В статье рассматривается професиональная подготовка будущих учителей информатики на инновационной основе. Основная идея статьи - професиональная подготовка будущих учителей информатики на инновационной основе в связи со спросом на IT-инфраструктуры. 1Т-инфраструктуры включают автоматизацию на основе цифровых технологий, роботизацию, искусственный интеллект, «глобальные данные», облачные технологии и т.д. Развитие этих отраслей даст большую возможность для динамичного развития экономики страны. Причина в том, что 1Т-технологии охватывают все сферы общества. Это в дополнение к новым возможностям выдвигает новые требования к специалистам. Именно поэтому перед ведущими высшими учебными заведениями страны стоит актуальная задача подготовки 1Т-специалистов с компетенциями, соответствующими требованиям времени, способными удовлетворить потребности нового поколения. Методика преподавания информатики включает в себя все этапы научного образования в области информатики. Для преподавателей высших учебных заведений и школьных учителей занятие методикой преподавания дисциплины является ежедневной необходимостью. В связи с этим, методологическая подготовка учителей информатики и их вооружение методологическими знаниями является актуальной задачей. В соответствии с требованиями времени современные предметные учителя должны знать методические компоненты использования 1Т-инфраструктур на основе цифровых технологий, овладеть наукой методики и ее приложениями посредством научных исследований. Это отражает необходимость специального изучения методики преподавания информатики. Актуальность этой сложной проблемы -проведение научно-исследовательской работы в 1Т-инфраструктурах на основе цифровых технологий -возрастает в связи с решением с точки зрения инноваций.
Abstract
The article deals with the professional training of future teachers of Informatics on an innovative basis. The main idea of the article is the professional training of future teachers of Informatics on an innovative basis in connection with the demand for IT - infrastructure. IT infrastructure include automation based on digital technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, "global data", cloud computing, etc. Development of these sectors, the greater the opportunity for the dynamic development of the economy. The reason is that IT technologies cover all spheres of society. This, in addition to new opportunities, puts forward new requirements for specialists. That is why the leading higher education institutions of the country face the urgent task of training IT professionals with competencies that meet the requirements of the time, able to meet the needs of the new generation. Methods of teaching Informatics includes all stages of scientific education in the field of Informatics. For teachers of higher educational institutions and school teachers, teaching methods is a daily necessity. In this regard, methodological training of teachers of Informatics and their arming with methodological knowledge is an urgent task. In accordance with the requirements of modern subject teachers should know the methodological components of the use of IT infrastructure based on digital technology, to master the science of methodology and its applications through research. This reflects the need for special study of methods of teaching computer science. The relevance of this complex of problems - carrying out research work in IT-infrastructures based on digital technologies is increasing due to the decision from the point of view of innovation.

Introduction. The main idea of the research is the professional training of future teachers of Informatics on an innovative basis in connection with the demand for IT infrastructure. It infrastructure include automation based on digital technology, robotics, artificial intelligence, "global data", cloud computing, etc. Development of these sectors, the greater the opportunity for the dynamic development of the economy. The reason is that IT technologies cover all spheres of society.
This, in addition to new opportunities, puts forward new requirements for specialists.
That is why the leading higher education institutions of the country face the urgent task of training IT professionals with competencies that meet the requirements of the time, able to meet the needs of the new generation.
Purpose of research. Theoretical justification and practical implementation of the improvement of methodological training of teachers of Informatics on THE use of it infrastructures based on digital technologies.
Methods of teaching Informatics includes all stages of scientific education in the field of Informatics. For teachers of higher educational institutions and school teachers, teaching methods is a daily necessity. In this regard, methodological training of teachers of Informatics and their arming with methodological knowledge is an urgent task.
In accordance with the requirements of modern subject teachers should know the methodological components of the use of IT infrastructure based on digital technology, to master the science of methodology and its applications through research. This reflects the need for special study of methods of teaching computer science. The relevance of this complex of problems - carrying out research work in IT-infrastructures based on digital technologies is increasing due to the decision from the point of view of innovation.
Research problem. The purpose of the study is to consistently perform the following tasks:
1. Ensuring the mobility and competitiveness of teachers of Informatics in the use of IT infrastructure, integration into the national and world educational space for the effective and widespread use of information resources.
