FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Annotation: The article purpose of highlight of importance of innovative technologies and using innovative methods in the teaching foreign languages.

Key words: innovation, innovative technologies, project, foreign language, education.

In the conditions of the information society, knowledge and qualifications acquire a high priority in the life of a person. To keep abreast of the development of world science, it is necessary to study the original sources in the language of the authors.

Therefore, the increasing importance of a foreign language, its relevance, influenced the content, objectives and dynamics of learning. In the twenty-first century, the intensification and modernization of education requires the introduction of such innovative technologies that pursue the goal of creative education of the individual in the intellectual and emotional dimension. Such innovative technologies are: developmental training, design, problem-based learning, level differentiation, test system, game learning, immersion in a foreign language culture, learning in collaboration, self-education and autonomy, integration, as well as health-saving, research, informational-communicative and personal - oriented technology. With such a target setting, cognitive universal actions are one of the leading components of the educational standard. This is explained by the fact that one of the components of a child's mental development is his knowledge, which implies the formation of a scientific picture of the world, the ability to manage his intellectual activities, mastering methodology, strategies and ways of learning, developing representative, symbolic, logical, creative thinking, productive imagination, memory, attention, reflection. In this regard,

cognitive universal actions include:

- actions to extract information;

-the ability to navigate in the system of knowledge and to realize the need for new knowledge;

-the ability to pre-select sources of information to search for new knowledge. The technology of problem-based learning involves the independent solution of cognitive and creative tasks through the critical rethinking and enhancement of knowledge and skills; and allows you to implement the conditions for the formation of cognitive universal actions in students: creating an atmosphere of co-creation in communication, the inclusion of the emotional sphere of the child, the student's personal interest, a joint search for truth, self-esteem, self-correction, self-sufficiency.

New information technologies, such as the Internet, audio and video complexes, multimedia educational computer programs, have become more intensively introduced into the educational process. Multimedia technologies are a combination of various teaching methods: texts, graphic images, music, video and animation in an interactive mode. The new learning environment creates additional opportunities for the development of students' creativity, stimulates their curiosity, instills an interest in scientific activities. Modern multimedia programs are an effective means of optimizing the conditions of mental work. Forms of working with computer-based training programs in foreign language classes include vocabulary learning, pronunciation pronunciation, monologue and dialogic speech training, writing training, grammar training. In English classes, using information resources of the Internet, integrating them into the learning process, you can more effectively solve a whole range of didactic tasks: u develop reading skills and skills by directly using network materials of varying degrees of difficulty u improve listening skills based on authentic sound texts of the Internet, also prepared by the teacher; u improve the skills of writing, individually or in writing, composing answers to partners, participating in the preparation of essay c, essays, other epistolary products of the partners' joint activities; u replenish their vocabulary with the vocabulary of modern English, reflecting a certain stage in the development of the culture of the people, the social, economic and political structure of society; speech behavior of various nations in terms of communication, culture, traditions of the country of the language being studied; u to form a stable motivation for foreign language activities and students in the classroom based on the systematic use of "live" material, discussing not only the questions to the texts of the textbook, but also topical issues of interest to everyone. For students, multimedia technologies are the way by which they expand their ideas about the world around them. The use of multimedia technology provides more complete and accurate information about the phenomena and objects under study. This improves the quality of education, allows you to meet and develop the cognitive interests of students, increases the visibility of training, allowing you to use hard-to-access material or one that cannot be used without a computer. The work of students becomes more intensive,

which allows to increase the rate of study educational material and increase the amount of independent work in the classroom and after them. As practice shows, multimedia programs best fit the structure of the educational process. They maximally bring the process of teaching English to real conditions and most fully satisfy the didactic requirements. In these programs, methodical techniques are used that allow acquaintance, training and control. Effective use of multimedia technologies in the educational process is possible only if the relevant technologies are harmoniously and reasonably integrated into this process and provide new opportunities for both teachers and students. For the effective use of multimedia technologies, it is necessary to create such conditions as to ensure the formation of a social and cognitive act.

In the organization of the work of modern high school, an authoritarian approach still dominates learning, which does not contribute to the proper formation of methods of mental activity and the ability to use previous knowledge and experience for the assimilation of new educational material. The existing traditional approaches to learning do not sufficiently develop the skills of independent cognitive activity. Another disadvantage of the stagnant education system is the fact that one of the main goals is determined by the preparation of a qualified participant in the production process necessary for society. All other potential abilities of a person, including creative ones, remain practically unclaimed. Educating a creative person is the task of the entire education system, because in the process of cognitive creative activity a student realizes his or her value and realizes himself as a person. For the formation of creativity as a personal quality, it is necessary to create a specially organized environment that will provide multilateral systemic influence. It is necessary to enable students to work on an individual plan. To do this, it is logical to introduce elements of distance learning, based on the use of multimedia technologies.

The modernity is placing ever higher demands on the teaching of practical knowledge of a foreign language in everyday communication and professional sphere. The volume of information is growing, and often routine methods of its transfer, storage and processing are inefficient. The use of information technology reveals the enormous potential of a computer as a means of learning. Multimedia tutorials have huge advantages over traditional teaching methods. They allow you to train different types of speech activity and combine them in various combinations; help to create communicative situations, automate language and speech actions; contribute to the implementation of an individual approach and the intensification of the student's independent work.

Participation in information and communication pedagogical activity contributes to the complex formation of all aspects of communicative competence: linguistic, sociocultural, cognitive, linguistic and cultural studies; as well as related communicative-cognitive skills of students (search and selection of relevant information, its analysis, synthesis and classification). Modeling a real authentic environment through attracting Internet resources serves not only to more successfully master the language, but also allows one to comprehend the in-

depth law of the unity and diversity of culture.

Thus, the innovative technologies that we have reviewed today significantly enrich and diversify the teaching of foreign languages. The monotonous work is replaced by an intellectual creative search, in the process of which a personality of a new type is formed, active and purposeful, focused on continuous self-education and development.

Andijan State Medical Institute Uzbekistan, Andijan city IMPORTANCE OF THE PERIODICAL SYSTEM OF MENDELEEV IN THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHEMISTRY

Abstract: This article discusses the role of Mendeleev in the history of chemistry

Key words: chemistry, reaction, element, metal, gas, method

Considering the history of chemistry, I can not help but fall asleep about the discovery of the periodic law. Already at the early stages of the development of chemistry, it was found that special features are inherent in different types of elements. Initially, the elements were divided into only two types - metals and nonmetals. In 1829 the German chemist Johann Debereiner discovered the existence of several groups of three elements (triads) with similar chemical properties. Debereiner found only 5 triads, this is:

1. Cl, Br, I

2. S, Se, Te

3. Ca, Cr, Ba

4. Li, Na, K

5. Fe, Co, Ni

This discovery of the properties of the elements led to further research by chemists who tried to find rational ways of classifying the elements.

In 1865 the English chemist John Newlands (1839-1898) became interested in the problem of periodic recurrence of the properties of elements. He arranged from known elements in order of increasing their atomic masses as follows: H Li Be B C N O F Na Mg Al Si P S Cl K Ca Cr Ti Mn Fe

Newlands noted that in this sequence the eighth element (fluorine)
