INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS IN THE PREPARATION OF FUTURE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHERS Soatova G.K.

Abstract: this article informs about the Intensification of education which contributes to the achievement of the goal of teaching the future primary school teacher with the minimum expenditure ofpower of the subjects of instruction, using traditional and non-traditional teaching methods in teaching activities. Keywords: innovative, requirement, expenditure, educational process, capability.

Solving the problem of the quality of professional training of a future primary school teacher, in accordance with modern requirements aimed at implementing the provisions of the Bologna Declaration, needs to be introduced and used in the educational process an innovative learning technology as the newest model of the educational process. Modern scientists (M.Klarin, V.Monakhov, G.Selevko, V.Bespalko, A.Nisimchuk and others) have made a huge contribution to the development of the problem of innovative educational technologies.

Innovative educational technology in accordance with the recommendations of the European Higher Education Area:

• contributes to the improvement of quality and provides a real approximation of the content of training specialists to the European level;

• fully meets the basic ECTS position1;

• takes into account all existing requirements of the national education system;

• easily adapts to existing established methods of planning the educational process [2, 87].

Intensification of education contributes to the achievement of the goal of teaching the future primary

school teacher with the minimum expenditure of power of the subjects of instruction, using traditional and non-traditional teaching methods in teaching activities.

Innovative teaching methods include active teaching methods that foresee an increase in the level of professional competence of a future primary school teacher. Methods of active learning contribute to the formation of knowledge, professional skills and skills of future specialists, by involving them in intensive cognitive activity; enhancing the thinking of participants in the educational process.

In the course of the search work, we determined that using the possibilities of innovative teaching methods, in the process of professional preparation of a future primary school teacher, the following occurs: activation of students' cognitive activity; motivation and stimulation of future specialists of the pedagogical sphere for educational activities;

The need to introduce innovative methods in the process of professional preparation of a future primary school teacher, caused by the need of time, leads to subsequent scientific developments the problem of forming the professional competence of a future primary school teacher.

In modern higher education, there are many techniques, methods and techniques that awaken the creative activity of students. Among them, of course, a worthy place is occupied by such a form as the drawing up of crosswords. Crossword is a convenient form of activating students' thinking. In the process of preparing a crossword puzzle, the student must carefully study the theoretical and practical material, refer not only to lectures and textbooks, but also to additional and reference books.

Activity technologies include the analysis of production situations, the solution of situational problems, business games, modeling of professional activity in the educational process, contextual training, organization of vocational-oriented educational and research work. The leading goal of such technologies is the training of a professional specialist who is able to professionally solve professional tasks.

A business game is a tool for modeling problem situations in various areas of human activity, which allow finding the best ways to solve these problems, as well as algorithms on the basis of which you can predict such situations and successfully avoid them. A business game is a management simulation game in which participants, by imitating the activities of a service person, make decisions based on an analysis of this situation. It is aimed at developing students' ability to analyze specific practical situations and make decisions.

One of the most effective forms of classes that promote the development of creative thinking in students in modern society is imitation games. The important goals of these games are students' modeling their behavior in modern society.
