At the moment, Science and progress are in a period of rapid development Information Communication Technologies cover our entire lives. In this rapidly evolving system, it is very difficult to separate and differenciate real and unreal information. That's why, we should develop people's information culture in order to know how to differ fake and accurate one and how use I.T. For this, we need to perfect Information Technology on people's mind. Currently in the Repeblic of Uzbekistan The science of "Informatics and axborot Technologies" is developing widely.
