For this purpose, the vehicles must always be kept in a ideal. The construction of an AutoService is essential to keep them in good condition and to keep them under control.

AIRPORT

Annotation: Flights have been growing incredibly latelyat the Heydar Aliyev International Airport. Vehicles have their own responsibilities in maintaining the regularity of flights. For this purpose, the vehicles must always be kept in a ideal. The construction of an AutoService is essential to keep them in good condition and to keep them under control.

Since independence, the Republic of Azerbaijan has entered a new phase of development of the transport system and has become an integral part of the economic infrastructure. The level of transport development determines to some extent economic development in the Republic. Thus, transport is closely linked with all sectors of the economy and has a positive impact on the development of these sectors. In the era of globalization, transport plays a key role in the effective use of Azerbaijan's national wealth and its integration into the global economic system.

I would like to note that the main role of the transport sector is to meet the growing needs of fast-growing Azerbaijan, as well as to align with the socioeconomic development reforms implemented by our state. Of course, the establishment of a modern transport system in the country and effective management of the transport sector are of vital importance.

All areas of transport available in Azerbaijan. The transport sector includes railway, automobile, aviation and maritime transport. The following information is provided by these vehicles about the freight transport in 2018:

• Railway - 13 million ton

• Sea - 7 million ton

• Car - 33 million ton

• Air - 919 million ton-km

Spectacular events have occurred in the development of civil aviation in the 1990s. Civil aviation became international again in 1991 when Azerbaijan gained

its independence. In 1992 Azerbaijan joined the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation and became a member of ICAO. Launch of Boeing 727 and Boeing 707. ICAO standards require radar control to ensure Boeing flights. Azereroonavigation purchased and commissioned the second Koren AS radio operator in 1996 to meet ICCAO requirements. "Irtysh" was commissioned in January 1998 to provide radar control over the airfield. In 2004, the Bina airport was renamed to President Heydar Aliyev.

A new terminal has been built at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport. The design and construction of the terminal was entrusted to ARUP, headquartered in London. The total area of the new terminal is 53,000 square meters and can serve up to 3 million passengers a year. At the same time, it can receive with 8 "bridges" Airbus A380. The terminal is designed for aesthetic appearance and conical facade for ease and ease of pre-flight stress. Solar rays are easily penetrated through the large glass walls of the terminal. There are also shopping and leisure zones in the terminal. Construction of the terminal began in 2011 and construction was completed in 2013.

The help of road transport is an indisputable fact at the airport. Vehicles have a relatively elastic nature compared to other types of transport. Thus, with its help it is possible to deliver goods "door to door". This feature is widely used not only in the states, in the transport of foreign trade goods and passengers, but even within the airport, because of this feature and other advantages. I should note that vehicles are irreplaceable in the regularity of aircraft maintenance, receipt and departure of flights.

The development of the motor transport system requires a solution of a number of internal problems as an area. The main tasks in this area are to continue structural changes, increase complexity in managing the operation and development of the system, preventing the tendency of depreciation of fixed assets and increasing technical level. For these reasons, it is important to keep the vehicles inside the airport in good condition. There are many types of maintenance equipment to keep them clean

• Daily maintenance (GX)

• First Service (TX-1)

• Second Technical Service (TX-2)

• Seasonal Maintenance (MX)

Vehicles should be repaired if necessary

• Regular control over the technical condition of the machines with timely repairs

• Technological equipment and specialized contractors, as well as repair shops;

• With the correct organization of repair work

The costs are indispensable, and it is important to calculate the depreciation expense. There are currently three ways to calculate the depreciation expense:

Straight line method, Reduced residual method, Machine clock method. The method proposed by me to calculate costs is the straight line method (1).

Thus, vehicles are diverted to other services to keep the vehicles inside the airport in good condition. This leads to additional time and loss of time during their repair. Only the airport spends about 1.5 million manat per year (with outsourcing) for vehicle maintenance and repair. At the airport using a straight line method, it is advisable to create a maintenance farm to reduce costs and achieve certain savings. Refinement of the main criteria and limitations of optimization of equipment placement will help reduce certain maintenance costs. In addition, the creation of an automobile industry inside the airport will allow for timely and uninterrupted service, and in future it will be possible to repair many vehicles within the airport.
