В статье представлена точка зрения по вопросу лидерства среди семей эмигрантов. Культурные лидеры играют важную роль в каждом этносе. Особенно это важно для семей эмигрантов, так как культурные лидеры олицетворяют основные черты своего этнического сообщества. Культурные лидеры выполняют важную миссию отражают потребности семей мигрантов, их самобытность и культуру и могут донести их до всех проживающих в стране. Родители играют огромную роль в воспитании детей во всём мире. Но их роль в воспитании детей возрастает, когда родители воспитывают своих детей в эмиграции. Родители в семьях эмигрантов должны уметь мотивировать своих детей к успеху, помогать им преодолевать трудности в адаптации к новым условиям, связанные с преодолением языковых и культурных барьеров. Родители должны уметь быстро и эффективно принимать решения в различных ситуациях и быть лидерами в своей семье. Автор работы считает, что общество должно воспитывать будущих родителей как лидеров своих семей.

LEADERSHIP AMONG FAMILIES OF IMMIGRANTS

Cultural leaders are the face and voice of every ethnic community in their own language. They are capable to reflect needs of migrant families and to conduct communication between migrant families and the rest of the society, they understand the problems of economic survival and education. The motivation and compliance challenges affect their children's ability to succeed in reducing the fear factor of not knowing the language, their culture is different, accent, etc. and turns the families' leadership to the success of the parents by helping their children and relatives. Parents should be people with an ability to make quick and effective decisions. For this reason they must be more than parents who can act as leaders. The duty of the society is also to educate future parents to be leaders.

В статье представлена точка зрения по вопросу лидерства среди семей эмигрантов. Культурные лидеры играют важную роль в каждом этносе. Особенно это важно для семей эмигрантов, так как культурные лидеры олицетворяют основные черты своего этнического сообщества. Культурные лидеры выполняют важную миссию - отражают потребности семей мигрантов, их самобытность и культуру и могут донести их до всех проживающих в стране. Родители играют огромную роль в воспитании детей во всём мире. Но их роль в воспитании детей возрастает, когда родители воспитывают своих детей в эмиграции. Родители в семьях эмигрантов должны уметь мотивировать своих детей к успеху, помогать им преодолевать трудности в адаптации к новым условиям, связанные с преодолением языковых и культурных барьеров. Родители должны уметь быстро и эффективно принимать решения в различных ситуациях и быть лидерами в своей семье. Автор работы считает, что общество должно воспитывать будущих родителей как лидеров своих семей.

Leadership in the family may inspire and lead the adoption of positive actions in life. Any person or organization needs social order, family is one of the most important organizations in the world and therefore taking a leadership role in the family would be effective and successful not only for himself / herself but also for his/her children, economically, socially, politically and culturally. Children expect to learn from the behavior of the parents, they are the real-life examples of self-awareness and growth. Positive communication will lead to better results. Once parents are out of control, even children would react accordingly, there for, maintaining the balance increasing children's abilities, problem solving, the ability to identify emotional intelligence in wisdom, empathy, by providing opportunities, bring the children to study successful life skills.

Developing leadership skills among immigrant families and immigrant communities is important now more than ever. Since the terrorist attack on 9/11/01 in the US, we notice more and more cases of hostility, violence, gender discrimination and terror against innocent immigrants in the whole world. Finding immigrant leaders, developing educational strategies and comprehension abilities of immigrants contribute to society will bring rapid integration and reduce the fear of them and therefore each country must develop interactive programs designed to develop and improve the skills of potential leaders including the development of ideas on ways to achieve the necessary training.

Not all immigrant families are similar and so are their needs and interests. They come from different backgrounds and with a variety of different needs and experiences of pre educational knowledge, some come with less formal education some are doctors and professors, some speak many languages, some don't, therefore, cultural and linguistic differences pose many challenges for schools, and families as well as the absorption society. In order to help them be part of it, there is a need first and foremost for educators that understand who are these families, to gain insight on the involvement of the parents and the community and to make appropriate support services. When

that happens, and the culture leaders are recognized to be able to empower the family, than we can take advantage of their skills to make them more involved in their children's lives and their community. (Shulamit Bachar - Leadership among immigrant families).

John Quincy Adams, the second president of United States said "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do and become more, you are leader! Help your children to be the best that they can be and in the process you may just become the best parent you can be".

To better improve the abilities of the immigrant family leader we need to take several promotion programs.