2. In order to deepen the process of Informatization the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in all spheres of activity, including higher education.
3. Integration of education, science and innovation. The study of methods of implementation of teaching the discipline by the teacher of Informatics on the basis of innovative training according to the pedagogical purpose.
4. In teaching the subject of Informatics improvement of the methodological system corresponding to the new model of training on an innovative basis using IT infrastructure.
5. Preparation of the theory and methods of application of innovative technologies of IT-infrastructures in training and their information and software support.
6. Formation of innovative, methodological, psychological, pedagogical, subject-specific competence of the teacher of Informatics on the basis of IT infrastructures.
7. Testing the effectiveness of the use of innovative technologies in training using IT infrastructure and information software, the examination.
Research results and their discussion. The modern teacher should know the methodological, psychological, pedagogical, substantive, and methodological components of teaching science with the use of IT infrastructures, the methodology of scientific research, the theory of teaching and ways of its practical implementation, to be able to substantiate an innovative model, to apply to all levels of education, information and communication technology tools to the teaching technologies used at the present time, to develop innovative methods and means of teaching. All of the above requires a special study of the methodology of teaching
computer science. The practical significance of this complex problem increases in connection with the solution of research from the point of view of ideas of innovation.
The scientific novelty of the research is that, in scientific research on the methodology of teaching computer science using IT-infrastructure raises the problem of research methodological training of teachers on an innovative basis.
Methodical training of the teacher of Informatics begins with studying of textbooks and manuals on a technique of training in Informatics. However, among the textbooks and manuals on the methods of teaching computer science are not enough devoted to elective courses on an innovative basis. In elective courses on profile training in Informatics the subject and object of methodical science is not revealed, methods of research are superficially described, there is not enough information on the nomination of hypotheses, formulation and solution of methodical problems, carrying out experimental work, etc.
Many scientists-teachers conducted research on the use of IT-infrastructures in teaching Informatics. As an example, We give the statement of K. K. Colin [1]: "under the term" Informatics"today we mean both computer science, and information science, and the entire area associated with the use of information technology and information technology." In this paper we use the term "Informatics" in the educational process in the digital educational environment, formulated in the work of S. D. Karakozov and A. Yu. Uvarov [2],
Currently, in the conditions of Informatization of education, training of future teachers of Informatics, training of teachers in the use of information technologies in the educational process are considered in the works of M.I. Zhaldak [3]. Researches of scientists-teachers M.P. Lapchik [4], S.K. Karieva [5], M.V. Shvetsky [6] are devoted to traditional methodical preparation of teachers of Informatics for multilevel system of education.
A number of studies on pedagogical opportunities of information and communication technologies in education have been conducted in Kazakhstan. For example, the concept of modular design technology of electronic textbooks and multimedia training programs (G. K. Nurgalieva [7]); the concept of designing electronic teaching systems for primary school teachers; analysis of the impact of information technology on the research activities of future teachers; formation of professional competence of teachers in the use of electronic educational publications in the educational process, pedagogical Informatics, methods of teaching Informatics (K. Z. Khalykova [8]) and other works. The research of the Russian scientist-teacher I. V. Robert [9] is aimed at the realization of the psychological and pedagogical goal of education and upbringing in the sphere of education. In them the direction of Informatization of branch of pedagogical science providing optimum use of methodology, technology and implementation of practice of modern information and communication technologies is considered.
When analyzing the works of the above-mentioned domestic scientists and teachers, as well as scientists from near and far abroad, it was revealed that there are problems that require solutions, one of them is to improve the methodological training of teachers of Informatics on the use of it-technologies on an innovative basis. It is noted that the problem of improving the methodological training of teachers of Informatics on the methodology of teaching on the use of it-technologies on an innovative basis is still not formed in a complete, systematic form. In this regard, in our country it is necessary to show the scientific and pedagogical, methodological, regulatory, technical and technological prerequisites for the development of education in improving the methodological training of teachers of Informatics on the methodology of teaching the discipline, to assess the content of education; to develop optimal innovative models for the educational process; to apply the created innovative models at all levels of education; to develop traditional learning technologies on an innovative basis, to develop a methodical system of teaching the development of the intellectual potential of students and the formation of their self-learning skills. Also in education it is required to develop electronic means, virtual laboratories and demonstration programming environments; to use information base, electronic libraries on the Internet; to use pedagogical software in the information network; to create automation means and control and monitoring system; to improve the methodological training of teachers of Informatics in the organization and conduct of global work in the direction of control of the intellectual potential of students in a systematic manner.
