermatological status was also assessed before and after treatment using the Diagnostic Symptom Scale Index (DSSI) and the Diagnostic Assessment of Rosacea according to Adaskevich V.P. (BEFORE).
RESULTS
According to TAST, in almost all patients with rosacea, there is an accentuation of emotional lability and neuroticism. Most patients with rosacea showed high scores (from 8 to 10 sten) on the neuroticism scale. At the same time, patients expressed vague complaints of a psychosomatic nature, characterized by general weakness, lack of a sense of rest after sleep, difficulty concentrating, etc., which is typical for asthenic personalities. Practically all patients showed accentuation of emotional lability. Such patients are characterized by excessive reactivity and emotional instability. At the same time, emotional reactivity was accompanied by symptoms of increased excitability of the autonomic nervous system: dry mouth, sweating, difficulty breathing, etc. After the traditional treatment, the average values on the scales of neuroticism (-6%), sensitivity (-3%), aggressiveness (-6%) and emotional lability (-5%) slightly decreased, i.e. existing

psychoemotional disorders after traditional therapy significantly not changed. Under the influence of pharmacotherapy with pyrazidol
Attention is drawn to a pronounced decrease in the average values on the following scales: emotional lability, sensitivity and neuroticism, in addition, indicators of social activity and hyperthymia have improved. DIC after treatment according to generally accepted methods changed slightly (-12%), and after complex therapy it decreased by 38%, which indicates an improvement in the subjective attitude of the patient to his disease and a decrease in the impact of dermatosis on the quality of life of the patient, as well as various spheres of life. We analyzed the level of anxiety in the control group and in patients with rosacea before pharmacological intervention. Most often in patients with rosacea, an average level of anxiety (in 6467% of the examined patients) and a high level of anxiety (16-25% of patients) were recorded. After the traditional treatment, the number of patients with rosacea with an average level of anxiety remained unchanged (64%), and a high level of anxiety was recorded in 11% (compared to 16% of patients before treatment). In the active intervention group, a clear shift in anxiety levels was revealed: after pharmacotherapy with pyrazidol, none of the patients had a high level of anxiety, and the majority of patients (56%) had a low level of anxiety. In addition, in this group, the number of patients with an average level of anxiety decreased by 23%, compared with the figures before treatment. After traditional treatment, there was an improvement in dermatological status according to the results of DISS (the value of this index decreased by 23%), and less significant changes occurred in DO (a decrease by 15%), which indicates the persisting clinical manifestations of this dermatosis. After treatment with pyrazidol, pronounced shifts in the indicators of DISH (-66%) and DO (-57%) attract attention, i.e. the most pronounced clinical symptoms of dermatosis underwent significant regression after complex therapy.
CONCLUSIONS
In patients with rosacea, significant changes in the properties of temperament were revealed: emotional lability, aggressiveness and sensitivity, against the background of reduced social activity and hypothymia, as well as high and medium levels of anxiety. After pharmacological correction with pyrazidol, normalization of the identified psychoemotional disorders was noted in 76% of rosacea patients, as well as a more rapid regression of dermatological status indicators according to the main diagnostic indices in comparison with similar results after traditional treatment.

The obtained data testify to the high clinical efficiency of the complex method for the treatment of rosacea.
