METHODS OF FORMATION OF INNOVATIVE THINKING SKILLS FOR PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL TEACHERS

Abstract
This article discusses the current need to develop innovative thinking skills in the pedagogical activities of preschool educators.
Key words: innovative, pedagogical technology, reflexive approach, motivation.
It is no secret that the large-scale reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan serve only the interests of the people, their happiness. The use of new methods of advanced pedagogical technologies in the educational process leads to a colorful and interesting lessons, as well as a wide range of opportunities for in-depth study of teaching materials.
All changes and updates are directly related to the development of education. In the words of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, We consider improvement to be our top priority. "
There is a saying in pedagogical views, "A simple educator - speaks, a good educator - shows, a very good educator motivates". In accordance with the requirements of the times, every science teacher is well aware of modern pedagogical and information technologies that enhance the effectiveness of the educational process. have the ability to apply them in the educational process, as well as be the owner of innovative activities.
At present, the educator in preschool education is the author of every activity. Because the educator relies on the experience of advanced educators in the preparation of activities, learns methodological guidelines and applies them in practice.
Today, educators need to develop innovative thinking skills. One of the distinctive features of the formation of innovative thinking skills in educators is that he should be a pedagogical innovator, a productive creative person, a wide range of interests, a rich inner world.
Motivational, technological and reflexive approaches also play an important role in the formation of innovative thinking skills in educators. Educators are trained in two areas: innovative preparation for innovation formation, innovation, and action.
In the development of innovative thinking of educators, their cognitive activity, intellectual creativity, communicative and cognitive abilities are of particular importance.
It is known that the pedagogical process of innovation processes, functions, mechanisms and technologies of its implementation and management principles
Systematic formation and development of innovative thinking skills of future educators, the process of organizing the educational process on the basis of the achievements of modern pedagogy and psychology allows
Thus, in the development of innovative thinking in educators, their scientific-theoretical-practical training, the most important direction of which is to achieve high results on the basis of humanistic approaches. Factors that contribute to the professional development of educators include:
• education;
• ability;
• talent;
• family upbringing conditions;
• educational institution;
• own behavior;

Creative individuality is important in developing innovative thinking skills, including:
- intellectual - creative initiative;
- intellectual ability of breadth and depth of knowledge;
- vigilance against contradictions, critical approach to creativity;
- thirst for information, aspiration;
- Sense of unusualness and novelty in problems, thirst for knowledge, initiative, tolerance, etc.
The most important characteristic of the formation and development of innovative thinking skills in educators is competence and creativity. Educating educators of ideological and ideological competence, intellectual potential providing young people with knowledge, skills and qualifications to the community.
As noted by President Sh. Mirziyoyev, it is gratifying that our young people are able to think independently, have high intellectual and spiritual potential, and become equal to their peers in the world in any field. Our state and society have the power and opportunities.
In short, innovative-minded educators - their knowledge of the reforms taking place in our country, that is, young people who are educated in the spirit of respect for our laws with their knowledge, intelligence and understanding, who influence the development of society with their enterprising ideas without being indifferent to the reforms taking place in our society. They help to improve the life of the country, to decide on a healthy lifestyle, to form in students a new innovative ideological and ideological worldview, high spirituality and intellectual potential, to instill in them loyalty to the Fatherland, political vigilance, destructiveness is intended to educate young people who can respond with enlightenment against ignorance of ideas.