The results of the research will undoubtedly contribute to improving the methodological readiness of the Informatics teacher, enriching the content of the subject of Informatics with an innovative approach to improving the methodological readiness of it teachers to use it infrastructure.
The use of innovative technologies in the use of IT-infrastructures in education has brought many changes in the teaching activities of school teachers. These changes have affected the purpose and objectives, content, structure, methods of teaching the subject of Informatics related to the applied direction of Informatics as a science. The role and place of Informatics in education have changed, i.e. the known methods used in teaching Informatics have acquired a General scientific meaning, and the methods used in the formation of knowledge, competencies and skills have been aimed at General intellectual development.
Research on the theory and methodology of professional training of teachers of Informatics using IT-infrastructures showed that:
1) incomplete perfection of the methodological system corresponding to the new model based on innovative methods of training in the use of IT-infrastructures related to the modern development of science and technology;
2) discrepancy between the theory and practice of application of innovative technologies for the use of IT-infrastructures to modern information and software;
3) the lack of psychological, pedagogical and methodological subjects that teach the use of innovative technologies for the use of IT-infrastructures in the educational process.
The science of computer science education covers all stages of information education. This requires a continuous search in the direction of the formation of information competence in the improvement of professional training of teachers of Informatics. Problems of teaching methods with a focus on identity, differentiated learning, individual learning, specialized instruction, etc. become relevant objectives of methodical science. In profile training teachers of Informatics faced a number of difficulties in the organization and conduct of elective courses in different branches of Informatics. It was noted that their methodological training in elective courses was insufficient. In this regard, the method of teaching computer science has become the main work of the teacher. This fact showed the special importance of arming teachers of Informatics methodological knowledge on an innovative basis, improving its methodological training.
Summary. Methodical preparation of the teacher of Informatics on use of IT-infrastructures is connected with the content of Informatics, methods of training, manuals. However, there are not enough textbooks and manuals for teaching Informatics for elective courses on an innovative basis. In elective courses on profile training in Informatics the subject and object of methodical science is not revealed, methods of research are superficially described, there is not enough information on the nomination of hypotheses, formulation and solution of methodical problems, carrying out experimental work, etc. Therefore, when teachers of Informatics switch to a multi-level system of training on the use of IT-infrastructure, it is necessary to develop their innovative, methodological, psychological and pedagogical, subject and methodological competence.
Methodical competence of the teacher provides motivational-value attitude of students to education. Psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher is characterized by professional orientation of educational activity of the student, his cognitive interest in moral and humane orientation. Subject competence of the teacher by system of theoretical training of students and their practical training. Methodological competence provides the teacher with the opportunity to know special scientific, psychological and pedagogical knowledge and skills and the ability to use them in their professional activities.
Undoubtedly, the positive impact of the research results on the teaching of Informatics using IT-infrastructures for the development of manuals and electronic textbooks, video lectures and classes, virtual laboratories, multimedia tools, electronic directories, electronic dictionaries, etc., improving the quality of teaching AIDS and learning environments, improving the methodological training of teachers of Informatics in the preparation of elective courses, the formation of methodological, psychological and pedagogical, subject and methodological competence on an innovative basis.

В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема, посвященная изучению предпосылок развития интеграции в обучении. Авторами подробно изучены периоды развития интегрированного обучения. Проанализированы научные исследования ученых, философов, психологов и педагогов в области теории интеграции, которые показали, что в них прослеживаются несколько направлений.
Abstract
The article deals with the actual problem devoted to the study of the prerequisites for the development of integration in education. The authors studied in detail the periods of development of integrated learning. Scientific researches of scientists, philosophers, psychologists and teachers in the field of integration theory are analyzed, which showed that several directions are traced in them.
