Kazakhstan, Kostanay INFORMATION MONITORING SYSTEM USING MICROCONTROLLERS Annotation: This article discusses principles of operation of modern automated systems. Methods of organizing automated monitoring systems. Construction of the functional algorithm of the project.

During the work, commercial solutions of automated security systems, as well as projects of security systems based on Raspberry Pi and Arduino, were reviewed and studied. After a thorough review, an analysis was made of the methods of organizing security systems, during which it was found that modern security systems offered on the market protect protected objects only by certain parameters, which are currently a kind of standard. These include perimeter security, video surveillance, fire alarms with fire extinguishing systems and access systems. We can say that the offers in this market do not differ much from each other. As a result, the general algorithm of operation of all studied automated security systems was derived. Based on this algorithm, by refining some of the details, a proprietary algorithm of the automated security system was built[1,2]. According to this algorithm, a security project plan was drawn up, which was later implemented on the Arduino Mega board. Ultimately, testing of this system was performed, which showed that the system is working properly and performs all the actions that were described in the plan. But besides the plan, in the course of all practical activities, there were questions that also required solutions, or simply new ideas appeared that were also reflected in the final assembly of the automated security project[3,4,5,6].

The system is designed in such a way that outside of any protected object there will be a display, a keyboard and an RFID module for entering the object. Also outside there will be a camera, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a vibration sensor. Inside the room there will be a second display to display the sensor readings, as well as a motion sensor, a gas sensor, a humidity sensor, a temperature sensor and two buttons. One of them will open the door from the inside, and the second is needed to switch information on the display.

In addition, the site is broadcast video from a video surveillance camera. You can also enable or disable it on the website.

The site was also tested, all functions are performed correctly and exactly as it was intended. The site is written in PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor - server-side application development language, focused on web development [7]), Java and CSS, with a MySQL database.

In the "Communication with Arduino" block, you can see whether the connection with the Arduino is active now, when there was a last data transfer session, the time of the last system reboot and its total running time.

The "RAM Arduino" block contains free RAM (from Random Access Memory - random access memory [8]) memory of the Arduino Mega board.

In the "Alarm" block you can see whether the alarm is currently on, when it was turned on or off and when it last activated.

In the "Alarm" block you can see whether the alarm function is turned on, when it was turned on or off and when it last triggered.

In the block "Sensor readings" you can see the current sensor readings.

Visually, the page is designed in accordance with Figure 1.

During the testing of the constructed automated security system, no errors in the operation of the system were detected.

The operation of the server part of the system, i.e. The site also proved to be stable.

As we see, with the help of microcontrollers connected to the Arduino, it is quite possible to make an automated security system. Over time, it will be possible to add any other sensor to it or, on the contrary, remove something if the customer requires it.

During the assembly of the system itself, we had to face some difficulties, for example, the absence of some parts in the presence, the presence of which was desirable. Such details turned out to be a wind sensor and a radioactivity sensor, which could not be found or bought, due to their high cost and low prevalence. We did not set ourselves the task of introducing these sensors as a priority, but if

necessary, any sensor can be easily added to the system, including those that are not currently available.

All the assigned tasks were completed, thanks to which the goal of this study was achieved, however the work on the project does not end there. Its further development is planned.

The refinement of this project of an automated security system and its further modernization and development may ultimately lead to the release of the finished product to the market.
