At present, English is one of the fastest growing languages. Also, this acceleration has not left our country. Of course, this is a sign of high improvements for our country and people. This article talks about issues of improving the effectiveness of English language teaching.

Introduction.
As it is known, therefore, it is desirable to implement it in a unique experiment, in a tested form, in the teaching of the English language. Knowledge of languages, especially multilingualism, is of great importance in our time when international relations are on the rise. Language learning is one of the most important areas in human society. Language, which is a means of communication, can be acquired practically in a natural environment, i.e. in the family, among the public or in an organized manner. Knowledge of language phenomena is taught theoretically. English is the language of a foreign country. Western European (English, Spanish, German, French) and Eastern (Arabic, Turkish, Persian, Chinese, Indian) languages are taught in this language. Conversation in English is mainly conducted in class under the guidance of the teacher. Teaching English to students differs sharply in certain aspects. This, in turn, requires the use of appropriate English language teaching technology. At the same time, the English language teacher, by thoroughly mastering the achievements of the science teaching methodology, will be able to clearly know the standard of language experience of the student-teacher and to improve it further. Effective teaching of English requires knowledge of its methodology. Learning and teaching the English language in many ways directly depends on the development of the issues of the English language teaching methodology from the theoretical side and the effective application of the theory in practice.
The process and methods of education through the subject of the English language, the science of teaching English, the study of teacher and student activities are the subject of the methodology. The method of translation is basically in two forms, called grammar-translation and text-translation methods. From the point of view of the grammar-translation method, a foreign language is studied for general educational purposes. Grammatical exercises are performed in order to develop the logical thinking of the language learner. Expressing grammatical knowledge is considered the main goal of education.

The main principles of this method are as follows:
> Language learning is based on written speech
> Grammar was taken as the subject of study, lexicon was chosen according to it, and grammar exercises were the main method of work.
> First, grammatical rules were memorized, and then it was recommended to make sentences based on the rules.
From the point of view of the grammar-translation method, the English language is studied for general educational purposes. Grammatical exercises are performed in order to develop the logical thinking of the language learner. Grammatical knowledge is considered the main goal of education. The main principles of this method are as follows:
1. Language learning is based on written speech.
2. Grammar was taken as the subject of study, and vocabulary was chosen accordingly. Grammatical exercises were the main method of work.
3. First, grammatical rules were memorized, and then it was recommended to make sentences based on the rules.
4. Grammatical forms and the meaning of words are revealed by means of word-for-word translation.
5. The language material is mastered by means of literal translation and dry memorization.
6. Limited to individual memorization of words out of context.
The new interpretation of the purpose of English language education was mainly based on the results of pragmatic linguistics research.
Learning English is a multifaceted teaching, and in this process a person experiences complex psychological changes. In particular, the process of comparing the native language with a foreign language occurs. Different teaching methods and technologies are used in this process. With the help of modern pedagogical technologies, teaching by comparing the foreign language with the mother tongue gives effective results.
Teaching English requires knowledge of its methodology. Methodology and technologies are important in the process of learning a foreign language. There are various methods of teaching methodology. The widely used methods in teaching English are: communicative didactic method, intercultural dialogue organization method and exercise organization method. All three methods are closely related to each other and complement each other. Since the science of methodology is related to the science of didactics, it is based on communicativeness during foreign language learning and the method of communicative didactics is created.
In the process of applying the method of communicative didactics, the teacher's method of intercultural communication was formed. As a result of learning English, the culture of a foreign country is also learned. In order to acquire the necessary knowledge in English language education, the technology of organizing exercises is of great importance. Practice is the best way to master all knowledge. The exercise gives a positive result not only in English language education, but also in mastering knowledge of all fields. Effective organization of the lesson, the role of the pedagogue and modern pedagogical technologies in it is incomparable. bring the next level to the level of intercultural communication, and to achieve such results, the last step is to pay attention to "exercise technology". In order to effectively organize the English language teaching process, it is necessary to acquire knowledge of modern pedagogical information and communication technologies. Conclusion:
Based on the above-mentioned opinions and considerations, it is desirable to conduct the acquisition and development of English language skills and self-assessment scales based on the use of multi-level scales in the spectrum of language knowledge from zero to ideal. a special place is given to the requirements for organizing training sessions or in the English classroom, creating a communication environment, a communicative environment, and organizing a group room. Techniques for improving individual work of listeners, groups and pairs, and methods of managing educational activities during the training are also of practical importance in making training sessions more interesting for students.
Compared to our teaching practice today, it is of particular interest that students perceive their texts due to the teacher's efforts to activate their initial knowledge, aspirations, experiences in the form of brainstorming, anticipation and creative activity. Undoubtedly, the initial textual activity of the students guides the content and characteristics of the English speech sample actually presented by the teacher at the text stage. Here, a comparison of educational texts created by students is made. As a result, students' excellent learning of the English language and the issues of increasing the effectiveness of their language literacy will be further improved.
