PECULIARITIES OF PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE HIGHER

EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract: This article discusses the specific features ofpedagogical activity in the higher education system. The author says that pedagogical activity in the higher education system requires a lot of preparation and experience. A pedagogue who meets the requirements of the times must be able to use interactive methods, connect life and science, and use new technologies.

The higher education system plays an important role in the scientific, social and economic development of society. Pedagogical activity is an integral part of this process and ensures the learning process of students. However, the modern educational process includes a number of problems. This article analyzes current problems of pedagogical activity in higher education.

Improving the quality of education in higher education is one of the most urgent problems today. In order to improve the quality of education, teachers need to undergo continuous professional development, acquire modern pedagogical technologies and methods. The use of interactive teaching methods that meet the needs of students in the educational process improves the quality of education.

The problem of introducing innovative educational methods in higher education is urgent. Since many teachers stick to traditional teaching methods, innovative teaching methods are rarely used. For example, problem-solving

education, project-based education, and teamwork methods help develop analytical thinking among students.

The relationship between the teacher and the student is an important component of the educational process. Problems in these relationships often reduce the effectiveness of the educational process. The interaction of teachers with students should be open and based on cooperation. This helps students to form a wide range of ideas and express themselves freely.

One of the important problems in higher education is educational programs and curricula. Curriculum must meet the needs of modern students and develop their skills. Programs should be oriented to modern knowledge and practical skills. Also, educational plans should include theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills.

Modern digital technologies are creating new opportunities in higher education. However, there are specific difficulties in using them effectively in the educational process. It is important for teachers to acquire digital technologies, introduce them to their pedagogical activities and involve students in this process. At the same time, students' digital literacy should be at a high level.

Encouraging students to study in higher education is one of the urgent problems. Student motivation determines the effectiveness of the learning process. Teachers need to motivate students through interesting reading materials, practical exercises and success stories. This increases self-awareness and preparation for future professional activity among students.

Taking into account the changing nature of the modern world, higher education institutions should adapt to the changing social environment. Pedagogical activities include responding to social requests and forming social responsibility for students. Students should be ready to contribute to social changes in society through their activities.

Pedagogical activity in higher education includes a number of actual problems. Aspects such as improving the quality of education, introducing

innovative methods, relationships between teachers and students, educational programs, digital technologies, student motivation and adaptation to a changing social environment determine the effectiveness of the higher education process. By solving these problems, there is an opportunity to make the educational process more effective and qualitative. The future success of the higher education system depends on so many aspects.

Research object and applied methods.

The topic of current problems of pedagogical activity in higher education is very important and comprehensive. Within this topic, we will analyze the research object, subject and methods.

Processes, systems and their interactions related to current problems of pedagogical activity are the object of our research. This includes:

- Educational processes in the higher education system.

- Relations between students and teachers.

- Criteria and methods for evaluating the quality of education.

- Teaching methods and innovative pedagogical technologies.

- Problems arising in the process of education, for example, motivation, didactic strategies, the impact of globalization, etc.

Concrete issues and problems that are studied in depth in the process as a subject of research. For example:

- Student satisfaction and academic success in higher education.

- Professional development of teachers and their impact on the educational process.

- Use of innovative technologies to improve the quality of education.

- Pedagogical procedures and their place in the educational process.

- Cooperation and exchange of experience between higher education institutions.

Methods such as analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis were used in the research.

Pedagogical activity in higher education is an important process that ensures the intellectual development of society. This process should be carried out on the basis of effective pedagogical approaches and should be focused on solving current problems. Mutual decision-making between teachers and students and the use of innovative methods are the main factors that help to improve the quality of education. By improving and improving the quality of this pedagogical activity in the higher education system, we can successfully prepare the next generation. Successful pedagogical activity ensures effective communication between students and teachers. Communication and cooperation increase the effectiveness of the educational process.

In general, pedagogical activity in higher education is necessary to organize the educational process, to control teaching and upbringing, as well as to prepare students based on modern requirements and requirements. The development of effective communication and cooperation between teachers and students, as well as the use of news, will help to improve the quality of education.

Summary. Training of high-potential graduates in higher education today is an integral part of national and global socio-economic development. Based on the above, it can be concluded that:

• First, it is necessary to strengthen the connection between education and production in higher education. It is important to strengthen cooperation between schools and industrial enterprises, to provide students with internship opportunities, and to develop educational programs suitable for the needs of employers.

• Secondly, the issues of introducing modern pedagogical approaches and innovative technologies are relevant. It is necessary to develop critical and creative thinking skills by encouraging students to express their opinions and communicate by using advanced methodologies in the teaching process.

• Thirdly, it is necessary to improve the education quality assessment system and pay attention to the professional development of teachers. It is possible

to increase the quality of the educational process by improving the qualifications of teachers and updating their pedagogical skills.

In short, the training of high-potential higher education graduates is closely related to solving current problems. By improving all aspects of the education system, establishing effective communication between students and teachers, using modern technologies and improving skills, we will achieve the training of highly qualified specialists who will make a worthy contribution to national and global development.
