There are about 60,000 multinational companies in the world, foreign capital accounts for 60% of global direct investment, controls one-third of global production and two-thirds of world trade, and owns about 70% of advanced technology; sales of Fortune 500 multinational companies. The amount exceeds the gross national product of the seven European countries.
However, with the development of the world economy and social progress, the world economy is in a period of high inflation and low growth, the European sovereign debt crisis has intensified, and the Japanese economy has stagnated for a long time. Prior to this, the U.S. economy had resumed growth and the unemployment rate had declined. The world economic growth has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality growth[1].
Faced with insufficient demand, lack of confidence and solutions. The maintenance of ultra-low interest rates by the central banks of major advanced economies will lead to global inflation and the monetary base of a bubble economy. From the perspective of emerging economies, the most important thing is to maintain global financial and currency stability, commodity prices and macroeconomic stability. This requires major countries to shoulder their responsibilities, change trade barriers, carry out their work independently, and strengthen international cooperation. Global R&D and innovation activities are mainly distributed in the United States, Japan and Europe.
Whether it is international frontier basic research, applied research or development research, its main innovation subjects are large international multinational companies and a national innovation system composed of world-class research universities and scientific research institutes. In this case, the development of multinational companies is particularly important [2].

In fact, the external situation of the development of multinational companies is actually more complicated. The most important problem faced by multinational companies is the uncertainty of the overall layout of the global supply chain and the uncertainty of global rules, especially the supply of trade rules. The chain is mainly the supply of talents and financial resources [3].
The world industrial chain needs to consider various factors such as resource allocation, labor quality, market prospects, etc. International multinational companies need to make objective choices in the face of these situations. And in the process of economic globalization, countries around the world have formed an organic and orderly linkage of industrial chains, value chains, and supply chains, ensuring the orderly operation of the global economy, and economically ensuring that the economies of all countries in the world can be interdependent. In this case, move forward methodically. In recent years, as the main force in promoting economic globalization, multinational corporations have exerted an important influence on the world economy in every move of countries in the world, and they have attracted more and more attention from the world.
