So, journalism (as an informational-analytical "sphere of creative and transformative activitysatisfies the need of people associated with the formation of a more or less holistic and coherent picture of the world (what is around). That is why any facts and events, that is, all that what happened, and what happens here and now. The content is news, that which is unknown to the audience or not noticed by it.

Accordingly, "pure" journalism from the point of view of individual creativity will be the activity of daily recording of observed facts and events. Those. keeping a diary, a "journal" (from the wall of the cave to the electronic blog). Directly, professionalism will be journalism, i.e. activities for the search, fixing and public operational dissemination (announcement) of information requested by the company.

The main function of journalism is to evaluate current events on the basis of one or another system of values (1) and (2) selection and promotion of the most promising, useful and beneficial to society systems of these values. Therefore, a journalistic assessment always includes (whether explicitly or hidden) two aspects: ideological criticism, as well as a forecast

of the events in question. Accordingly, the ideological criticism and forecast are the content of journalism, while the subject is social problems (specific situations in society associated with a sharp increase in the gap between audience expectations and the real development of events and requiring immediate or speedy resolution).

And if the diary can be kept "for yourself" (journalism as "pure creativity" is, for example, blogging), then journalism already necessarily requires "publicity", that is, active inclusion (involvement) of the author in the life of his social group or country. From this point of view, journalism as an individual professional creative and transformative activity should be understood activities for the analysis, forecasting and assessment of modern social reality, with the aim of detecting urgent social problems, publicly publicizing them and discussing socially acceptable ways to solve them.

Then, from the institutional point of view, journalism should be taken into account the field of journalism (as a social institution) related to the analysis, forecasting, assessment of pressing social problems of our time and the search for socially acceptable ways to solve them.

Fiction in this triad raises, perhaps, the greatest number of questions, although the philosophical and methodological foundations for isolating it from both literature itself and separation from "pure" journalism.

Separating fiction from "big" literature, Vissarion Grigorievich said that, in contrast to artistically completed, "closed" in its completeness and therefore divorced from living life works of art, fiction works are directly related to events in society, they are dedicated to them, they are comprehended. Add that they differ from journalism by "addresslessness", by the absence of specific references to surnames, names, places, etc., although the event itself or the character is easily guessed by the reader (for example, in feuilleton).

Thus, fiction can be defined as the field of journalism related to meeting the needs of the audience in an artistic-figurative value understanding of the events. That is why the subject of

reflection in fiction (and in the Soviet theory of the press in fiction) is a person in all the diversity of his relations with the surrounding reality.
