Аннотация. В этой статье пять образцов были сотканы на трикотажной ткацкой машине Mayer&Cie с целью изучения свойств влагопроницаемости двухслойной пористой трикотажной ткани, используемой для верха обуви, и были исследованы ее свойства влагопроницаемости.

RESEARCH OF THE WET CONDUCTIVITY PROPERTY OF TWO LAYERS OF POROUS KNITTED TISSUE FOR SHOE UPHOLSTERY

Annotation. In this article, five samples were fabricated on the Mayer&Cie knitting knitting machine in order to study the wet conduction properties of the two-layer, porous knitting tissue applied to the shoe master, and its wet conduction property was investigated.

Keywords: Nam shimuvchanlik, xususiyat, ikki qatlamli g'ovakli, matolar, standart, yuza, ustki qatlam, so'rilish darajasi, namlash vaqti, yuqori yuza, pastki yuza.

Kirish. Mayer&Cie trikotaj to'quv mashinasida to'qib olingan ikki qatlamli g'ovakli trikotaj to'qimalarining nam shimuvchanlik ko'rsatgichlarini aniqlash poyabzallar uchun muhim ahamiyatga egadir. Matoning nam o'tkazuvchanligi aniqlash, namlikni nazorat qilish xususiyatlari insonning namlik sezgilariga ta'sir qiladi. Matolarning nam shimuvchanligini aniqlaydigan turli xil standartlar va usullarda ushbu jihozdan foydalanish mumkin. Masalan noto'qima matolarni nam o'tkazish vaqti, shimuvchanligi ISO 9073-8 standartiga ko'ra sinaladi. Biroq, mavjud standartlar poyabzalni nam o'tkazish xususiyatini o'lchashga qodir emas. Namlikni sinovchi qurilmasi (MMT) to'qimachilik matolarining nam shimuvchanligini uch o'lchamda aniqlaydi [1].

• Shimish darajasi (Absorption Rate) - matoning ichki va tashqi yuzalarini

namligini yutish vaqti.

• Bir tomonlama o'tkazish imkoniyati (Absorption Rate) - namlikni matoning ichki yuzasini tashqi yuzasiga o'tkazish.

• Yoyilish , quritish tezligi (Spreading, Drying Rate) - Suyuq namlikni matoning ichki va tashqi yuzalariga tarqalish tezligi.

MMT matoni tavsiflash uchun yettita asosiy turdagi matolarni ajrata oladi.
