The study examines main directions of activating the communicative English of medical university students through the informatization of education. The key aspects of the introduction of information technologies into the educational process, their impact on the development of students' communication skills, as well as examples of successful application of software in medical education are considered. The need for continuous informatization of educational and methodological support in medical universities is emphasized. As the informatization is an effective tool that activates communicative activity and develops the process of English language mastery, the main aspects of effectiveness and prospects for further development of this approach are summarized.

PRIORITY OF INFORMATIZATION IN COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH OF MEDICAL STUDENTS

Abstract. The study examines main directions of activating the communicative English of medical university students through the informatization of education. The key aspects of the introduction of information technologies into the educational process, their impact on the development of students' communication skills, as well as examples of successful application of software in medical education are considered. The need for continuous informatization of educational and methodological support in medical universities is emphasized. As the informatization is an effective tool that activates communicative activity and develops the process of English language mastery, the main aspects of effectiveness and prospects for further development of this approach are summarized.

Introduction. Modern medical education requires students not only to have deep knowledge in medical science, but also excellent knowledge and communication skills in English. Informatization of education is becoming a priority area for enhancing the development of communicative English among students of medical universities. The informatization of the learning process, the use of interactive learning platforms, multimedia resources, webinars and online courses contribute to the interactivity of learning, providing an opportunity for feedback and individualization of the learning process (Thorne, S. L., Black, R. W., & Sykes, J. M., 2009). Second. Currently, virtual classrooms and various simulators provide unique opportunities for teaching English at a medical university. With their help, students can practice conversational skills, communicate in English in realistic medical situations, which helps to improve their professional training. Therefore, the role of information technology in teaching English to medical students is becoming more relevant and important. This provides access to global research, sharing experiences with colleagues from different countries and improving the quality of medical practice. The integration of these methods in the informatization of learning for the development of communicative English can be classified as follows:

1. Using interactive online platforms: Interactive online platforms provide medical students with the opportunity to learn English based on their individual needs and language proficiency. Such platforms can offer customized lessons, learning materials and tests, as well as feedback to stimulate learning progress.

2. Developing communication skills through virtual classrooms: Organizing virtual classes and group discussions allows medical students to practice speaking skills in English. Such forms of learning create an atmosphere of active communication and interaction, which contributes to more effective language acquisition.

3. Integration of multimedia resources: Informatization of English language teaching can be carried out through the integration of multimedia resources such as video tutorials, audio

materials and interactive graphics. This allows students to visualize and concretize medical terminology, making the learning process more accessible and inspiring.

4. Personalized approach to learning: Informatization of learning also allows you to implement a personalized approach to learning, taking into account the individual characteristics and needs of medical students. With the help of data analytics, the teacher can track the progress of each student and adapt the learning material to their level and learning goals.

5. Development of professional literacy through online courses and webinars. Online courses and webinars on medical terminology and specialized aspects of medicine in English help medical students develop professional literacy and prepare for international exams and certification.

It should be noted that such a process as informatization of education plays a key role in education, especially in the medical sphere. English language provides medical professionals an access to global research, exchange of experience and communication with colleagues from different countries. Special attention is paid to the opportunity to practice oral and written speech, as well as listening comprehension and reading texts on medical topics.

General Overview

There are enough examples of the implementation of informatization of learning in the educational process and language teaching. Scientific research also confirms the effectiveness and potential of informatization in improving the teaching of communicative English (Levy, M., 2009; Blake, R., 2016; Chapelle, C. A., & Douglas, D., 2006). Access to multimedia resources and online libraries allows students to study medical terminology in English, get acquainted with relevant scientific articles and research, which is necessary for a successful career in the global medical community (Stockwell, G., 2010).

Electronic learning platforms, online courses, mobile applications and webinars allow students to learn the language flexibly, at a convenient time and place. Such technologies also contribute to the interactivity of learning by providing an opportunity for feedback and individualization of the learning process. Informatization also provides an opportunity to adapt educational programs to the individual needs of students. With the help of data analytics, it is possible to track the progress of each student and adapt the study material taking into account their individual needs and level of English proficiency (Romero, C., López, M. I., Luna, J. M., & Ventura, S., 2013).

Informatization of the English language learning process at a medical university opens up wide opportunities for students, providing them with access to relevant knowledge and developing the necessary skills for a successful career in the global medical community. The realization of these opportunities requires an integrated approach, including the use of modern information technologies, the adaptation of curricula and the development of scientific competencies of students (Vandergrift, L., 2016). With the development of information technologies in the field of education, more and more attention is being paid to the use of electronic textbooks in the process of teaching English. This tool has a number of advantages over traditional textbooks, including interactivity, accessibility and the possibility of individualizing learning (Chapelle, C. A., & Douglas, D., 2006; Stockwell, G.,2010; Warschauer, M., 2006).

Indeed, modern technologies make it possible to create electronic textbooks that provide students with a wide range of opportunities to learn English. In the context of globalization and the need to speak English for a successful career in various fields, electronic textbooks are becoming an increasingly relevant means of learning (Levy, M., 2009).