To teach parents rewarded leadership, i.e. leadership that rewards represents a higher level of leadership. This presents a more active leadership led clearly to the levels to which they are required to reach and reward awaited them if they meet these criteria. But just at this point is also the main limitation of the rewarded leadership. By virtue of being motivated by external considerations of expediency -the led ones would at best, reach the level of performance required, but never more than that [1].

Idealized Influence. This component represents the highest level of transformational leadership. This is a leadership that sets a moral example and behavior, which causes followers to identify with the leader and imitate his workings. Such leaders demonstrate strength, confidence, consistency and dedication to the mission. They are now willing to sacrifice personal interests to help others. They do not hesitate to take risks when necessary, and do not avoid taking full responsibility for the actions undertaken by their members. They avoid the use of force in order to achieve their personal goals, and exercise power only when the good of the mission requires it [1].

To lead parents to inductive ignition (Inspiration). The second component of transformational leadership is inspired motivation. Parent's designers create enthusiasm and optimism, raising expectations and ability to succeed, raise the spirit of the children and bring more involved in the lives of children. They manage to create motiva-

tion by providing meaningful investment in the present, as a means to attracting future, which sweeps the attention and imagination of followers and makes them deep sympathy. They also raise the expectations of their children themselves and convey full confident [2, pp. 29 - 70].

Parents should be taught to use the intellectual challenge (Intellectual Stimulation). The third element that creates the concept of transformational leadership is intellectual stimulation [2]. This style represents the aspects related to solving problems. Parents encourage their children to design more creativity and innovation by encouraging thought is rethinking basic assumptions, encouraging creative alternatives, and access to resolve existing situations through new approaches. Parent appreciate other people's ideas, and develop independent and critical thinking in children without fear of criticism. All this creates, therefore, the family atmosphere of tolerance and stimulating examination of new approaches, even if they are contradictory perceptions and ideas [3].

Individual Consideration. A parent who makes use of individual consideration to an individual, generally dedicates special attention to the needs of development individual needs of each child according to his personality is frequently interact personal, during which he encouraged the children to hold with two-way communication, respectful communication that shows understanding their personal problems. The parent gives each child as many opportunities as possible to learn, and gives him a supportive environment that allows him to experiment without worrying about making mistakes. This system needed people with learning and knowledge related to children and to people wherever they are, they must be open to types of learning and reaching capacity. In the past, principals or teachers were required to these features, the day I think about how much need parental guidance and heightened awareness to lead the children. The reason to this is that we live in a society today that runs through many changes and in light of technological developments were revealed in the most sensitive of human society exists roaming people of immigrant families in communities throughout the world.

Parents in their encounter daily many problems often unpredictable and diadems their children for help and support .A family that leverages the situation of cross-fertilization leads to leaders and family that takes her children to support and lost its leader misses the place of parental responsibility and parental role is the leadership of the parent and impedes the functioning of individual children. It can help a parent to his children many cases, despite the difficulty of the language. The parent uses the child but the child puts him into the role of the adult. Parents should be people with vision and ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. For this reason they must be more than parents strictly speaking them emerge as leaders. The society's duty is also to educate future parents to be leaders [4].

CHARISMA AS A COMPONENT OF THE MANAGER'S LABOR POTENTIAL. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of the category "the labor potential of an individual". The paper presents available research data on the representations of Russian scientists on the labor potential of the personality of the leader, his main components, as well as the theoretical justification of charisma as a necessary component of the manager's labor potential. Labor potential is usually considered at the level of an employee, organization and society as a whole. In this regard, the article considers a large number of academic literature sources and conducts contents analysis of the scientific literature of Russian and foreign authors, who consider the issues of labor potential at three levels.

ХАРИЗМАТИЧНОСТЬ КАК КОМПОНЕНТ ТРУДОВОГО ПОТЕНЦИАЛА ЛИЧНОСТИ РУКОВОДИТЕЛЯ

В статье представлены результаты теоретического анализа категории «трудовой потенциал личности». Рассмотрены имеющиеся в литературе данные о представлениях отечественных учёных относительно трудового потенциала личности руководителя, его основных составляющих, а также представлено теоретическое обоснование харизматичности как необходимого компонента трудового потенциала личности руководителя. Трудовой потенциал обычно рассматривается на уровне работника, организации и общества в целом. В связи с этим, в статье, рассмотрено большое количество литературных источников и проведён контент-анализ научной литературы отечественных и зарубежных авторов, которые рассматривают вопросы трудового потенциала на трех уровнях.

Ключевые слова: трудовой потенциал, харизматичность, харизматические качества, идентичность харизматической личности.
