and sociocultural orientations of her two interrelated components of intercultural technical communication.

In recent years, blended learning techniques have become the most popular technique for teaching foreign languages to medical students. This technology includes a combination of different methods (face-to-face learning, e-learning, self-directed learning) of presenting material using knowledge management technology.

Among the numerous e-courses developed for students in non-linguistic fields, the educational course "English" should be considered in more detail. It has been tested in blended learning and distance learning implementations. Firstly, blended learning allows teachers and students to organize their time effectively, and secondly, it makes the process of learning English creative, interesting and accessible. The teacher's task is to manage and combine students' classroom and extra-curricular activities as efficiently as possible, to manage students' own and group work, and to provide students with online learning based on interactive tools to create LMS Moodle. to provide support.

Blog - blog; wiki - wiki; forum - forum; quiz - test; chat - chat; Glossary -glossary etc. The virtual learning environment created for the electronic teaching course "English" in the LMS Moodle system includes many of the above programs for managing groups of students, developing tasks and tests, planning scientific and educational activities, and communicating are combined. Teachers and students work together to ensure educational quality and support the learning process with a meaningful, independent, effective and motivated approach.

Different shells of virtual learning environments can be used to overcome spatial and temporal barriers and develop new methods and tools for training medical professionals. However, for these systems to work successfully, they require teachers who are familiar with the information environment and who can use the system's resources to create authentic virtual lessons in a foreign language. Also keep in mind that when using an electronic course, teachers have to spend more time and more time using the course. Complete all tasks effectively and on time. Additionally, teachers can use the latest forms of control through online testing. By using them, teachers can save a lot of time when checking their work.

A high level of professional competence of a specialist is achieved by the presence of a certain set of professional skills and abilities. Foreign language skills and abilities are successfully embodied as part of the communicative competence only when they correspond to professional skills and abilities. After completing the course, the student must be confident and able to work with books, articles or magazines, lectures and other oral presentations on professional topics related to the student's specialty, and must learn to find, understand and extract the

information he needs.

A blog is a discussion or information website consisting of discrete, often informal diary-style text entries (posts) published on the World Wide Web. Messages are usually displayed in reverse chronological order, so that the most recent message appears first at the top of the web page. Before 2009, blogs were usually the work of one person, sometimes a small group, and often covered a single topic or topic. The 2010s saw the emergence of "multi-author blogs" (MABs), which are written by multiple authors and sometimes professionally edited. MABs from newspapers, other media outlets, universities, think tanks, advocacy groups, and similar institutions account for an increasing amount of blog traffic. Using special blogs like this in medical universities is considered very effective. students carries the latest information in the field from daily blogs of famous doctors.

A wiki is an online hypertext publication collaboratively edited and managed by its audience using a web browser. A typical wiki contains multiple pages for the topics or scope of a project and may be open to the public or restricted to use within an organization to maintain an internal database. It is a very useful web page to fully understand and learn about general medical information.

An Internet forum or message board is an online discussion site where people can have conversations in the form of posted messages. They differ from chat rooms in that messages are often longer than one line of text and are at least temporarily archived. Additionally, depending on the user's level of access or forum settings, a posted message may need to be approved by the instructor before it becomes public.

It is appropriate to use a discussion forum to teach special terms in medical universities. Because a discussion forum is hierarchical or tree-like in structure: a forum can have several sub-forums, each of which can have several topics. Each new discussion started within a forum thread is called a thread and can be answered by as many students as desired.

Depending on the forum settings, users can be anonymous or must register on the forum and then log in to post. Many forums do not require users to log in to read existing posts.