Methodology and Analysis

This study is based on the analysis of activities aimed at activating communicative English among students of medical universities through the informatization of education. A specialized training course based on the use of software has been developed and implemented. The training material included interactive exercises, multimedia resources, simulations of medical situations and access to online libraries for learning medical terminology in English. The experiment was conducted at Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, at the Therapeutic Faculty, at the Department of Foreign Languages, where the subject of medical English was taught. 56 (4 groups) students were divided into two equally: an experimental group that used a training course with software, and a control group that continued training using traditional methods. The experiment lasted 3 months. Both groups underwent initial testing to assess their level of proficiency in communicative English.

During the academic term, the students of the experimental group used software to study and practice English, while the control group continued to study using traditional textbooks and methods. At the end of the term, all students passed the final test to assess the level of development of their communication skills in English (Picture1).

The results of the experiment showed a significant improvement in communication skills among medical students who used software to teach English. They showed better results in the final test compared to the control group. The use of information technology and software allowed students to study medical terminology more effectively, practice professional communication skills and prepare for a successful career in the global medical community.

Discussions and future studies

Informatization also influences the formation of students' scientific competencies. The possibility of conducting scientific research in English, as well as providing access to world research through online libraries, contribute to the development of their scientific potential (Arnold, K. E., & Pistilli, M. D., 2012). Modern technologies provide unique opportunities for teaching English to medical students (Warschauer, M., 2006). For example, electronic textbooks promise to be an effective tool to achieve this goal. In the modern world, medical professionals face the need to speak English in order to effectively interact in the international medical community. The use of electronic textbooks in medical education can improve the level of training of students and prepare them for the modern requirements of the profession. The software provides

diversity, allowing students to learn medical terminology and specific concepts in English more effectively. It allows you to activate communication skills and speed up the process of mastering specific medical vocabulary and terminology. Effective use of the software contributes to improving the quality of education and training of future medical professionals for international communication and professional practice.

In modern medical education, great importance is attached to teaching English, given the international nature of medical practice and scientific research. Therefore, there is a constant and continuous need to informatize educational and methodological support in teaching a foreign language to students of medical universities. In the modern world, teaching foreign languages to medical students is becoming increasingly important, given the globalization of medical practice and scientific research (Ferguson, R., Brasher, A., Clow, D., Griffiths, D., & Drachsler, H., 2016). Taking into account the specifics of this field, the following necessary points should be noted, emphasizing the importance of informatization of educational and methodological support in medical universities:

1. Globalization of medical practice: Modern medical practice is increasingly globalized, requiring medical professionals to speak English to communicate with colleagues, study the latest medical technologies and participate in international research.

2. Access to relevant scientific research: The informatization of educational and methodological support allows students of medical universities to gain access to relevant scientific research and medical publications in English. This not only contributes to the expansion of their knowledge, but also to the development of critical thinking and analytical skills.

3. Participation in international exchanges and internships: The informatization of foreign language teaching facilitates the process of international exchange and internships for medical students. Their proficiency in English opens the door for them to participate in exchange programs, which are an important part of their professional development.

4. Exchange of experience with the global medical community: The informatization of educational and methodological support also allows students of medical universities to share their experiences with the global medical community through participation in webinars, online conferences and forums in English.

5. Preparation for international exams and certification: Informatization of education allows medical students to effectively prepare for international exams and certification, such as IELTS or TOEFL, which are important for obtaining work and study opportunities abroad.

Conclusions and Recommendations.

Informatization in teaching English to students of medical universities is necessary to ensure high-quality training of future medical specialists to the global challenges of modern medicine. It helps to expand access to knowledge, develop professional skills and increase the international competitiveness of graduates.

The prospects for using interactive computer programs in teaching English to medical students include the development of specialized programs adapted to the needs of medical professionals, integration into existing educational courses and programs, as well as use in distance learning and international exchange. Based on the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn:

1. Information technologies make it possible to create interactive and innovative teaching methods that stimulate students' active interaction with educational material.

2. The use of multimedia resources, online libraries and electronic textbooks enriches the learning process and contributes to a deeper and clearer assimilation of language knowledge.

3. The introduction of information technologies into educational practice requires an integrated approach and high-quality support from teachers and technical specialists.

4. One of the main advantages of using information technology in language teaching is the possibility of individualizing the educational process, which helps to adapt learning to the individual needs and level of language proficiency of each student.

5. With the proper use of information technology, it is possible to achieve a significant increase in students' motivation to learn a language and improve their general level of knowledge.

It is also possible to formulate the following recommendations for the further development of the use of information technology in language teaching:

1. To support and stimulate further research in the field of information technology integration into language learning in order to identify the most effective methods and strategies.

2. Develop and implement innovative educational platforms and applications that promote interactive and effective language learning.

3. To provide training and support for teaching staff in the field of the use of information technology in the educational process.

4. Monitor the development of technologies and adapt training programs and methods to the new opportunities provided by information technology.

5. To promote the creation of accessible and high-quality educational resources that would be available for use both in educational institutions and for self-study by students.

The 21st century, which is called the information technology century, provides new opportunities for the development of communicative English in all areas of economic and social development of society. And undoubtedly, the successful informatization of the educational space plays a significant role in the further development of medical higher education.
