Aim. Nowadays technologies are becoming more and more important. Technological developments in the last century have led to many changes in human life. In the public sector, there is an effective working environment for employees taking advantage of technological development in the financial organization. Results. Technology changes a lot in a person''s life. Also, people suffer from the use of technology psychologically. Conclusion. Technologies are designed to facilitate people''s work and make it more productive. On the other hand, the psychological climate is deteriorating because of the many problems caused by technology using. The solution of this problem has both theoretical and practical value for orming the effective and efficient tax service system.

РЕЗЮМЕ. Цель. В настоящее время все большую значимость приобретают технологии. Технологические разработки в прошлом веке привели ко многим изменениям в жизни человека. В государственном секторе создается эффективная рабочая среда для служащих с использованием преимуществ технологического развития в финансовой организации. Результаты. Технологии меняют многое в жизни человека. Также люди страдают от использования технологий психологически. Заключение. Технологии призваны облегчить работу людей, сделать ее более продуктивной. С другой стороны, из-за многих проблем, вызванных использованием технологий, происходит ухудшение психологического климата. Решение данной проблемы имеет как теоретическую, так и практическую ценность для формирования эффективной и действенной системы налоговой службы.

Introduction

The history of humanity has experienced many changes. Latest experienced many changes since the industrial revolution has also changed people's lives. However, a recent change began and still continues. Information society and technology is replacing the use of industrial society [10, p. 3]. Information is a factor increasing the use of technology. It is of great importance for people to get information on any subject before. Because knowledge is able to trade using that information. In other different purposes it is required to take advantage of the opportunities of technology to access the information. The use of technology, is of necessity rather than a choice for people. Because many business takes place within seconds in the present conditions. In addition, the time to communicate from one end of the world is limited to only a few seconds. the rate of technology predictions to anticipate many new developments that occur in human history leads to even further overflow [13, p. 193]. In this sense, technology affects people's psychology. In humans and make quick work consists of getting quick service concept.

People are accustomed to with the use of many new technologies. In particular, the use of technology is increasing due to the contribution of productivity in business life. both private and business life, it is useful to people working technology is an important tool for the public sector. Ensuring efficiency in the working environment is faster workflow and remarkable technology with the benefits due to its many benefits. However, where the use of technology are also harmful as well as helpful. 1. Technology and Form of Usage

Therefore, they raise a lot of demand for smart phones.

Facility provided by the technology, the benefits are unlikely to finish the single count. However, the losses can be declared several ideas on the same technology. Because the excessive use of technology is starting to hurt people during its benefits to the people. For example, individuals using a particular computer can shorten the time

to finish the job. However, these people are getting tired after a certain period of time when this job. The individual is the physical fatigue. Physical fatigue also affected the psychology of the people. Due to fatigue the senses of individual thinking and decision-making for the individual to be psychologically healthy work hinders the healthy. During the day, people use technology in different ways to live with this situation is little shocked. These shocks stress in humans [16, pp. 94-97]. It may cause levels to rise. Because the accumulated fatigue also affect the responses they gave against the people of the event.

1.1. The Use of Technology in Public Sector

Rapid development and changes in technology increase the use of technology in all areas. The impact of changing technology in the public sector and renews itself. 2. The Impact of Technology on Employees

Widespread human use of technology in the public sector it also affects the management of resources [3]. Information on any topic via the internet employees who are responsible for human resources management and is able to obtain the document electronically. Further many benefits for human resources can be counted. But the public does not work with just human resources. Thanks to technology, many jobs are government employees involved in public institutions do quickly and accurately. There are also cases, however, technology is harmful as it is beneficial. The use of technology or technological tool causes physical fatigue in humans. a public employee using the computer during work hours continuous live-induced fatigue from the bloodstream to the physically unable to move much. The physical fatigue life of public employees as a source of technology is a normal situation. Because of the energy in the vast majority of individuals working days separates the business. But there are also psychological and physical fatigue in fatigue with it. In other words, physical fatigue and leads to the deterioration of psychology. 3. Results

3.1. Problem of the Research

Technology is a concept that has taken place in human life. There have been many people's use of technology research about what causes some problems. Because people are spending excessive physical force in the use of many technological devices. Thus also different problems start to occur. Both the physical and psychological consequences of the use of technology is closely related to stress. People are living because of physical and psychological fatigue technology. This paves the way for the formation of stress. Because of problems with the technology research is a factor influencing the formation of stress.

3.2. Methods and Models of Research

3.3. The Effect of Tax Officers and Employees of the use of technology

Tax-related business and operations in the public sector serves Finance Organization. Public employees working in this organization is classified as a tax officer. Tax-related work of these organizations in different units is carried out through coordinated work with each other. However, with the increasing use technology each job may be executed more quickly. The use of technology is of benefit in many ways. However, in some cases, it can lead to negative consequences. These people are forced to live in embarrassment as well as due to inability to use technology to make the business environment and business. Individuals have a feeling that this is the start of the formation of stress. Some people are able to concentrate on the work withdrawn and only in this case. For this reason, they want to separate work from colleagues. They are forced to ask for help when he needs to close the use of technology in any situation. This situation is a little more individuals who are under stress increases the stress. Some of the individuals who have problems in the use of technology is reluctant to accept this situation. One of the most significant problems due to the use of technology where tax officials are physical fatigue. Mental fatigue and physical fatigue is included. Because both tax officials are tired of sitting at the computer must inevitably when dealing with other business. Individual
