METHODS OF INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL WORK IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Annotation: In this article highlights of methods of increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work in educational institutions.

Key words: spirituality, methods, effectiveness, institutions.

Since the first years of national independence, the First President of our country I.A.Karimov began to worry about the formation of the idea and ideology of national independence. This is due to the fact that "since there is a national independent state, it is inevitable that its aspirations and actions, which threaten its independence and freedom, traditions and Customs, to take it under its influence, to rule over it, to use its wealth in the same way as its own interests, will be preserved as a constant danger"[1]. From this point of view, the National idea is a necessary tool for strengthening the independence of our country.

Another of the functions that the National idea performs is educational function. This function of the National idea is becoming even more relevant in the days when the processes of globalization are accelerating. Globalism is accelerated not only in the economy and politics, but also in the sphere of spirituality and ideology. It can be said that globalism in the sphere of spirituality and ideology is happening more intensively than in other spheres. It is no secret that the reason is that some states that pursue their own interests try to influence our country ideologically harmful and destructive. Z.Ismoilova's doctoral dissertation, the paper" the idea of national independence: basic concepts and principles" provides a comprehensive justification that the ideas put

forward are the negation of moral and moral education" [2]. Sh.Madayeva's monograph titled "National Mental and democratic thinking", it is based on the fact that "... deep understanding of ourselves in all respects, integration of the principles of the idea of national independence into the hearts and minds of our people..."[3] plays an important role in the formation of our national mentality.

As the researchers correctly pointed out, "the idea (ideology) determines what qualities should be brought up to members of Society"[4].

Separated from the spirituality of any people does not develop. National spirituality enriches and complements each other. Since our country is located on the caravan roads that connect the East and West, spirituality has also been equally blessed with the eastern and Western spiritualities. Our people were not limited to mastering the positive aspects of the spirituality of the Western and Eastern peoples, but also creatively approached and raised them even higher.

Unfortunately, the interaction in the sphere of spirituality and ideology is limited only by mastering positive aspects. In the process, both negative and destructive ideas begin to affect our spirituality. Therefore, in order to protect our national spirituality from threats, the textbook "the idea of National Independence" states the following: "if we compare spirituality to a house that is assembled in one house, then the wind entering from the outside does not want any owner of an apartment to throw things inside the house upside down. Similarly, it is natural for us to take protective measures against the destructive influence of ideas, currents and ideologies on our spirituality."[5] In this regard, an important function of the National idea, such as the education of young people, the protection of national and spiritual self-esteem, is manifested. Cultural and educational work plays an important role in the implementation of this function of national beauty.

The educational importance of cultural and educational activities is also seen in promoting the National idea. Since one of the important functions of the National idea is the education of young people, cultural and educational activities will further enhance the educational impact that the promotion of this idea will have on the sickle youth. Ismailova Z. belongs to the community of pedagogical factors and tools for the integration of national values, customs, ceremonies and holidays into the public with the ideology of national independence[6].

Integration of national idea into the minds of students is at the center of educational work carried out in the educational system. To achieve this goal, various methods and means of education are used. Observations show that in some secondary schools, lessons on the National idea are given more attention to the colloquium and that there is not enough emphasis on cultural and educational activities that take place after the lesson. However, such activities are of immense importance in the upbringing of the integration of National idea into their minds.

The use of cultural and educational activities is becoming more important in the educational system of our country, where the use of interactive methods is given great importance. The experience of advanced teachers has shown that the use of cultural and educational activities in the course of the lesson increases the activity of students sharply. In addition, such forms of training as role-playing, Service-playing cultural activities in their original essence. Because they came into being as a result of the addition of elements of art with education. In the course of the lesson, excerpts from artistic works, expressive reading of poems, performing excerpts from stage works contribute to a sharp increase in the mental, emotional activity of students.
