This paper discusses the issue of features of technology development in the development of web applications in medicine and their features. A cross and comparative analysis of the influence of various factors on the growth of efficiency in personnel management through the introduction of technologies was carried out.

Аннотация

В данной работе рассматривается вопрос особенностей развития технологий в разработке веб приложений в медицине и их особенности. Проведен перекрестный и сравнительный анализ влияния различных факторов на рост эффективности в управлении персоналом по средством внедрения технологий.

Abstract

This paper discusses the issue of features of technology development in the development of web applications in medicine and their features. A cross and comparative analysis of the influence of various factors on the growth of efficiency in personnel management through the introduction of technologies was carried out.

While people are injured or sick, they will need caring, compassionate providers and caregivers who work in health care organizations. These organizations require healthcare professionals to lead their operations to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and to select the right technology that will increase efficiency and patient health outcomes.

The future of health care management lies in ever-improving systems and management teams. Health care managers must manage more health facilities, clinics or hospital departments than in the past. These skilled professionals perform a variety of roles, including policy administration, accounting, facility management, and general operations. They are also responsible for reviewing and advising on new technologies. All of these roles focus on the same thing: patient-centered healthcare.

While interpersonal skills are at the heart of great healthcare management, many are wondering how technology can improve it. Technological innovations have improved the quality of patient care by giving patients greater access to their medical records; adaptation of medical care to patients' schedules; developing safer medical procedures, tests and research; and using technology to collect patient data, analyze it and apply it in new ways. The modern approach to healthcare management requires policies and procedures to be adapted to take advantage of technology to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Health management professionals play an important role in the implementation of new technologies. They must weigh the cost of these innovations against the benefits that technology brings to patient care and operational benefits. The combination of evaluating these achievements, creating implementation plans, and ultimately developing and implementing operational processes and learning how to work with new technology is a feature in itself. Health care managers and organizational leadership set strategic priorities and ensure that all efforts of the health care organization are directed towards meeting annual goals and improving patient care and satisfaction.

The use of technology is an integral part of healthcare governance and the direction in which it is headed. As new technologies become available, the healthcare management specialist analyzes the needs of the institution and implements the latest technologies to improve efficiency and provide better patient care. Some of the most important technological advances on the horizon include wearables and implantable devices, telemedicine, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Wearable and implantable medical devices are among the fastest growing segments of the technology industry with an annual growth rate of 16%. These sensors are designed to collect and send important patient data that can improve patient care. The data can be used in a variety of settings. For example, the device may alert emergency personnel when a patient falls. Wearable devices can also track patients' vital signs and activity levels. Some patients even record adherence to physical therapy at home using smart devices and apps that can send data to caregivers or healthcare providers. Implantable devices can provide physicians and healthcare providers with information about medical events and potential health emergencies.

Wearable and implantable devices are already available, but they are expected to continue to evolve in the coming years. Devices will become smaller and be able to collect and transmit more information than ever before. These devices will improve the way healthcare is managed.

Telemedicine uses interactive communication between healthcare providers and patients in real time. Patients have access to providers anytime, anywhere. This technology takes advantage of the Internet, audiovisual connectivity, and encryption techniques to keep patient-physician interactions private and secure.

This cost-effective technology has prompted many employers to provide telecommunications options for their employees, such as telecom kiosks in the workplace. Having this access to health care can potentially

help improve task completion times and reduce absenteeism, so businesses run more smoothly. This advanced telemedicine technology provides patients with a private audiovisual portal.

With the right equipment and technology, telemedicine allows patients to record their vital signs so that the service provider can conduct an online assessment and provide informed medical advice to the patient.

ОСОБЕННОСТИ ИНТЕРАКТИВНОГО МАРКЕТИНГА Аннотация

Интернет широко используется в маркетинге благодаря широкому спектру преимуществ как для пользователей, так и для производителей продукции. Интернет-маркетинг имеет те же преимущества, что и другие формы прямого маркетинга.

The Internet is widely used in marketing due to a wide range of benefits for both users and product manufacturers. Internet marketing has the same benefits as other forms of direct marketing.

Причина, по которой Интернет широко используется в маркетинге, заключается в его широком спектре преимуществ как для пользователей, так и для производителей продукции. Интернет-маркетинг имеет те же преимущества, что и другие формы прямого маркетинга. Это очень удобно для покупателей. С помощью Интернета и коммерческих служб обмена мгновенными сообщениями потребители имеют доступ к разнообразной сравнительной информации. Помимо этого, электронная коммерция ведется очень быстро и активно. Покупатели могут «договориться» с продавцом на его сайте о необходимых им товарах, не выходя из дома.
