Abstract: the clinical significance of leukogram indicators is a very important sign for the detection of infection, inflammatory processes and various kinds of intoxication. The results of the study showed the effectiveness of sodium hypochlorite and its beneficial effect on the normalization of blood leukogram. The blood leukogram normalized faster in the experimental groups where sodium hypochlorite used topically and intravenously. In this regard, the purpose of the work was to study the leukogram of the blood of sheep with purulent-necrotic and purulent-putrid lesions of the tissues of the fingers with the use of various means for treatment.

Keywords: leukogram, neutrophils, sheep, purulent-necrotic lesions, fingers.

Introduction. In improving the productivity of farm animals, the prevention and treatment of surgical diseases, among which diseases of the musculoskeletal system are particularly frequent, is important. This is because the limbs of animals, performing a complex static-dynamic function are considerable for stress and often subjected to damage [1, 2].

In veterinary medicine in the treatment of animals with purulent-necrotic processes are widely used antibacterial drugs, in particular antibiotics, whose arsenal is replenished annually. However, their effectiveness decreases due to the development of antibiotic-resistant microflora. Purulent-necrotic and purulent-putrid defects in finger tissues in sheep are common in many regions of Kazakhstan and abroad, affecting, according to various sources, from 40 to 85% of animals in disadvantaged farms and being the most common non-infectious disease of sheep [3, 4, 5]. In this regard, the purpose of the work was to study the leukogram of the blood of sheep with purulent-necrotic and purulent-putrid lesions of tissues of fingers with the use of various means for treatment.

Material and methods of research. The objects of the study were sheep Akzhaiyk meat-wool breed of the Educational-Scientific Center of the Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University.

Laboratory studies were conducted in the laboratories of the Research Center of Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian-Technical University.

In the experiment in animals of the experimental and control groups, the leukogram of blood was determined. To determine the blood leukogram, smears were prepared and stained according to Romanovsky-gimze. In ready-made smears, under immersion, 100 cells were counted and calculations were performed [6]. All data obtained during the experiment processed biometrically using a personal computer [7]. After that, all the studied groups of sheep had previously undergone therapeutic procedures: circular novocaine blockade with 0.5% novocaine solution; Washing the wound site with a solution of potassium permanganate at a dilution of 1: 1000 and mechanical and surgical clearing of the affected limbs. Then, the treatment procedures prescribed depending on the animals' registration group and the phase of the wound process.

The animals of the first group - 10 heads (hereinafter referred to as the control) - locally applied a napkin soaked in the fraction ASD-3 to the affected limb. Applying a bandage for three days with its subsequent replacement every three days. Treatment continued until complete clinical recovery of the animals.

In the second group - 10 heads (hereinafter referred to as the 1st experimental) - in order to create an unfavorable environment in the lesion center for the development of putrefactive and anaerobic microflora, all animals of the experimental groups used wet-drying bandages 2-3 times a day, which were prepared from 8 -12 layers of gauze and moistened with a cooled to 8-10 ° C solution of sodium hypochlorite, with a concentration of 600-900 mg/l, squeezed, covered with a thin layer of hygroscopic cotton then pinned. The dressing was changed as it dried. This procedure was performed daily until complete clinical recovery of the animal.

In the third group - 10 goals (hereinafter referred to as the 2nd experienced) - along with local exposure to sodium hypochlorite at a concentration of 600-900 mg/l, an additional daily, for 2-3 days, applied sodium hypochlorite solution at a concentration of 600 mg/l in a dose of 50 - 80 ml intravenously twice a day.

The results of the study. The background indicators of leukogram in animals of different groups presented in Table 1 were similar. On the seventh day after the start of treatment in all three groups, were detected no significant changes in the leukogram.

On the 14th day in the third group, the number of segmented neutrophils increased, i.e. there was a neutrophil shift to the right. The appearance of a neutrophil shift to the right indicates a favorable course of the disease (increased body resistance), and the lymphocyte count has also decreased.

On the 21st day, in the control group, segmented neutrophils increased and the lymphocyte count decreased. In the second group, before the start of treatment and in subsequent blood tests, the leukogram had slight fluctuations and remained within the normal range. In the third group, the number of segmented neutrophils in this period also returned to normal.
