Abstract: the article wholly comprises the techniques of rendition of surgery terms and its features within proper context. There are discussed almost all types of terminology occurred in the target text. As supposed on the first chapter, two parallel translation and back translation methods are determined as the most helpful one for accurate comprehension of the terms. Moreover, some sentences are debriefed cognitively through the explanation in the further sentences. The various methods are used by medical translators as well as surgeons are neither greater nor poorer than that of translators who cope with other disciplines.

Аннотация: статья полностью включает в себя методы воспроизведения терминов хирургии и ее особенности в соответствующем контексте. Обсуждаются практически все типы терминов, встречающихся в целевом тексте. Как и предполагалось в первой главе, два метода параллельного перевода и обратного перевода определены как наиболее полезные для точного понимания терминов. Кроме того, некоторые предложения анализируются когнитивно через объяснение в следующих предложениях. Различные методы, используемые медицинскими переводчиками, а также хирургами, не являются ни лучше, ни беднее, чем у переводчиков, которые справляются с другими дисциплинами.

Introduction. The most typical features of specialized surgical paragraphs are terminology, nominalization, heavy pre- and post-modification, long sentences, use of passives, metaphors and, may cover branches of the greatest tasks to translators, as performed in the passages of fiction and evidences from research papers translated from Uzbek to English by the native speakers of the source language.
Methodology. The initial stage is to evaluate the source text as for the focused target group or reader, the purpose. By studying the same kind of texts in English, the researcher intends to deliver the same meaning to the Uzbek readers can expect from the translation of the texts. Moreover, different suitable methods are based on translation theories in the addressed before translating.
The main focus has been "two parallel translation" as well as Koller's five different types of equivalence, Vinay and Darbelnet's model of direct translation and oblique translation [1].
The next stage was to translate the selected sentences from English into Uzbek. A bulk of translation problems tackled out regarding to the dictionaries of different kinds and medical websites like Medical English which provided up-to-date and accurate terminology and World Health Organization reports which provided with organizational terminology[3].
Finally, it was to illustrate the intricate issues of the translation by accounting for appropriate methods and how they are attached to the sorted out fields of study, namely surgery terminology and equivalence approach. The research will be presented meticulously, defining to the particular sections and points with the source text wording and the target text wording compared. An account for how to select the most suitable strategy will be made and the main findings and conclusions based on my results will be presented [4].
Dr. Gregory House is very dexterous physician whose experience almost detached to empirical procedures wholesome. After reading the fiction, each reader can have abundant competence on the term usurp and surgery challenges as well. The researcher intends to examine the fiction due to the up dated terminology of surgery which are existed in each section, additionally, modern implementation of treatments of and the latest news on surgery theatres. Here are listed evidences from the novel to translate and analyze their translation features:
1. A good doctor would be a doctor who was able to properly and efficiently diagnose and treat diseases. - Yaxshi doctor to'gri va aniq tashxis qoya olgan va kasallikni davola olgan doctor boladi.
2. Living the life of reason is, finally, of ultimate importance, according to Aristotle, because it leads to happiness or well - being — what the Greeks termed eudaimonia. -yaxshash dan maqsad bu, va nihoyat, asosiy ahamiyati, Aristotel, chunki bu baxt yoki yaxshi xolatga yetaklaydi - grekchada termin yedamoniya.
3. Centered on the investigation of mysterious maladies with a protagonist modeled on the legendary Sherlock Homes. - Afsonaviy Sherlok Homes orqali modellashtirilgan Sirli kasallikni tekshirishni ko'zlangan.
Using a medical metaphor, he asserts that the presence of others creates "hemorrhage " in the individual ' s world, a fissure that causes the world that the individual knows to " disintegrate. Other most of terms in medical field are carried by means of this method which does not require special approach as the other types of translations such as idioms, proverbs, literary passages and etc. For instance:Diagnose, Eudaimonia, Maladies, Hemorrhage, Anomalies-anomaliya gayrioddiylik, electroshock therapy, chronic pain, niacin -niacin, trauma, cardiac infection, vegetative, cortisol shot- gormonli inyeksiya , C - section- C bolimi, lung cancer-opka saratoni, pituitary gland- miyasidagi bezlar.

Conclusion. The various methods are used by medical translators as well as surgeons are neither greater nor poorer than that of translators who cope with other disciplines. The basic peculiarities here are the demands and conventions of particular genres -translators of reported agreement documents are expected to be very accurate and almost identical with the original, while translators of research papers need to consider e.g. the style paper utilized by appropriate publisher and readers.
