Abstract: In this article, mobile technology innovations in e-commerce facilitate customer arrival functions and enhance customer service capabilities for organizations by making it easier and faster for customers to access stores and purchase products through mobile applications, and these innovations are important for development. e-commerce and say they will be widely used in the future.

Introduction. The advent of cutting-edge advancements in mobile technology is unlocking unprecedented avenues for expanding e-commerce traffic. Particularly noteworthy are the measures and innovations currently gaining widespread traction in Uzbekistan, as they assume a pivotal role in steering growth within this domain. Mobile technology, as a catalyst for innovation in commerce, is not merely simplifying operations but also imbuing businesses with enhanced speed, efficiency, and overall efficacy. Such transformative developments present novel prospects for enterprises and concurrently elevate the convenience quotient for consumers. This discourse aims to furnish insights into the progressive landscape of mobile technology innovations in e-commerce, shedding light on their current manifestations and envisioning their prospective features.
Problems. Some technical issues, payment security and commercial sites may not work quickly and efficiently when conducting e-commerce. They are as follows:
- Payment security. Merchant payment processes can take a long time. Lack of unified payment systems, the possibility of payment information falling into the hands of hackers.
- Account protection. Business websites and mobile apps must have good systems in place to protect activity data, customer data, and account information. If accounts are hacked, this could be a problem for customers.
- Money transfer systems. The reliability of Electron money transfer systems is important and very difficult to ensure.
- Speed of Internet networks. The presence of high-speed Internet networks is necessary to ensure free customer access to commercial sites and mobile applications. Otherwise, clients will not be able to use the services of commercial sites.
These issues need to be addressed by creating the right security conditions and protocols for the development of electronic financial activities in trade.
Solution for problems. There are various ways to solve technical problems encountered in e-commerce. The following information provides solutions to problems encountered in e-commerce.
- Security and protection of payments. Payment security issues are among the most important issues in commerce. Commerce sites and mobile applications can be protected by using encryption, protecting payment card information, using blockchain technologies and other security protocols to ensure secure payment processes.
- Quality services for clients. High quality customer service and quick response to customer requests are critical to solving trading problems. Simplifying communication with customers using an automatic response system (bots working through artificial intelligence), communication through applications and other technical services.
- Creation of high-quality websites for online shopping. Customers are accustomed to making online purchases through their mobile devices and computers. Thus, by creating well-designed and easy-to-understand mobile apps and shopping sites, e-commerce operators and consumers can improve.
- Analytics and data. Data and business intelligence are critical to successful commerce. Marketing efforts can be improved by generating information about products sold, purchase history, time spent on the site, and other data.
- Quality of products and services. To be effective in e-commerce, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of products and services sold on commercial platforms. Good quality products must be displayed and these products must maintain their quality even after they are delivered to consumers.
These methods are the main ways to solve a number of problems that arise in e-commerce. At the same time, the application of new innovations and technologies helps create good opportunities to solve business problems.
Discussion. Leveraging mobile technologies for e-commerce endeavors has become a prevalent practice in the business landscape of Uzbekistan.
- Implemented mobile application systems and the array of mobile applications employed in Uzbekistan constitute instrumental tools, encompassing both mobile devices and programs strategically designed to incentivize active engagement in ecommerce. These applications streamline the process for customers, providing seamless access to product information, order placement, and ultimately facilitating the purchase journey.
- Issues related to the transfer of funds in commercial transactions, involving bank cards, mobile payment applications, and various other electronic payment systems, are systematically addressed in accordance with established regulatory requirements.
- Application for advertising and marketing. In the realm of e-commerce, mobile applications and online platforms serve as vehicles for advertising and marketing initiatives. Through the strategic utilization of these channels, businesses
promote their products or services, deliver essential value propositions to customers, and propel the expansion of their commercial endeavors.
- Special offers for clients. In the domain of e-commerce, mobile innovations play a pivotal role in curating exclusive offerings such as special discounts, discount coupons, and unique promotions for clientele. This strategic approach assumes significance in not only enticing customers but also streamlining service choices and fostering heightened competitiveness within the commercial landscape.
The resolution was adopted by the Legislative Chamber on June 21, 2022 and approved by the Senate on September 13, 2022. The purpose of this law is to regulate relations in the field of e-commerce.
Summary. Economic activities can be carried out freely and efficiently through the adoption of mobile technological innovations in e-commerce, and the role of modern technology in this is important. The widespread use of mobile applications, payment systems, advertising and marketing applications, cheaper trade, special offers for customers and trading on Internet platforms are beneficial to all three sides of the economy (government, businessmen and consumers).
