PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Annotation: in this article, we will talk about the current state of professional education and its achievements, shortcomings and future innovations.

First of all, it should be noted that over the past years, professional education programs in our country have not been in harmony with the international standard classifier (MSCO) levels of Education adopted by UNESCO, the National Qualification System of Uzbekistan has not been fully implemented, and therefore, it was hindering the development of a decent position in the labor market. In order to eliminate such problems, a continuous system of primary, secondary and secondary special professional education was laid.

As a result of the reforms, 27 vocational schools, 17 colleges in the system of secondary professional education, 19 technical schools in the system of secondary special professional education were established in our region.

In vocational schools, in groups formed on the basis of educational programs corresponding to the 3rd level of the international classifier from the account of graduates of the 9th grade, full-time education is carried out on the basis of integrated programs of two-year general education and specialty disciplines, and graduates are awarded a diploma that gives the right to continue their

In colleges, individuals who have graduated from educational programs corresponding to at least Level 3 of the international classifier on the basis of educational programs corresponding to Level 4 of the international classifier, who have at least a general secondary education on the basis of the printing "education for life", can receive education on the basis of a payment contract or a state grant

In technical schools, personnel are trained on the basis of integrated education programs corresponding to the 5th level of the international classifier and with the higher education system. Payment in the forms of daytime, evening and correspondence education for at least two years, depending on the complexity of the professions and specialties of the students ' studies, is made on

the basis of a contract or a state grant on the state purchase order. Graduates who have successfully completed secondary special education programs will have the right to continue their education in higher education institutions through an individual conversation without entrance examinations in the field of Bachelor's degree.

In Professional educational institutions, as a rule, replenishment of groups is established within the framework of at least 12 and at most 30 pupils. If necessary, the number of students in the group can also be less than 12, due to the reimbursement of the cost of training in professions and specialties on the basis of the proposals of customers.

The regulation provides an explanation of a number of concepts related to professional education. In particular, new concepts such as professional education, professional competence, professional standard, differentiated education program, Dual system of teaching have been introduced into our activities. Among them it is necessary to dwell on some.

Professional competence is the ability to perform tasks related to professional activity on the basis of knowledge, skills and practical experience. And the Professional standard is the qualification requirements necessary for the employee to perform a certain type of professional activity, including a certain Labor function.

The Dual system of training also includes a process that is new to us. It is known to all of us that the theoretical part of education is in an educational institution, the practical part is the type of training that is organized in the workplace, and this system gives its positive result in European countries. In the Dual system of teaching, the profession creates the ground for the learner to acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge at the same time, to become a staff in accordance with the requirement of the employer.

The credit-module system of training in professional education processes is introduced gradually, having studied international experience in the training of personnel on the basis of differentiated types of Education das. Credit-module system is a system of organizing the process of mastering the educational program, which regularly evaluates the knowledge, skills and competences of learners by monitoring the learning outcomes and final control of the module, based on the structure of each educational module.

Taking into account the Real need for personnel in accordance with the requirements and TAC-fibers of employers, training of qualified specialists necessary for economic spheres and sectors, as well as meeting the requirements of society for professions and specialties, training of personnel with practical skills in the application of modern information and communication technologies in labor activity, development of cooperation with local and - it is the main goal of professional education. This will serve to reduce the level of unemployment in the country, ensure the continuity of workplaces, train experienced personnel in the labor market.

Professional educational institutions operate taking into account the demographic, socio-economic and geographical conditions of the regions, the demand of the labor market for specialists of the relevant field, the need for personnel of the relevant ministries and departments, as well as the training of personnel on the basis of integrated educational programs with the higher education system. Social guarantees, support and benefits to students and employees of Professional educational institutions are established on the basis of legislation, the Charter of a professional educational institution. It was also stipulated that day, correspondence and evening forms of education should be introduced in colleges and technical schools.

This important document sets out the rights of students to participate directly or indirectly in the discussion and solution of issues related to the activities of the educational institution (through the self-governing bodies of citizens and non-profit organizations), to complain about the orders of the administration of professional educational institutions in accordance with the established procedure, to apply for work in. Also, students can use the rights established in the program of secondary special professional education, the Charter of a professional educational institution, as well as other legislative acts.

The transfer of students ' studies to other educational institutions is also specified in the regulations, and during the summer holidays, the corresponding course (semester)is determined to be carried out until the start of the training sessions. The issues of moving and restoring students ' education are greatly simplified, in most cases these processes are carried out in the educational institution itself. Applications of students wishing to transfer and restore to other educational institutions will be considered by the regional department for the development and coordination of relevant professional education, the Ministry of professional education of the Republic of Karakalpakstan (Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent City) from one professional educational institution to another region.

When transferring or restoring the education of students studying on the basis of a state grant, they are given the opportunity to continue their education on the basis of a state grant.

Professional educational institutions have the right to carry out international cooperation in the fields of Education, Science and other activities on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan. International cooperation of educational institutions can also be carried out on the basis of agreements with foreign physical and legal entities. In addition to the establishment of joint departments (faculties) in cooperation with educational institutions of foreign countries in accordance with the established procedure, professional educational institutions have the right to carry out foreign economic activities in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In accordance with the established procedure, employees of professional educational institutions can participate in training and retraining courses for foreign countries within the framework of international cooperation. Professional educational institutions can organize vocational orientation activities among the citizens of these countries in accordance with the established procedure for the organization and development of provision of educational services to citizens of foreign countries.
