New pedagogical and information technologies make it possible to diversify the forms and methods of teaching and learning. Using the Internet, students can study at home the new material on the web site and in the classroom there is time for discussion by teachers and fellow students. Thus, students preparing for classes can explore a variety of sources including electronic textbook, You Tube.

Новые педагогические и информационные технологии позволяют разнообразить формы и методы преподавания и обучения. Используя Интернет, студенты могут изучать дома новый материал на веб сайте, а в классе остается время для обсуждения преподавателями и сокурсниками. Таким образом, студенты готовясь к занятиям, могут изучать различные источники, включая электронные учебники, You Tube.

Abstract. New pedagogical and information technologies make it possible to diversify the forms and methods of teaching and learning. Using the Internet, students can study at home the new material on the web site and in the classroom there is time for discussion by teachers and fellow students. Thus, students preparing for classes can explore a variety of sources including electronic textbook, You Tube.

Аннотация. Новые педагогические и информационные технологии позволяют разнообразить формы и методы преподавания и обучения. Используя Интернет, студенты могут изучать дома новый материал на веб сайте, а в классе остается время для обсуждения преподавателями и сокурсниками. Таким образом, студенты готовясь к занятиям, могут изучать различные источники, включая электронные учебники, You Tube.

Nowadays, technology has influenced the ways in which we interact and deal with our daily live matters. Almost no educators would disagree with the belief that technology has also significantly changed the teaching and learning processes. Common list of improvements that are mentioned include but not limited to evolution of communication, expanded audience, eco-friendliness, extended classroom communities, web-based research sites, and etc. There are numerous factors that help to conclude that technology influences teaching and learning process in a positive way. Thus, if introduced effectively and used efficiently technology can help to improve teaching and learning and help our students become successful. Technology is allowing teachers to expand beyond typical, books-based learning and to assist students who can accelerate learning through additional means. Technology's role in education system has evolved from a basic "IT- class" once a week into an all-around learning assistant that could change how we explain concepts, assign projects and grade progress. Indeed, with technology, teachers and students have a variety of learning and teaching tools at their disposal. There are numerous ways researchers have identified in which technology enhances education

over time, some of them:

- The concept of "Flipped Classroom" theory. This popular technological approach is widely being introduced throughout the world. It presumes that students watch lecture videos as homework assignments and discuss them during the class-time along with professors and other students. It has shown a remarkably better student performance, with significant grade increases. It allows students to learn at their own speed and save class-time for interaction and concept checking.

- Teachers can collaborate to share their ideas and resources online with their colleagues throughout the world. They can communicate with others across the world and try to adopt and implement the best practices in their fields. It will be instant communication that will allow teachers to identify their weaknesses or what they have been implementing incorrectly; improve it and provide their students with the best.

- There are plenty of useful and distinct websites available online that both teachers and students can use. The internet also presents a variety of knowledge and doesn't limit students to one person's thoughts and conclusions with no other alternative option.

In general, enhancing education is one of the main factors that everyone is concerned about. Grades, perceived performance against other countries and nations, and other factors have elevated education almost to the frontier of national politics. Thus, if technology can help to improve teaching and learning and help our students to succeed, we should not shy away from adopting the technology but instead elaborate it. Short list of factors provided above along with numerous others help to come to this conclusion. Technology could be a teacher's assistant to increase the effectiveness. Instead of the teacher being the only source in a classroom, students can explore web sites, online tutorials, and more to assist them in their research. In a way, education won't stop at the end of the classroom because students have access to video lessons, resource materials, and homework assignments via the internet and can use these resources at any time. Students can also get assistance and tutoring at any time, whether from the teacher via electronic mail or online chat collaboration, or from a help web site. Finally, as we know money is always an issue in education and technology can help with this aspect as well. Electronic forms instead of paper, electronic mails instead of printed memo's, virtual field trips, virtual labs, electronic textbooks, and the thousands of free online resources could contribute to savings for schools and give students better educational experiences.

Teachers could use internet to find information and attend virtual professional development seminars and conferences (most are free of charge). They can also create professional learning networks through LinkedIn, Twitter, and other resources to locate and discuss ideas and resources, and get support from their colleagues.

In sum, there is widespread evidence that technology can give teachers and

students excellent resources, new possibilities for learning, ways to collaborate and create, and save money. Technology is a very powerful tool for education.
