- achieve intellectual development of the young people, to have their own opinions and to communicate freely, to educate ideological immunity to ideologically healthy, explicit and harmful ideas, to develop the ability to reasonably and critically argue with different backgrounds;
- To connect with the glorious history and great future of our Homeland, to consider ourselves as deserving successors of our great ancestors, as well as to develop the skills of using the world and modern science;
- Organization of competitions on educational subjects, labor collectives and colleges on such themes as "Uzbekistan is my Motherland", "This is my dear Motherland", "Homeland is my Motherland", "Single Holy Motherland".
- Having a neutral opinion about the processes taking place around the world, the desire to actively participate in changes in our country, etc.

It is not a mistake to say that one of the factors that can greatly hurt human health is noise. It's hard to find a place where there is no effect or no effect at the moment.
There are two types of cabinets. First, it is said that noise can cause no harm to health, and the other is called anesthetics. As a result of the research, it turned
out that most young people were in the process of interference. There are people who think of his harm as adults, and they are many. Before speaking about who is right and who is wrong in this discussion, we want to talk about what is noise, how useful, harmful it is, its types, and the diseases it causes.
Man has always lived in a world of sounds. But everything in life has its own time and place. Including natural and artificial insemination. Let's say, the sea or the river shoreline, the nightingales in the garden, the rain, the leaves, the frogs, the grasshoppers, and so on can make the person feel emotional, relaxing, and only have a positive effect on their health. So it is good to have the opportunity and the opportunity to spend time and relax in the peaceful places, in the fields and in the gardens. Or a good song that you like, what to do with listening to music, doing mental and physical work, and enjoying it.
But what if the noise goes beyond the limits? Your heart is troublesome, your blood pressure increases or falls, your ears drop off, your head is tinged, your eyes grow cold, your memory is weak, your work is empty, your sleep is broken, and you become annoyed.
It is extremely alarming that the world-wide growth of production and transportation has grown year by year, and that in the larger cities, the gap between 10 and 12 per cent is high. Indeed, as scientists have noted, noise is the worst and most harmful product of modern-day disaster and technology advancement. Do you mean, is there only a single train in Tashkent alone in a day or night? Have you ever considered counting the number of people on the street when the number of passengers increased? In advanced industrial countries, there are so many vehicles in the United States, Canada, Australia, Switzerland, one to 2-3 people, and three to four cars in Germany and France. Almost every house in our country has an average of 1-2 vehicles. In general, there are over 700-800 million different vehicles on the earth. Are the odorless odors coming from them, and the upcoming noise causing much harm to human health? Most importantly, how do we react to these unpleasant scenes? Do we take an active part in eliminating them, comply with personal and general hygiene rules?
It is important to say that the sound is primarily a physical phenomenon, which is a product of a vibrant, fluid and gaseous substance, the wave vibration of objects. As any vibration passes through any part of the environment, it moves certain particles in it. These oscillations, of course, move from one particle to another and create waves in the air. Our members listen to these as sound. According to scientific data, the human ear has the ability to receive different audio signals from 16 to 20,000 hertz. Only one second vibration can only accept the 2Hz frequency fluctuation. More than that, it is very tough, only negative. When the housings are built on the street, the noise level from the windows can reach up to 6,000 horsepower.
This, of course, has a negative impact on the health of the people living in the streets and on the roads around the roads. Therefore, it is necessary to take into account this aspect of the problem in the construction and planning of
housekeeping, rest and treatment facilities. Now, what about some young people who are walking in the streets, on the big square and in the parks, especially in the markets, shops, stations, trade in discs, putting the sound amplifiers on a high screen and cutting the ears of those who go through their sensory nerves? In addition, some of them lying in the street, in traffic, especially in the courtyard of a multistory building, that is, in the middle of the night, may lead to frustration.

Austrian doctor Zigmund Freud has a special place among the 20th century psychologists. His innovation views on human nature have led to a great shock in time among the scientific community. The theories of the scientist have been of major importance today. During his many years of work, he has published a large number of works, consisting of 24 volumes, on a large number of scientific works. In his series of studies, Freud drew attention to the problems of religion. For the first time in this area, an article titled "Stickiness and Religious Rituals" was published. In this article, the behavior of religious believers is correlated with the indispensable behavior of patients with neurosis. Freud's research on religious studies, "Totem and Taboo" is likely to coincide with his peak at the time of his work in this area. In this play Freud explains his own concepts of the first creed and treats totemism as the first form of belief. The necessary reminiscence on the psychological problems of religion has been reflected in the book "Mass psychology and human".
