KAMIL KHOREZMI'S POETRY AND HIS ARTISTIC PROPERTIES

Abstract: The article examines Kamil Khorezmfs poetry and his artistic properties.

As a poet, Kamil Khorezmi became the heir and creative successor of the best traditions of our classical poetry. With great talent, he deeply mastered the rich poetic forms of our classical poetry, complex types of weight, colorful style, and with great skill created beautiful examples of them. Kamil Khorezmi also took a creative approach to the traditions of our classical literature in terms of content.

The most important feature of Kamil Khorezmi's poetry, which clearly shows its innovation and originality, is that the poet approached literature, art and its role in society from the point of view of the most progressive position of his time and solved it correctly.

During the period when Kamil Khorezmi lived and worked, in the second half of the XIX century in the Khorezm khanate there were opposite currents and trends in literature from different positions. One of these directions was the direction within the palace, which sought to serve the interests of the feudal aristocracy and dragged literature into the mire of formalism, excluding it from the important social issues of society. The second trend in literature was progressive, it sought to bring into literature the issues of social life, the main problems of people's lives, and aspired to realism and vitality in literary creation. Therefore, in the works of the representatives of progressive literature, as in feudal-palace literature, we see that formalism, art, and form are not given precedence over content, but content is emphasized, the essence of literature is defined by advanced ideas and vital content, and we strive for it.

Kamil Khorezmi was one of those who fought valiantly for the noble social role of literature in the Khiva Palace, where reactionary literature under the leadership of Muhammad Rahimkhan and his formalist aspirations were flourishing. Kamil Khorezmi's historical service and his special place in Khorezmian literature are determined, first of all, by his principled struggle for this progressive idea.

In a number of his works, Kamil Khorezmi praised literature, the art of speech, and its role in the life of society. He called the word and the meaning of it a "pearl" and called for its appreciation:

In the second poem with the radif " сузинг " there is another verse in the definition of the word:

Гарчи, суздек гавуари цимматбауо йуц даур аро, Бор аларнинг цошида уармуурадин арзон сузинг.

Kamil Khorezmi's high appreciation of the art of speech and its emphasis on content in art is reminiscent of the great progressive ideas of form and content in literature of such great Eastern thinkers as Alisher Navoi, Jami, Nizami.

These progressive views of Kamil Khorezmi on art and its essence would be rejected by reactionary writers, leading to their attack, slander and insults. Kamil Khorezmi wrote and exposed many poems against the self-interested, laganbardar palace poets who considered literature as a tool for gaining wealth. For example, it is said about poets who sell literature for a pittance:

Бу замонда гууар жуган булмиш, Дурни сотмоц жуганга фан булмиш.

Е жавоуиршунос эмасму алар, Танимаслар жуган билан гавуар.

According to Kamil Khorezmi, the task of art and literature is to tell the truth. He called on poets, such as Muqimi, Furqat and other prominent figures in democratic literature, to be "singers of truth" and stressed the need to strive for "national grief' in spite of all obstacles and the wrath and oppression of the ruling groups. His poem "Shuaro" is of special importance in terms of showing this leading idea, the main feature of Kamil Khorezmi's poetry. In the first part of this 12-byte poem, written in the form of a ghazal, Kamil Khorezmi talks about real poets who took the word "truth" as their motto:

Хар неча айлабон изуор фасоуат шуаро, Сочар элга дури дарёи балогат шуаро. Очибон лутфи малоуат гулин ашъоридин, Рангбуйи чамани, фазлу фатонат шуаро. Цилсалар уар неча изуори садоцат шабу руз, Курар утрусида уар дамда сад офат шуаро. Цилмас умид, цилур шукур, шарорат элининг,

Тилу илкидин агар цолса саломат шуаро. Хац сузин шоуу гадо цошида китмон этмас, Бу жиуатдан уадафи тири маломат шуаро.

The poem "Shuaro" with its theme and progressive idea is one of the most beautiful examples of Kamil Khorezmi's poetry and shows its vitality - realism. Another leading feature of Kamil Khorezmi's poetry is its populism. Realism in poetry breeds vitality, and vitality breeds populism. Indeed, the essence of realism is reflected

in the image of people's lives. The most important and beautiful examples of Kamil Khorezmi's poetry are imbued with the spirit of nationalism. No matter what topic he works on, no matter what issue he discusses, he always puts the interests of the people, the nation, the nation first and resolves the issue from this point of view:

Жафо ути билан куп уртама булбул пару болин, Ци оуи цилгуси барбод баргинг, эй гули хандон.

Or:

Гар олтун цаср эса жоуинг, улус уолига раум этгил, Сенингдек неча шауаншоуни уткарди бу айвон.

Elsewhere, we see that the "people's grief' is in the poet's focus: Булзил уамиша тахти адолат уза муцим, Кавнайн аро агар тиласанг номдорлиГ. Берма уукумат амрида гайрига ихтиёр, Тануо уац этди элга сени ихтиёрлиг.

Kamil Khorezmi's poetry is a poetry of a democratic nature with its theme, leading content and essence, which provided realism and populism.

To conclude, Kamil Khorezmi is one of the famous figures of our literature and culture. His most important historical contribution is that he emerged as the heir to the advanced and good traditions of Uzbek classical literature and continued them in Khorezm in the second half of the 19th century, where he made a significant contribution to the development of progressive literature.

Another important historical contribution of Kamil Khorezmi is that at a time when the country joined Russia and our people are experiencing a turning point in its historical development, he fought for modern culture, advanced Russian culture and the rise of the people in his literary and practical activities.

The creative heritage of Kamil Khorezmi has not only historical and educational value for us, but also important practical and educational significance. While his noble aspirations for the interests of the people and the country are an example for today's generations, his works of art and lively lyrical poems inspire them with joy and inspiration.
