INTEGRATION INTERNET TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES

The article highlights the importance of teaching a foreign language with the help of modern Internet technologies, that increase students ' motivation and cognitive activity, interest in the subject, help to intensify and individualize learning, and eliminate the psychological barrier when using a foreign language as a means of communication.

Key words: foreign language, teaching, Internet technology, motivation, cognition, activity, student.

The purpose of teaching a foreign language is to form and develop the language communicative competence of the student. The latter, according to the Council of Europe document "Common European Framework of Reference: Learning, Teaching, Assessment", includes linguistic (knowledge of basic phonetics, vocabulary, grammar and their application in practice), sociolinguistic (socio-cultural conditions for using the language) and other aspects of language development. pragmatic (using language tools for specific functional purposes in accordance with interaction schemes) components. The communicative language competence acquired by students will allow them to become participants in professional communication in a foreign language, realize their professional needs and personal business contacts, and provide an opportunity for professional self-education and improvement.

Teaching a foreign language using modern Internet technologies increases students ' motivation and cognitive activity, interest in the subject, helps to intensify and individualize learning, and eliminates the psychological barrier when using a foreign language as a means of communication.

Smart technologies provide ample opportunities for self-development and disclosure of the creative potential of the student's personality.

They provide an opportunity to work on educational material at any time and in any place, synchronously or asynchronously with teachers and other students. Flexibility, individualization, interactivity, and multimedia content of the learning process using smart technologies allow combining individual and group tasks. Modern Internet technologies open up wide access to educational services, making the learning process open and relatively inexpensive.

Technological progress does not stand still. Mobile technology is rapidly developing, permeating all areas of our lives.

With the development and invention of new mobile technical devices, its role in acquiring knowledge will only increase.

Mobile learning (M-learning) is a development and continuation of e-learning, it is voluntary, non-traditional, personalized and ubiquitous. Such training becomes especially important when people experience a lack of free time caused by strenuous work. In this case, there is a desire to use portable devices to gain new knowledge, rather than take traditional classroom courses. Mobile devices do not replace existing teaching methods, but provide a new environment, new opportunities for learning; they have become an important educational tool and can be successfully used in learning a foreign language.

The potential of the Internet in the field of teaching foreign languages is huge, its capabilities and resources are being intensively studied and mastered. The purpose of this book is to analyze ways to integrate web resources andIntroduction of Internet technologies in the educational process, assessment of their effectiveness.

The main goal in the formation of languagecompetence is communication. An active approach to teaching language and speech competencies is the basis of any skill and knowledge of the material. Communication is a process of activity in itself, including actions of a speech nature.

The process model of teaching foreign languages includes three interrelated components:

1. Communication skills. 2. Activity. 3. Competence.

The communicative-conditioned nature of the educational process in foreign languages implies mastering the language, first of all, as a means of communication.

Didactics determines the structure and sequence of mastering a communication skill - 1) communication task, goal. 2) language tools that ensure communicationskills. 3) the formation of communication skills and abilities.

Communication covers all spheres of human communication - scientific, socio-political, intercultural, professional, social and everyday.

The introduction of information and communication resources in any activity is a promising, innovative direction in the educational sphere, in particular. Considering communication in the formation of professional competence from the point of view of synchronous and asynchronous nature, we can distinguish the following means of this kind of communication.

Synchronous communication tools - communication tools that allow you to communicate in real time (chat, forum, eo view and conference call).

Asynchronous communication tools - communication tools that allow you to exchange information with a time delay (forums, email and audio mail, websites, blogs, wikis). Asynchronous communication is the most effective communication tool used in the learning process, as students are given the opportunity to think before giving an answer.

Work on collecting material for a web project is carried out during the semester. Students post links to the information they find on their blog and share their comments. At the end of the semester, each student or group of students presents the results of their work in the form of websites.

Among the advantages of using blogs, we can highlight the following:

•ability to communicate with your classmates and teachers;

•the opportunity to develop writing skills and present your own ideas, and to continue the discussion started in the classroom.

•performing creative tasks using drawings, audio and video materials.

•clear structuring of the course with dates of seminars and task descriptions.

The use of blogs for educational purposes is a completely new direction, and also includes a huge linguistic and didactic potential and has the following advantages as an information resource.

1. Open blogs that attract a broad audience of any level, including experts on the topic.

2. Greater openness makes the process of creating a blog more responsible in terms of its content and formatting.

3. Expands the boundaries of the information text and, consequently, deepens the knowledge space of the

blog.

4. Develops the ability to "filter" information by its significance and relevance.

5. Language competence is being improved when preparing a publication on the site.

6. Creates a fruitful environment for discussing the issues raised in the context of the blog.

7. Creative discussion leads to the generation of blogger knowledge.

8. Providing individualization of learning content and creating your own content.

9. It allows you to build your own trajectory of acquiring new knowledge, depending on individual characteristics.

Integration the use of internet technologies in the educational process of teaching foreign languages makes changes in knowledge management, and, consequently, in the role and place of the teacher in this process, in obtaining knowledge and their transformation into receptive and reproductive competencies in professional communication.

The functions of the teacher change somewhat in the direction of consultation, in creating a joint creative atmosphere and in strengthening the monitoring function. The process of teaching professional communication in a foreign language in the new information environment requires the introduction of new organizational structures and teaching methods. More and more time is devoted to independent, individual work of the student, in which his creative abilities are developed and realized, interest and motivation to assimilate knowledge and form competencies are stimulated. The development of international contacts in the field of business, economics and information technologies requires specialists to use a foreign language not only when studying foreign scientific literature, but also when communicating orally and in writing with specialists in their field of activity.

However, in the process of online learning, teachers and students face a number of problems, which include the following::

lack of social communication with the teacher and fellow students, insufficiently formed skills of independent work of students, lack of high self-organization of students, lack of timely control of knowledge on the part of the teacher, technical difficulties, etc.
