Modern enterprises are faced with great opportunities and challenges, and the important power to achieve the healthy development of enterprises is the enterprise managers. An excellent enterprise manager can rely on effective management to indicate the direction of enterprise development, win economic benefits for the enterprise, and gradually make the enterprise succeed.

Founded in 1999, Alibaba group is a company providing e-commerce online trading platform, including B2B trade, online retail, shopping search engine, third-party payment and cloud computing services. After IBM, Microsoft, Google and Intel, Alibaba became the fifth major technology company in the world to launch a quantum hardware research and development program. Alibaba is the largest Internet group in China, and the management of "Alibaba" can definitely count as an ultra-luxury lineup [1].

Mike Evans, a Canadian, has worked in finance and investment banking for more than 30 years. During his decade as vice chairman of Goldman Sachs in Asia, he helped raise money for major companies in China, and in 2014, Alibaba listed on Nasdaq and hired Mr. Evans as an independent director. He was instrumental in taking Alibaba public. On his recommendation, a group of investment Banks, led by Goldman Sachs, invested $5 million in Alibaba, easing the company's acute shortage of funds in the initial stage. Before the listing, Evans had a broad international vision. Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and other well-known institutions became the underwriters of the listing of Alibaba, which also

witnessed the largest IPO in the history of the us stock market. Mr Evans is Alibaba's indispensable soul manager [2]. Managers should have certain communication skills and interpersonal skills. In order to increase the trust between colleagues and subordinates, managers should actively communicate with employees. To build a good corporate culture, we should encourage employees, set an example for employees, be good at listening to the voice of employees, so that employees more experience a sense of home.

At Alibaba, employees are accustomed to face-to-face and face-to-face communication with CEO jack Ma, who believes that the key factor for employees to identify with Alibaba's values is "communication". In order to alleviate the pressure of communication needs, jack Ma created a series of all-dimensional and three-dimensional communication networks in Alibaba to keep the communication smooth, such as BBS, Open email, Round table talks, lunch talks and so on. Zhang Yong, the current CEO, once said that a good corporate culture is to be a good person first, to be "good" person and to be good "person " [3]. There is telepathy between people, and the best way to ignite others is to ignite yourself first. A good leader must be a good communicator who can constantly enrich himself and stimulate the potential of others. The potential of employees is the work that a business leader needs to explore.

Business managers should have training capabilities. Jack Ma believes that a good business leader must be a "good teacher" with the characteristics of a teacher. Jack Ma gives the first training class to new employees, which is not theoretical knowledge that can be learned in school, but a case study of actual practice of enterprises. If an old employee has worked in an Alibaba position for three years, they will have the opportunity to rotate new positions. The rotating post system is more conducive to the cultivation of senior management talents. Senior management cadres of enterprises should have comprehensive ability and rich experience to comprehensively grasp the business work and analyze and judge the overall problems. They should stand higher and see farther than others, be more intelligent and practical [4]. In the enterprise, the management cadres communicated with each other in different departments, exercised and improved in the practice of various management positions of the group, broadened their horizons, broadened their scope of knowledge, and enriched their management experience. At the same time, they had a broader understanding and communication with colleagues in various business departments. Let each employee play the biggest role in his position. Alibaba believes that "talent can be cultivated." "Feed" is to give him a chance to fail, give him a chance to succeed.

Managers should have the ability to govern. Good managers know how to trust each other and not just want to control and dominate employees. Jack Ma's "control" of Alibaba is not based on holding shares, but on wisdom, vision and vision. At Alibaba, employees obey not because the person is the CEO, but because he is right. This requires a corporate leader with high wisdom, big mind and vision to control the enterprise, rather than how much equity. "The top leader of a company can never control the company with his own shares," ma said. Instead, we should manage and lead this enterprise with wisdom, mind and vision. So jack ma 365 days a year, less time in Hangzhou, a lot of time in the other countries. An entrepreneur's constant presence at home is detrimental to his career. A person without wisdom does not actually "control" his business. Mr. Ma doesn't see himself controlling the Alibaba team. He wants everyone to strive for the same goal and ideal. A CEO's final decide is not who he is, but whether his ideas and strategy make sense. Enterprise managers should have decision-making ability and innovation ability. A decision on the direction, goal, path, or measure of a future activity. You have to be good at judging, analyzing and creating. Managers should come up with different solutions to problems and get creative thinking results. In 1998, ma returned to Hangzhou with his entrepreneurial team and decided to create a new e-commerce model. He started his business at home. At the first plenary session, ma and his partners together put up 500,000 yuan to start Alibaba.com. MaYun began to continuously participate in the global business BBS, especially in developed countries, to promote his e-commerce model and Alibaba [5]. Everywhere jack ma went, he would make a speech, saying loudly to the audience: "the e-commerce model will eventually change the way tens of millions of businessmen around the world do business, thus changing the lives of billions of people around the world. Many European and American companies always thought that Alibaba was an American company, but they didn't know it was a Chinese company. After Alibaba went public, its market value exceeded $5 billion.

The success of Alibaba is inseparable from MaYun's excellent management ability and vision, and the teamwork of Alibaba. Alibaba has gathered online elites from 16 countries and regions, and more and more talents from Harvard University, Stanford University and Yale University are flocking to Alibaba. Alibaba will be more and more powerful in the future.
