METHODOLOGY OF PRIMARY TEACHING A PLAYING TECHNIQUE

TO YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Abstract. This article presents the results of an experiment to improve the initial technical training of young football players through the introduction of the training process of the game 4 by 4.

Introduction. Football is considered to be the most widespread and popular sport. Football is genuinely popular game in Russia, too, where the sport has about 4 million fans [1]. Modern football is a brilliant sporting spectacle game [2]. It seamlessly combines high mastery players with the uncompromising struggle of the players in each sector [3].

However, a large number of questions remain open in the methodology of elementary sports education. Ignoring these issues may be a factor that will limit the level of technical skill as a whole [4]. In this regard, it is a quite relevant problem of finding new approaches to technical improvement of players related to the initial stages of long-term preparation.

The results of the study. The respondents were divided into two groups -experimental and control. There was used a set of exercises including the game consisting of two ways on a " 4 by 4 " during the three months in the experimental training group. The control group was working under the standard program for the Youth Cup. After the pedagogical experiment retesting the technical readiness of all learners was conducted.

According to the results of preliminary testing about 25% of students in the experimental group showed the best results. As table 1 illustrates the results of the control group did not change as a whole. Achieved the greatest progress players showed the best results of the initial test in the experimental group. Those, whose results in initial testing were lower, also improved their performance. Consequently, improvement of the effectiveness of each the experimental group player in the game is expected.

Fig. 1. Comparison of progress during exercise for all tested indicators Conclusion. The experiment shows the use in the training process of double-sided games on a "4 by 4» can guarantee a significant improvement in the level of technical training players 7-8 years. It also demonstrates the growth rates of possession, passes, receiving the ball, the players of the field of vision that promotes the growth of other indicators as a whole.

The advantage of the experimental group in the process of learning to control a percentage:

- Dribble the ball in a straight line - 7.75 %

- Dribbling - 6.13 %

- Pass the ball to the inner side of the foot in a given space - 11.53 %

- Shot on goal up at designated target - 7.81 %.
