Remote control of various objects in various areas is developing more and more, presenting a wide range of works for the construction of control modules that can be used to implement various systems. At present, almost no modern device can do without microcontrollers. Under the microcontroller refers to the chip, which is designed to control electronic devices. We can say that the controller is called a universal instrument for controlling electronic devices, the control algorithm is embedded in it independently, which allows changing it at any time depending on the tasks assigned to the controller. Since the modern microcontroller uses a fairly powerful computing device, which is not built on a whole chipset, but on one, which in turn indicates a significant reduction in size, power consumption and cost of devices built on its base[1,2].

One of the striking examples of the demonstration of the work of remote control systems for peripheral devices based on ATMega microcontrollers is the creation of the project "smart home".

To control the "smart home" system, a web interface is implemented, which reflects all the sensors, as well as a system for using them. First you need to understand how the interaction of the Internet with the microcontroller works. Further illustratively shows a simplified diagram, which reflects the full meaning of the relationship and work on the local network, as shown in Figure 1.

By "smart home" is meant a system that provides security and resource saving for all users. In the simplest case, this system detects any unforeseen situations that occur in the house, and in accordance with a specific situation, properly respond to them, this system controls the behavior of the other with a predefined algorithm of actions[3,4,5,6]. The brain of this system is a microcontroller. The main task is to receive signals from other sensors and consoles, processing them and, in accordance with a given program code, issue commands to the actuators. "Smart home" will not be enough to describe several functions. For a more sufficient definition, it is worth knowing that this system is controlled from a computer or laptop and, accordingly, communications are connected to it. The degree of modernity at home is determined by the number of functions, that is, different types of sensors that work and are connected in the process, as well as the desire of the owner and the skill of the master.

In general, we can say that the practical importance of remote control based on a microcontroller in various infrastructures is gaining momentum in development, the use of various communications allows a person to think about the design and construction of a smart home, which in turn will effectively manage important functions of housing.

Today, remote control of devices is not something revolutionary, but the relevance to this day is not lost, in this thesis work it is the ability to use remote control to provide the infrastructure to use a wide range of functions and services for security, comfort and economy.

During the writing of the thesis, a detailed analysis of the room automation systems was carried out. In the course of the thesis, the protocols and standards used in automation, the basic engineering systems of smart homes, the principles of building microprocessor networks were studied. As a result of the analysis of modern logic microcontrollers, the ATmega328 microcontroller was chosen to implement the control system[7,8].

The project "Smart Home" reflects the relevance of the use of remote control

devices. The implementation of this work was using the ATmega328 microcontroller, which is equipped with all the functions and features of use, the Arduino program. Directly to fulfill the main purpose of the work, remote use, a web-page has been developed.

The control functions were divided between the controller and the human-machine interface in such a way that the controller performs diagnostics of equipment and emergency situations, and the human-machine interface - functions of equipment control.

Thus, in the thesis work implemented the general principles of home automation. The introduction of an automatic home control system will significantly reduce costs, provide comprehensive protection for people's life and health, prevent serious accidents, significantly reduce damage from them, and provide comfortable living conditions. All this speaks about the effectiveness of the introduction of the system, especially in the modern world.
